      We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator last year in June. The refrigerator section has completely died. I contacted Frigidaire through Electrolux on June 2. They have as of this day, not provided any resolution at all. They have been trying to get me ************** and they refuse to replace the item. We have been since before June 2 with no refrigerator at all, we have lost hundreds of dollars worth of food and cannot function as a family because of this. They do not stand behind their product and they do not service it.

      Our Frigidaire freezer which we have a maintenance warranty with Electrolux stop working properly in March 2025. There have been four (4) repair persons that have come out to repair it, and as of June 23, 2025 it has still not been repaired. We keep getting the run around from Electrolux regarding replacing it. They would rather send another technician #5) out to look at it again. We were told my the last technician (#4) to come out that is unrepairable, however, they claim not to have seen his report yet. We were emailed a copy on the same day he came out (June 17th). A Supervisor said he would call today (June 23rd) and give a resolution, but did not call. We need our freezer, hope someone can help us.******** and *** ****

      Purchased a refrigerater in August of 2024, and it has already stopped working. It took two weeks for someone to come and work on it, and they only fixed the freezer. My aunt and uncle who are 91 and 85 havr been living out of coolers for close to a month now. No one is returning phone calls, and it ** still under warranty.

      I bought my parents a Frigidaire fridge and within just 3 months it was not working. I have spent the past 3 months attempting to exercise their MFG warranty to no avail. The servicing company has no less the 5 no-call/no-shows for repairs. I continue to call to escalate the issue with no resolution. This is beyond a lemon and I have asked repeatedly for a full refund and am told this is "not their process." Who can be without a fridge for months? So my parents got a new fridge so that they can store food. I have also repeatedly been promised support and call backs and have not gotten them. This is nothing short of inexcusable. NEVER buy a Frigidaire device.

      Hey Electrolux, I purchased your Fixed Price repair service for my Electrolux Full Refrigerator back on May 26. Technician came out diagnosed the issue but couldnt order the parts because Electrolux coded the job incorrectly. Called Electrolux customer service and they rebooked a new service appointment with a different company than the original one who diagnosed the issue. I received a message to confirm with the new company for my June 6th appointment. So I promptly call and the new company informed me they do not service **************. I call Electrolux **************** again to inform them of the situation and that the original company just needs to come out and be able to order the parts. Electrolux assures me that they switched back to the original company and they will be at my home on June 6th now. June 5th comes, no confirmation call or email yet for my June 6th appointment. I call Electrolux customer service and they assure me its booked and they will be there. June 6th comes and goes and no service company. Electrolux never changed it! They lied directly to my face. It is now June 18th, and 6 different calls to customer service and speaking with customer service supervisors all the phone calls over an hour long being told the back office is booking the appointment and it will just be two additional business days. But lo and behold no resolution after each of those promises. I am currently on the phone with Electrolux **************** again as I write this post! One hour and 28 minutes at this time. Electrolux feel free to reach out and review my case

      I bought a fridge with fridgedaire on 3/13/25 when I first got the fridge the plug was broken so I had someone repair it for me not even 2 months later the fridge stops working I just bought $244 dollars worth of food days before gone down the drain and might I add I have medicine that needs to be in the fridge and cannot be in the freezer ***** gone down the drain Ive been waiting to talk to a manager for weeks I keep leaving my name and number and they promise in 24 hours I will get a call back Ive called everyday for the last two weeks and nothing . Ive had a guy come and check out the fridge he said he needed a part they ordered a part two days before my appt I got a message saying the part was delayed so they cancelled my order date I am up to here annoyed and frustrated Im a black woman so I feel like they ignore me I feel racially profiled and not heard no one will help me I had someone hang up in my face Ive had people telling me they cannot help me and I am in the talks with a lawyer to sue I even asked if I could get reimbursed or a new fridge they said its not in the warranty what also was in the warranty was theyll fix it in a reasonable time its been about 3 weeks I havent had a fridge this is the worst company on this planet all Im asking for is help and guidance on this issue

      I earlier left a very critical review as customer service had strung me along for multiple months without resolution of my warranty claim. I finally talked to a representative that said he would expedite my warranty claim. I received the unit the following week. Because I as so critical I also wanted to express a positive experience with this representative and a positive resolution to my warranty claim.

      TERRIBLE Service. We simply cannot get this company to respond at all. We bought a Frigidaire fridge model FRFG1723AV and the door shelves break and fall off. They're mounted on flimsy plastic shaped into the door moulding and cannot be repaired. We called, got a case #, wrote the email they asked us to, and simply cannot get anyone to respond to us AT ALL after many months and many attempts. In case they wake up and want to help us after all, we have this case: Ref ******** from their automated email.

      The call center at Frigidaire is absolutely worthless. Ive been contacting the center for two months for a defective refrigerator with no resolution except they know its the fault of Frigidaire but will not contact me to replace or refund the refrigerator. Each time I contact them they make a new case number and tell me it will be another two weeks to be contacted by them. The call service does nothing for you. Its one big circle jerk. You cant contact someone that is willing to help. There is no superior or upper management to speak with. Ive called and the automated pixie placed me on hold for several hours multiple times. I really do not see this company lasting for much longer with this type of communication for its customers.

      I bought a Frigidaire range hood model 4/20 at a cost of 522. After a month the lights started to burn out. Replacement lights also burned out within a month and would flicker go off and on for no apparent reason. The fan on the lowest of three settings was not working - it would not open the damper to exhaust the smoke/steam up the chimney.I have received two replacement units which I had to install myself. Both replacement units operated with the same problems as the original.A service technician was sent to repair my unit and was unsuccessful. I have made around six calls for resolution and kept being told that the back office was handling my case and I had to wait for them to respond.Every time I called and told the back office was involved I requested a means to contact them and every time I was told it was not possible. I asked if the back office actually existed and was given no response.
