      On Tuesday evening 5/20/2025 at 8pm I approached **** and ***** from Aruza who were going door to door in our neighborhood that does not permit soliciting. **** and ***** gave two different names for their business selling pest control. I asked ***** to please leave the neighborhood because the community does not welcome solicitors as stated on the sign at the front of our community. ***** said he saw the sign and is going door to door anyway. I asked for a ****, ***** refused. I asked for his contact information, and ***** stated no because I did not want to do business with him. ***** at this point had said several things that were untrue making me believe he may be of ill intent and that there could be safety issue and maybe even violence from these two individuals from Azura. One neighbor thought they may even be casing the neighborhood. I asked him again to please leave and he stated he has not had any negative interactions with anyone in the community, which is not true via our community ****** Blossom **** ***** on ********. I asked a third time to please leave, which he said no. At this time, there were several people that already told him this was a no solicitor community. Which he ignored and continued to knock on the doors of the community at 8:30 pm. Several people were offended, as we can prove this via the FB *****. ***** said he ignores all the no solicitor signs because he has a job to do. I got the name of the company ***** works for from a disgruntled neighbor. Please make this right.

If it is found that our team members acted inappropriately or dismissively, we will take corrective ********* clarify, while No Soliciting signs do not carry legal enforcement in many jurisdictions, we do coach our representatives to use good judgment and to disengage when respectfully asked to leave. If that did not occur here, we regret the breakdown in communication and are using this incident to reinforce expectations with our team.Regarding your request for personal contact information for our employees, **** and *****, we are not able to provide that due to company policy and employee privacy protections. However, we will cooperate fully with any official law enforcement inquiries if they arise.       Hello! On 07/09/2024 my wife opened an account ****** and concluded contract for 12 month. According to the terms of the contract - "agreement will automatically renew after the initial term on a month to month basis unless either party gives notice in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date". Our next billing date is 06/10/2025. So, according to the terms, I send message through the form on customers service ************************************************************** and did not receive any answer.Then I began chat with customers service, but manager told me he can't able to cancel account via text message and told me to call **************** for further *************, I called ****************, but another manager told me, that he can't terminate my contract, and I must call them on June to do that. On my protest to him, that his advice will violate the terms of the contract of 30-day notice before next billing date, he told me - "I promise that this will never happens".I am extremely disappointed with this attitude towards customers and want to terminate my contract!

      I have reviewed the account and the complaint provided. First off, I hate to hear your desire to cancel. I'd be interested to hear what led to that decision since up until now the only feedback we had received had been positive. As far as processing the request, your 12 month agreement would be up at the end of June. You still have payments due for May and June, but I will add a expiration date on the program so that it will not auto-renew beyond the end of the initial *********************************************** concerns please do not hesitate to reach out.

      I did not have a service provided by this company. However I want to comment on their driving behavior. While driving to work today, I pulled into the right lane from the left lane in preparation to merge onto the I-26 about a mile from that exit. I watched for any oncoming traffic and made sure that all had passed so that I could safely move into right lane. Again, I did not see anyone so I made the transition. The person driving the Aruza truck must have been speeding down the highway as he came up on my tail and continued to tailgate me until I exited onto I-26. He also put his bright lights on and flashed them most of the way. As I exited he flashed his lights again and laid on the horn. This does not speak well of the driver, but I also felt threatened. There is no way he was driving the speed limit and in fact I believe he sped up when he saw me move into the right lane. Per review of the BBB page, there is one employee for this company, which would indicate the owner. Having said that I am unsure if the BBB page is up to date.

      Thank you for providing feedback on our drivers. Safety is very important to us so it's crucial we crack down on all these incidents. We do have cameras in all of our vehicles, as well as tracking and monitoring. I can assure you do not take driving incidents lightly.

      Worst company to deal with. They bribe you into what they will do come to your door late at night and do nothing as far as services they do and dont care about your property biggest scam out there please avoid this company at all cost

      DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR PEST CONTROL!!!! They do not do what they promised on the contract, and they charge an early cancelation fee. Also, if you call to talk to a manager, good luck because they will not call you back and give you the run around.

      This company is very dishonest. I had a salesrep stop by and offer to do a spray both i side and out of $92. They did the inital spray and bugs returned almost immediately. I called to cancel and was told I have a contract that was sined by reviewing the first bill. This is very deciptive. They do not do a very good job and I want to cancel my contract without paying the $200 fee.

      Customer satisfaction is something we take pride in, and all of our agreements include follow up services as needed. After the customer expressed frustration, we were able to get one of our Service Managers involved to rectify the issue. At this point it seems the issue has been taken care of, but please let us know if you need anything in the future

      SCAM, trick mischievous My parents and I are very upset with the way this company projects itself. My parents are elderly and in serious health conditions. One day a young man came to offer services because they were seating up service to the neighbors. Apparently the offer sounded good, and that the discount of a number of $ 240 and that it was $ ***** and I told him that yes we wanted the service because my parents needed it at the moment. But what the young man did not tell us was that when signing it was a contract. A few days ago we found out. But above all they say that they came to provide service on Saturday, October 5, 2024, when it was raining. My parents have a gate that they have to open and there is a dog that alerts if there is someone in the yard. My parents are confined to the house, they only go out for medical appointments or by ambulance and on Sundays to church when they can. I have tried to appeal the charge that is now $ ***** that I did not know. since I never received a contract. Yesterday 10/14/24 they send me a text message to open and sign a CONTRACT. And we are talking about the beginning of September 2024. This has to be illegal. We do not want any service from them. I want to appeal the refund of an unpaid charge. And it is confusing, they send you the information with a number but when you go to answer it says you have to call another one. You call and not one answers, that they will call you back. It is a scam. My mom was not satisfied with the service either. Our experience is frustrating & disappointing..

      ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PEST CONTROL. I NEVER HAD ANY PEST ISSUES UNTIL I USED THEM. THEY HOOK YOU SAYING THEY GUARANTEE TO ELIMINATE AND PREVENT PESTS, HOWEVER THEY DID NOT, IN FACT IT MADE THEM SWARM IN. I CALLED IN TO DISCUSS ON 9/20/24, 9/30/24, 10/9/2024 AND EACH TIME I WAS TOLD MY CONCERN WAS ESCALATED TO A MANAGER AND THEY WOULD CALL WITHIN *************** THEY NEVER CALL. THEY WILL NOT CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITHOUT WANTING A $350 FEE DESPITE THEM NOT DELIVERING ON THEIR GUARANTEE. DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

      After pest treatments it is typical to see an increase of pest activity, though, the activity usually dies down after ***** days. If it doesn't, we offer no charge re-treatments as part of your plan. It doesn't appear as any of the no charge reservices were taken advantage of. Our management staff did attempt to reach out on 10/10, and their notes show that they have texted and called to speak to you. At this point the account has been cancelled.

      This company is nothing but a scam. I was charged the initial $49.99 on 8/1/2024 for their service that lasted around 20 minutes. Absolutely nothing was done, he only sprayed. Not a single trap was placed. I then received an email saying the tech was at my house for several hours which is not correct. That should have been a red flag for me . I decided this company wasnt going to be a good fit for me and I didnt want to continue services with them. I called and tried to cancel but they refused. They contacted me via text on 10/1/2024 and I told the I was not interested in the services. I still received a text message stating the tech was on his way. He didnt show up because I was home all day. Well, he must have reported that he came by because I received another text message asking to rate his service. Later on I was charged $129.00 for a service that was not completed and should have been cancelled. I want this cancelled immediately and refunded back to my account.
