      I would give this company no stars if possible. I purchased a BRAND NEW Electrolux washer and dryer from Canadian Appliance Source. We found issues in the function of both appliances upon the first use of the machines. Electrolux was prompt in sending out an authorized repair person who reported that the washer needed a need speed module and the dryer needs new rollers. These are BRAND NEW machines for which I paid full price not a discounted rate for damaged goods. Neither the Canadian Appliance Source or Electrolux see the need to replace the machines. Yet I bought what I thought would be fully functioning machines. Neither companies see the need to compensate me in anyway for my inconvenience or the fact they sent me damaged goods instead for fully functioning appliances. This is not acceptable business practice.

      I have a complaint about a refrigerator going bad one month after I got it, I bought a refrigerator in July 2024 and when they brought it the door was on the wrong side and they changed it, neve the less my freezer collects ice on the door and inside of the freezer. A technician came out a couple .to times and replaced the Seal and next he told me to put a stick under the refrigerator

      I bought a pair Electrolux washer (ELFW7437AW) and dryer (ELFE743CAW), which were delivered in April 2024. We didn't start to use them until September 2024. In just over a month, the washer door cannot lock to close. **************** is terrible, taking too long Electrolux had a appliance service company to repair my brand-new Electrolux washer under the manufacture's warranty. The company scheduled a technicians visit to my house. Two days later, a technician came to do the work. after spending about 10 minutes on inspecting the door issue, the technician told me the door lock needs to be replaced. However, it will take about 2 weeks to order the part. Once the part arrives, then they will call me to schedule a time for them to come to replace the malfunctional door lock.I am very upset since I must wait another two weeks or even loner to have my washer repaired. I am expecting the company to fix the washer in a week as the authorized service company has claimed their service is both of precision and prompt.

      We ordered a washer/dryer unit directly from Electrolux on 9/12. We were told it would be delivered on 9/18. Changed work schedules. One confirmation email and then crickets. Called 4x and were put off each time about when the unit would actually be delivered. We ended up calling the delivery service directly( RXO?)They confirmed a delivery on 9/30. TWELVE DAYS LATER. The unit arrives and is hooked up and immediately leaks all over. We are so done with Electrolux at this point we sent it ******* communication since 9/30. We finally received an email today ( 10/9) saying that the return had been received and the refund processed. No money in our account. I had been reaching out via Instagram to get some sort of answer and now they are saying it will be another 3-5 for the refund to show up. Do not trust a word they say. What kind of business is this? I get more info about socks I order. Have a little respect for your customers. I dont even want to leave 1 star.

      My wife and I went out on Friday to come home to find our flooring ruined by water damage from our Electrolux dryer. They will not replace or pay for this damage. DO NOT purchase anything from these folks. People should know about this. :(

      **** customer service was very rude refused to let me speak with a manger regarding my brand new refrigerator that I have had for 5 months thats not working they made an appointment with the unique repair department for October 3 which they did not come canceled and told me they had to come on Friday. They canceled again on Friday and told me they couldnt come because they didnt have the parts that I needed they know which parts I need it if the refrigerator if they never even looked at the refrigerator or came to the house to look at the refrigerator, I lost my medicine food that was in the refrigerator I would have not done business with this company. If I wouldve known how **** poor their customer service is I feel defeated. This company should not be in business any longer

      Horrible ELECTROLUX Technician customer service, technician never fixed my dishwasher never even pulled out dishwasher to inspect it. Then I reschedule the appointment to fix it again and they canceled the appointment. I was waiting missed work for tech to come to my residence from 8:00am- 12:00am. The tech stated it was leaking from front bottom hose and we looked its leaking from back from first visit. The technician never came to my house and he canceled the appointmnet duet to parts needed a dish rack to fix my dishwasher. What does the dish rack have to do with the dishwasher leaking from back. Ridiculous

      This has been the worst experience any consumer could ever have with a major company. Frigidaire is a lifelong company that many Americans use. And to get this type of service from them is very upsetting. I purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowes and this refrigerator stopped working one month after I started to use it. I have called Frigidaire over 15 times trying to get this problem resolved, and all they have done is giving me the runaround and lie to me about the service calls from *****. One agent told me that *****, had sent them the information they needed to proceed with replacing this refrigerator. Then when I call back and speak to another agent. They tell me that they dont have any of this information. And then , they tell me I have to have another service technician to come out to check the problem again. They have been to my house six times. Im meaning ****** and the problem is still not fixed. My warranty will expire in about 60 days and I believe theyre giving me the runaround just so that they will not have to replace this refrigerator. I have tried to call the corporate office. You cannot contact them. They only have one number to talk to anyone and they all give you the same thing the runaround. they are rude and they never ever have the same statements as this prior person you spoke with this is very sad. The only reason I gave them one star is because that was the smallest star. I could give them if I could give them -5 stars I would I hate this experience and I will never buy another Frigidaire product.

      The worst, most traumatizing and difficult experience dealing with this company.Aug 13th: Brand new fridge received Aug 19th: Fridge hot, hissing noises, customer service advises to ****** immediately and service call ordered.August 21st: Service call (from the people they say have to do it) - says everything is fine (spoiler - it was not fine)Sept 14th: Same thing happens again.Sept 17th: **************** call - arranges for another service call Sept 19th: ************ comes and says "Oops! It was broken the first time. Our bad"Sept 25th: Advised the repair parts are on backorder with no known ETA.****Countless email/calls to customer service to request update, repeatedly told to just wait***Finally on Oct 2nd: Email from company advising they'd approved replacement unit October 8th: Phone call to **************** who says new fridge will be delivered October 23rd I have lost count of the hours we have spent waiting on hold, taking two days off work for repair company to come, and being without a FRIDGE for more than a month with absolutely no care or concern for the customer. We have been treated so exceedingly poorly for a manufacturers defect. We are a young family with two little kids. We have lost more than $1000 in food spoilage and have been living out of a little ********* has been nothing short of the worst experience of my life. And we are October 8th today with still no guarantee we will get a replacement fridge, or when it will arrive. We are emotionally exhausted from this experience and would NEVER EVER EVER buy ANYTHING from this horrific company again. It is shocking to me that this is acceptable treatment of customers for a manufacturers defect on a brand new fridge. Electrolux should be ashamed of themselves.

      Title: Disappointing Quality and Unfair Repair Costs I purchased an Electrolux dryer that cost around $800, expecting quality and reliability from a well-known brand. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but frustrating.First, the belt broke during the warranty period, which was replaced at no cost. But I had to wait for two weeks for someone to come out and fix it . However, just three months later, the same problem occurred again! Now, Electrolux is asking me to pay $350 for repairs, which is nearly half the cost of the machine itself.What bothers me most is that the belt was clearly faulty from the beginning, as evidenced by it breaking twice in such a short period. This seems like a defect, yet Electrolux refuses to cover the second repair under warranty.I find it unacceptable to pay such a high repair cost for a machine that should have lasted much longer without issues. If a company cant stand behind its products and offer reasonable solutions, I dont think its worth buying from them. I expected better from Electrolux, and this experience has left me deeply disappointed.I am donating my washer and throwing away the dryer ! Getting ** model .
