      Bought Frigidaire French door refrigerator from Lowes on May 31, 2022. Was installed incorrectly and they brought me another one in June. Now this NEW refrigerator has totally quit. Called the 800 number to get repaired. I was first told that they would be at our home on Monday, 8/8/22 and just received a call stating that they would not be here now until SEPTEMBER 6TH between 8 and 12. What is a person to do WITHOUT A REFRIGERATOR FOR A MONTH. I need help for this ASAP. I even bought the extended warranty. If this is how customers of Frigidaire products are treated then I will not recommend this product to anyone. I was told service persons only come to our area on Tuesdays.

      We bought a dishwasher summer of 2020. Then the buttons on the top stopped working before warranty was over. Scheduled a service person, but they had to order parts....6 months later parts still not in so they replaced the dishwasher Dec 2021. The contract serviceman that Frigidaire set up came and took the old dishwasher out and unpacked the new one and realized it was damaged. The contract person installed the damaged new one so I would have a dishwasher but said he would tell frididaire to replace it. The new dishwasher kept throwing an error and stopping, so I called frigidaire regarding the replacement and was told by their manager that they didnt have to honor the contract man because he doesnt actually work for Frigidaire, even though they are the ones that set it up, and the best they could do is repair it. First time the repair man came in, he said the error was caused by improper installation by their contract person. He reinstalled the dishwasher again, but that night it still had an error. Came back and this time blamed me for a dirty filter. He cleaned it, and again again that night it still had the error. Called to schedule again, they were supposed to come today, but no record of the appointment or my long conversation with Frigidaire when I set the appointment up. So it was either deleted or the customer service person didnt do it and lied to me. So now they are scheduled again for next Monday. Lets see if they show up and actually fix the problem. My feeling is Im getting the run around. It has been a year since I originally called frididaire and I still dont have a working dishwasher. The dont not honor their warranties.

      Frigidaire told me I would have to pay their tech to come look at the refrigerator, and they likely wouldn't replace it anyway -- even though it has a known issue that takes time to emerge, and slowly causes damage from the inside out. The damage then leads to other issues that wouldn't have occurred if the appliance had been built correctly in the first place. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was refused, because "a manager won't take calls like this." That is a direct quote from the representative. I asked for a complaint line and was told that no one would take a complaint, that I would have to leave it there. I will never purchase a Frigidaire product again -- I have had much better luck in responses to customer service needs from Whirlpool and ********

      My Frigidaire stove just had it's 4th repair call for the same part. First 2 under warranty, 3rd was supposed to be but after some degree of wrangling they only paid for parts not labor. For 4th call ( to *************** which does pose some difficulty with understanding one another) they agreed to parts not labor.The problem was in using the self-clean mode, which resulted in the thermostat to fail. As a result, the oven ceased working.I paid the labor cost myself and started the process, after a detailed search on their website to determine other options. I found a little known secret (which customer service reps should have shared with me.) In the section under customer rights, it states that should a customer have 3 service calls for the same issue on an appliance they have a NO LEMON guarantee and the customer can get a full refund or replacement.I am in the process through writing and providing evidence of four repairs for the same part that I was invoking their NO LEMON guarantee and am awaiting feedback now.I share this with others having similar problems.

      Bought a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator 5 years ago. When we were having our floors refinished the appliances had to be moved and one of the technicians noticed a sizable rust spot on the back of the refrigerator with a fist sized ice ball forming. We called the company and were told we must hire an appliance repair company to come out and verify the problem. Paid $90 for the repair person to tell us it was a non fixable design issue. They would forward the finding to Frigidaire/Electrolux. We were told the company was issuing checks as compensation for the problem. After several months and no response from Frigidaire, called and was told they would look into it. The end result was a letter from the company stating they would give us a 10% discount on any new Frigidaire / Electrolux refrigerator. The Frigidaire Gallery we owned would be scrapped. We found that solution completely insulting. One can buy new appliances with greater savings than 10% if you shop at certain times of year and do your homework. The bottom line is we will NEVER purchase any appliance built by Frigidaire/Electrolux! They do not stand behind their products and have proven this based on the many bad reviews you will find posted online.

      would like to take a moment to let everyone know to NEVER buy any products from Frigidaire !!! my mother and disabled father have been without a working refrigerator for 2 1/2 weeks. The technician they sent out couldnt fix it. So instead of replacing it, theyre making them wait until the end of August for parts to come in what parts are they ordering when he said I dont know whats wrong so.being without a refrigerator for 5+ weeks. When my mother asked for a new one they stated we dont do that Get some coolersSo they clearly dont back their products. They should be ashamed

      The worst experience we ever had my Frigidaire gallery is still under warranty the freezer is not working for the last two months and still the part needed to repair it have not been shipped only lip service awful customer service

      I moved to a new construction house and purchased all appliances from Frigidaire, my dryer stopped working after 3 months . They set an appointment with a 3rd party repair company they found that the control panel died and ordered me a new one.Still have been waiting for my washer to be fixed for almost two months. The last time I called them they told me that the parts arrived and on July 22/2022 from 8:00 to 12:00 the technician will come and will fix my dryer. I take a day off from work just to be home, and what do you think on July 22/2022 at 7:00 I receive a message from technician that they still waiting for my part and of course the dont know when it will arrive.Very rude customer service and not at all helpful. They just keep putting it off and promise it will be fixed . I do have a brand new dryer and I have to dry my clothes in the yard. Actual garbage company don't buy from them, I know I never will again.

      We purchased a new Refrigerator on April 16,2022 by May we were calling Lowes as well as Frigidaire to complain about freezing. The first year warranty is through Frigidaire so no other options than use the company for assistance. Have had two visits from repair company they have replaced two parts and my appliance is still freezing items. I have a print our from repair company of communications to Frigidaire and they still say there is nothing the can do. I finally called the credit card company we charged the refrigerator on and entered a dispute but this will take some time to complete. Never ever purchase from this company. I have spoken to management at Frigidaire and still know one is able to help. So we bought a used refrigerator to place it our garage so we at least have somewhere to store food items. This is going to be a mistake. Don't buy from Lowes or Frigidaire ever.
