1 starI don't know why they keep sending me to Electrolux when I am complaining about Frigidaire. I bought a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator Model LFTR2045VG and right after 90 days (when I can't return it) it stopped cooling in the refrigerator section. Turns out the defrost mechanism of the freezer was defective. It will be over a week before they can get another part and I have to do without a refrigerator I will also have to do without a freezer for 3 days before they come out again. I have lost over $100 worth of food. I want to return it but it is just past the 90 day period, or I want them to pay me back for the refrigerator so I can buy another brand. There is also a class action lawsuit going on regarding this same problem I am having with this refrigerator. Frigidaire - ******************* ************************ wiki Frigidaire Is there a class action lawsuit against Frigidaire refrigerators?Chimicles ******** ****************************************** is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of Frigidaire Professional single-door refrigerator models affected by an inconsistent temperature defect in the fridge section of the refrigerator.Review fromEvelyn G

1 starOn 2/25/25 a technician came to evaluate a problem with my range. He ordered parts which were installed on 3/6/25. The Receipt for Services stated that the work was completed on 2/25/25, which is incorrect. The spelling of my last name was also incorrect.I phoned ***************** (located in the ***********) on 3/7, 3/11, 3/12, 3/13, and 3/19. Each time I was told that the Receipt for Services would be corrected and emailed to me. Each subsequent email was the same as the original email and contained the incorrect information. This seems to be incompetence and/or indifference on the part of Electrolux Customer Service. This practice of stating the incorrect completion date seems to be an effort by Electrolux to shorten the warranty period for the replacement parts.Review fromJames A

1 starI purchased a Frigidaire Model FFTR1814WW refrigerator at ****** in August 2024. In February 2025 the freezer quit freezing food goods. Since the unit was under warranty, ****** said I had to go through Frigidaire to get it repaired. I called Frigidaire and was told that they would seek a repair technician to assess the unit's problem. After two weeks I received a text message stating that a service technician was not available in my area, so I called the customer service number again and was told I would receive a refund credit since no technician was available to repair the unit. What I received was an exchange notice. Instructions on the notice said I needed to purchase another Model FFTR1814WW or similar Frigidaire model and then send the invoice number, the serial number of the new model, and the original serial tag from the defective unit. I spoke with a *** about the exchange notice to see if a refund credit was possible. I was told "no," that an exchange credit was all that was available. When I said I didn't want a Frigidaire, I was told the exchange refund was only valid for a Frigidaire unit. So, now I am stuck with a defective unit, or I have to purchase another Frigidaire unit that I do not want before I can get an exchange refund. Attempts to get help from ****** customer service was fruitless as well. They kept sending me to Frigidaire to resolve my complaint. I just want my money refunded so I can buy a more reliable refrigerator.Review fromKooh P

1 starI recently purchased several Electrolux appliances for my new home, but unfortunately, three out of four have not functioned properly from the start. This experience has been extremely disappointing, as I expected higher quality from a reputable brand. The products seem to embody low-quality manufacturing, and the service has been unhelpful. Despite numerous attempts to address these issuessix interactions with customer service, two service visits, and two part replacementsnone of my problems have been resolved. While the customer service representatives were courteous, their efforts did not lead to any meaningful solutions. It appears that they are more focused on making promises they cannot keep rather than genuinely addressing customer concerns. The process has been time-consuming and frustrating, with Electrolux suggesting that I allow them to fix defective products in my home at my expense.I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and responsibility shown by Electrolux. Given the high cost of their products, I expect much better quality and service. I would advise potential customers to explore other brands that offer superior products and customer support.Unless ********************** improves its product quality and customer service significantly, I fear they may lose their customer base. There are many other manufacturers that provide better value for money and genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend purchasing from Electrolux based on my experience.Review fromMichelle S

1 starWe purchased a Gallery Frigidaire Refrigerator in Dec 2023 that same week it quit working once it was delivered and installed, we called a service tech. The service tech came that next week and ordered a part but never came back or called that the part was in and installed it he was a no-show. The fridge started intermittently working after that and in Jan 2024 it working all together. Called service again, they came and order a new part. and it did not fix the issue he called the master technician while he was on site and received a Frigidaire claim number. He stated that he was not able to fix it and it would need to be either ***laced or refunded. After days and endless hours on chat we received a (Return Authorization) and were told to go to Lowes to get a ***lacement. ***** ordered a ***lacement on 8/9/24 and it was delivered and installed on 8/23/24. 2 weeks of using it and for no reason the display panel lit up with an ER CE error message and then kept beeping all night and now all the lights and the entire thing is frozen!! We tried unplugging it per another chat from the *** on 9/12/24 and still nothing works. A service ticket was created on 9/13/24 as the Motherboard/computer needed to be ***laced on the new fridge. I called on 10/15/24 for a follow up on the part that they ordered as we still hadnt received any response from them. They came out a few days later and ***laced the part. On 3/15/25 the display panel lit up with an ER CE error message and then kept beeping all night and now It comes up with a power failure and I am afraid we are going to lose all our food. We tried unplugging it twice for over 20 minutes each time and still nothing works. Now we need to call in a service ***air. This is ridiculous that the motherboard has died now twice in less than 6 months and on our 2nd fridge of the same one.Review fromANTHONY P

1 starI BOUGHT A GALLERY FRIDGE AND THE FREEZER DOOR WAS CROOKED AND IT MADE LOUD NOISES LIKE SNAPPING,POPPING AND IT WOULD WAKE YOU UP. THEN WE HAD ICE BUILD UP IN THE FRIDGE AREA. AFTER DOZENS OF CALLS AND 4 TECHS WE GOT A NEW FRIDGE. ACT 2 WAS WORSE,BAD COMPRESSOR,BAD CONDENSER,WATER LIGHT GOES OUT. THE CONTROL BOARD HAD TO BE REPLACED AND WEEKS LATER THE LIGHT GOES OUT AGAIN. NOW THE ICE LIGHT IS OUT. OH YES THIS ONE IS ALSO NOISY AS WELL. WE ARE SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS WE ARE GIVING IT AWAY TO SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT CARE, THEY ARE NOT WELL OFF. NOW THE CLOCK ON THE RANGE HAS A DIGITAL LIGHT OUT.Review fromAntoinette W

1 starHorrible service I bought a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator from Home Depot within the first 6-12 while under manufacturer warranty they came out to replace this horrible beeping noise on the control panel like three times and constantly try to upsale warranties instead of making sure the customer is satisfied with a large product purchase. I am now on my 4th replacement I didn’t want to purchase an extended warranty I feel they were just keep sales going then paid an extra 500.00 to have the control panel go out as well as control board and all they keep saying is call back before the 60 days are up will send a technician out well the problem is not resolved I hate the refrigerator and will never purchase anything from Frigidaire ever again
