      **************** is non-existent. *** on chat was rude, abrupt, condescending and sarcastic. She refused to elevate my complaint or get me a supervisor. She said she couldn't send me a transcript of our "chat" because it was against the law, quoting HIIPA. She accused me of wanting the filters I DID NOT order. for free. I needed a water filter and went to the website to order like most people do with most things. The filter had a subscribe option so I clicked it. I then thought I should get the air filter at the same time and noticed while browsing that it was cheaper to get them in a pack. I subscribed to the pack with the intention of cancelling the single water filter order. Within minutes I was on the subscribe page cancelling the order, only I clicked the wrong one and cancelled the pack. No big deal. I cancelled the single water filter and saw that I had no subscriptions. At that point I went back into the filter page and subscribed to the pack again. I received two emails saying my subscription was cancelled. That was on Saturday, February 8th On Wednesday, February 12th I received all three orders - enough for a year and a half.I checked online and saw that I had three orders listed but one subscription.I used "chat" to reach a person - a bot at first, then a person who sent me to retail. **** was my next person after waiting 19 minutes on chat. He wanted a screen shot of the cancellation email and while I did that, he closed the chat because I seemed to be away (for less than 30 seconds). I hung onto the chat because apparently it senses when you are still there and eventually I got **** ***. There were extremely long periods between our chats. She didn't listen or understand my concern. She pretended she didn't understand the problem. My "subscription was cancelled". This was repeated many times. She lied saying she couldn't send a transcript of our chat for legal reasons. ***** this company. They are trained to rip you off!

      I won't buy anything else from Electrolux. These people are ignorant. My front load dryer started having a horrible noise not long after I got it. I scheduled for a technician to come out and they said they would come out between 8 and 12 today. 1215 come around and they still hadn't showed up. I live in **. The technician called about 1230 saying he was in ********** and couldn't find my address. I called electrolux and told them the issue I was having and that I had to pay someone to come to my house this morning at 8am to be there for when the technician was coming since I had to work. The customer service person was like I apologize but we have to rebook you and the earliest we can do is a week from now. He was like if you want you can call the technician yourself and ask them if they can come out earlier but they aren't required too. The biggest part of this is they had sent out a text with the incorrect address and I had talked to them prior to the appointment and told them the address was incorrect. I was told it was a glitch in the system and they fixed it and the technician would be coming to my address in **. So they lied to cover themselves instead of fixing the issue then when the tech showed up to the wrong address now it's my fault. The customer service guy was like we can't make them come out any earlier but if you'd like to call them on your own to ask if they can come out earlier you can.

      I purchased a ********** side by side in Dec 2024. by January 1 it broke and all of my food spoiled. They sent a technician to "repair" the fridge and 2 weeks later it broke again and i lost all of my food again. I have not had a working fridge to this day. Its just sitting there taking up space. You call all you get is I'm so sorry. No one can help you. Its been a back and forth between the repair company and electrolux and a part hasn't even been ordered yet. They wont replace the unit bc the technician hasn't said its unrepairable. You NEVER get to speak with a supervisor and no one ever returns your call. Do not purchase from Electrolux their system is flawed. They do not care and wont replace your food not one ***** of it UNLESS you purchase an additional warranty from them which $250 food replacement is included every time this happens. At this point its not an inconvenience its a hardship bc of all the money its costing me in food loss and having to buy a mini fridge so i can have some sort of food in my house. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

      I purchased a Refrigerator on 11/8/2024 and on 2/6/2025 approximately 3months. It stopped freezing and getting cold. Still under manufacture warranty. The tech came out 6 days later to determine it was Defrost Timer that has went out. He ordered the part and I have to wait another week to have it repaired. I asked Electrolux to replace the refrigerator because it is only 3 months old and clearly the refrigerator has defective parts. However that is definitely not what they are interested in doing. Upon reading the reviews on this company and all of their products, I should have paid more attention to what others had to say about this company. I regret spending my money with them and they will not get any of my business in the future. They dont want to take responsibility for making good for selling defective items. They just want to patch on them and wait until they are no longer liable for fixing anything. Shop around and find a better product. In 3 months I never expected to be dealing with this. Thankfully I bought and extra warranty through *****. I am going to definitely let Lowes know about these products they are selling. Veda *

      I had a girlfriend who worked for this company and she was promised a future and many opportunities with this company. She showed up on time and was one of the top in her field. She was let go abruptly and randomly with no warning after doing amazing work. The manager didnt even say goodbye to her personally and was not the one who let her know. Once we got home and I was able to look at other reviews we could see that there was a history with this behavior and a lot of toxicity within the management and company.

