      Multiple issues with the company. We signed up for an ongoing pest control. Paid intial fee and monthly fee. On the initial service the tech showed up outside our home, sat in his vehicle then left. We brought this up to the company with no resolve. Asked to cancel service they assured they would come back out and redo the service. Was never done. The came out the second month. A door hanger was left but no other sign of it being completed. Again asked for refund and cancel. Company will not let me cancel without paying a $300 fee which is more than 4 monthly dues

      I have read your complaint and reviewed your account.  You maintain, in your responses to us, that your property has not been serviced.  This is contrary to our records, verified by GPS, that show our technician did complete each of the services (Initial Pest and Mosquito 07/23/2022, Mosquito only 08/31/2022).  As we are still early in the contract, that explains all terms of early termination, the discount fee you received of $300 is due for early cancellation.  We have attempted to reconcile the account with you on a number of occasions yet not solution has been found.  In an effort to offer an amicable separation of our contract, I will waive the early termination fee you agreed to in your service agreement if you will agree that this complaint has be resolved to your satisfaction.  I truly wish that we could've found a way to move forward with the contractual agreement, but that does not seem possible at this point.  I hope you find this resolution satisfactory.

      On 8/2/2022 an employee from Aruza pest control offered a service for my pest problem that has been going on since last year. They told us about how they were going to be able to help us. Asked us about credit card information and helped set up an appointment for 8/11/2022. The company gave us a list of things we had to do around the house, so we followed the list. The appointment was supposed to be around 9am the employee arrived almost at noon. He went around and inside the house spraying liquids. Then he said that I should start seeing results right away. We where very confused because we didnt see any results like he described. I Called on 09/09/2022 regarding the cancellation and refund. The secretary informed me that she was not able to help me with cancellation and refund, that only Manager were able to. She stated that all managers where in a meeting and that he would Call me when he was available. I never received a call back from them. All I am asking is for them to cancel the services and a refund.
