      my expensive washing machine broke just after 3 years. was expensive to fix and resulted in 5 months of inconvenience. customer service told me tough luck. i would NEVER buy another.

      I am so disappointed with my electrolux appliances!!!! We moved into our new home almost 2 years ago and I am on my second range, microwave needs a new k*** and my refrigerator does not make ice! It is ridiculous!!! We paid for the extended warranty through Keepe and they are a JOKE! Absoultely the most frustrating company and these appliances were clearly poorly made! We have not had ice for 2 months!

      I purchased multiple appliances for the kitchen in my new home, one of which is a wall oven. After 3 weeks the unit stopped heating. I contacted Electrolux as it was still under manufacturer's warranty. They set an appointment with a 3rd party repair company, as expected. The repair company took my description of the issue as diagnosis, pre-ordered parts and scheduled to repair the unit. They installed the parts only to determine this would not fix the unit and determined the issue could not be repaired and the unit needed to be replaced. I ended up on the phone with Electrolux only to have them tell me that they had no record from the 3rd party repair, diagnosis, part replacement or whether or not the unit could be replaced. It has now been over 2 months since the unit has worked and they are insisting that another 3rd party company come out and diagnose the unit, before it is determined whether or not they will replace the unit entirely. Long story short I have a 3 month old unit that worked for 3 weeks with unknown and unrecorded parts installed in it. I am waiting another week before it can be diagnosed again. I have no idea how long parts will take if it must be repaired and not replaced. I have spent literal hours on the phone with Electrolux. One call was 1 hour and ****************************************************************** to a manager, but instead I was hung up on. If I could go back in time I would have researched Frigidair and it parent company prior to making this purchase. I do not recommend ever purchasing anything under Electrolux and wish I had seen the BBB customer review rating of 1.03/5 prior to making my purchase. I guess that makes me the idiot in this situation.

      Pathetic customer service. Took an extended warranty on our washer thinking that the company themselves would service the machine! Nope! They out source it to a company that takes 2 days to just order the parts and then apparently another 9 days for the parts to arrive. And then have to still wait for them to return to actually fix it. Meanwhile we are a family of six stuck without a washer! This is not what I signed up for! Beyond shocking