      The side by side refrigerator we bought in December of 2023 started freezing food on the refrigerator side around June of 2024. After four repair visits it was deemed unfixable and would need to be replaced under a warranty claim. After several calls to have this taken care of, I received emails on December 23 stating that I would have a replacement within 10 days. After several more phone calls, it is now February 12th of 2025 and still no replacement. Once again promised a new refrigerator. (Still waiting) At this point I only want my money refunded as I desire to own another Frigidaire product.

      I reached out to the customer service to schedule an appointment as my refrigerator had stop working. After providing all of the necessary information, they gave me a date of service on the 19th of February. I called on the 6th. I really couldnt wait that long as it would be an inconvenience to keep food at friends houses or live out of a cooler. A fellow church member recommended an appliance repairman. He came the next day, fixed it in 10 minutes! He stated it was a defrost mechanism, and that it was the 6th one he had fixed today. He said they were cheap and didnt last long, and my refrigerator was purchased in May! A new part would have cost $75.00 , re replaced it with an older part and my the total bill was $130.00!He recommended that I reach out for reimbursement and to give them my information.Not only did they say NO while I was on the phone with them asking them why they could not refund my money, I receive a text stating the technician could get to me until The 21st!!!!! And the appliance company sent a text that said I would have to pay a $99 fee that was not included in my warranty (to travel) Ive canceled the appointment and I want it to be know this is horrible customer service. They should have contractors locally since I purchased the appliance at our local Lowes in *********,**

      We purchased a Frigidaire professional Liquid propane cooktop in June ************************ a new home build. Shortly after moving in the center burner on the unit periodically exploded. We contacted the store we bought the unit from to no avail and then contacted Frigidaire directly. The first ********** they sent out experienced the problem having the unit literally explode in his face. He reported that to Frigidaire and they refused the claim that the unit was unrepairable and replace it. The only recommendation they provided was to send another person which they did. That ********** stated he would order some replacement parts, those took over two months to arrive. When they did, they were wrong, then that ********** stopped responded to our inquiries. Reaching out to Frigidaire once again their only resolution was to send yet a third **********. After seven months and safety concerns I threw the unit away and replaced it with a different brand. I cannot express my disappointment in Frigidaire customer service, especially given such a safety oriented problem. It also cost me $900 which was the purchase price of the unit.

      I have purchased a cooktop couple months a go. The class cracked by itself. When i called customer care and asked for a technician ti come over to take care of the issue, the agent called thus issue as a cosmetics which is not covered by 1 year factory warranty and instructed me to purchase a new one!!!No one informed me at the time of the purchase!No passion, zero care to their customer, no customer service at all. I *** been trying to get a response since November 2024 and still waiting for a supervisor to call!!!!Do not buy this brand at all.

      I purchased a Fridge from Frigidaire in April of 2024. It started making exceptionally loud noises in August. I called warranty repair in September. I've had a tech out here several times, 4 times were "repair calls." They use ***** Home Service...you have to wait 2 weeks until a tech even comes to your house. One time, I had to wait 6 weeks for a tech to come. The tech has replaced the motor, the control panel, and put installation in to help cover the noise. My fridge gives me HIGH TEMP warnings and stops cooling. I can't use the freezer and the ice maker won't work a lot either. I've had 4 official repair calls with the service techs. I have the repair numbers, but the HORRIBLE customer service is telling me they only have 2. I gave them the 3 numbers and the screen shot where the tech said the unit was not repairable. They continue to NOT replace this fridge, it's a lemon....3 issues wrong with it. I want my fridge replaced but they keep telling me there's not enough repair reports...however, there HAS been. WORST customer *********** will NEVER buy another product from them again. I want my replacement fridge for this lemon.
