      Lies! We were told we could try it for a few months, ended up being a contract. We were told and contract states full yard treatment, *** was our tech and she serviced our yard and said no only the perimeter of the home. Scam artists! Please do your research before even speaking to them, I wish I would have. Millions of horrible reviews! Speak with your banks about blocking them. This is a true scam!

      Do not use this company they lie. There is no trial period and they lock you in to a year contract while they lie about it. We were not interested in their service but they convinced us to try it for a few months. Their service did not eliminate any bugs from our yard, so we tried to cancel but it's locked in for a year unless you want to pay $300-$500 cancelation fee.

      The technicians and managers are charismatic and friendly, the service itself is no better than at home, DIY treatments. In fact, DIY at home might be better. This service does not get rid of ants or mosquitos. They did send a technician out to re-service our yard when requested but then said we would have to pay extra to actually treat the ants because their solution couldn't. As others said, they go door to door and have you sign a year long contract. In the south, you really only need treatment from May to October ish, not year round, and if you want to cancel it'll cost you almost 300$ (can't do it online in your customer portal either). Don't use them. Just get some highly rated DIY stuff for your yard, it's a waste of money and they may it difficult to cancel. I only gave them 2 stars because the people that work there seem to be profession and kind, it's the solution that doesn't seem to work.

      This is the worst company to go through leave them alone they will make it sound good but they are a scam an charge $200 to cancel because they are not doing their job so they only came to my residence twice Im totally in satisfied with the service I received please beware of this company

      I do hate to hear that you were unsatisfied with our service.  I can see that your account has been closed and we did forgive the early termination fee that is clearly outlined on the service agreement bearing your signature.  We would have loved to have been able to do more than just an initial treatment, considering the seriousness of the pest situation in your home.  It is unfortunate you wouldn't allow us to do the work.  I wish you the best in securing the serious support you need for your infestation.  

      Please keep in mind that any service provider is going to required consistent treatments to eliminate the particular pest you are having trouble with.

      About the 3rd week of July 2022 a sales man came to our door about pest control. Previously we had used A1 for a year and had our crawl space inscapsulated($8000 job) due to rats getting in crawl space and coming up onto our dishwasher. This did not help the problem. Still was seeing rats. The Aruza salesman had talked with us and discussed that they could be getting in through the block. Our agreement was to caulk any holes in the block. We also asked about them pulling dishwasher out and plugging up the holes. The sales man said he would come back out and take the dishwasher out. Well the next week my step dad was put in hospital and we werent sure he was going to make it so we rescheduled. Two weeks later a technician came out only to pull the dishwasher out but said he didnt have anything to plug up holes. I said nvm because I didnt want a hole there and my dogs messing in there. He called the manager. The manager called me and said we may need to do an inspection for $1500. I expressed that we were not doing that after just paying all the money last year. He said he would be out that next day to take a look. Never called or showed up. A month later and aruza text and says a technician will be out tomorrow to service area. I sent an email to cancel services and that we were unhappy. Woke up this morning to be charged and no one out to service. I call the office to find out what is going on. I explain to the lady and she said she would ask managers for this area. Emails me back saying no one remembers talking with me and sends me a copy of my agreement. Which isnt for the same thing now since we decided to wait on the caulk. Very unhappy with the service of this company as have been told lies and still having rats come in the house after the first time of pest control. Do not use this company.

      Did a great job servicing my house as well as my mothers. Very nice and friendly technician. I had an issue with the first service because I was not home but they were very helpful in resolving all issues.

      Total scam. Pay monthly for bi-monthly bug treatment (their silver plan) and their technicians have NOT shown up to my property. Only person Ive met was their door to door sales guy. According to an email they sent on 8/13, a service tech arrived and completed the treatment, this is news to me as I never saw the person and we still have a ton of bugs. The company also offered that the tech would text when he was on his way, zero text/communication so I firmly believe he never actually showed up.I noticed a ton of ants in my back area yesterday, 8/23/22, and placed a call for service (they highly promoted the ability for customers to call anytime to reservice a yard). They gave me a time frame of 8a-12pm for 8/24/22 and shocker, the guy never showed. After being on hold for ten minutes, the technician called me after I complained and explained hes being sent all over and can maybe stop by this afternoon. What? No. Unprofessional behavior at its finest.

      POOR RESULTS!!!! Someone came out 4 times within a month and a half time, we were at work all but the last time. The 1st time was June 21, two days later we had 6 new hills pop up and all types of bugs both flying and crawling came out. I called June 27 to let them know and they sent someone on July 13th to walk the whole yard. This time they put granula on the old hills and 2 new ones, missing the other 4. WHOLE YARD WALK!!!! I THINK NOT!!!! So I called to cancel and was told a manager would have to call me to cancel or there would be a cancellation fee, which the nice salesman ***** told us we could cancel anytime. I called on 15th bc I hadnt been contacted by a manager and they tried to draft the next payment on the 13th. Thank goodness my check wasnt deposit yet. I spoke to a manager, maybe ****, and was told he would stop payment until the issue is resolved. He then said he would come out the 3rd time on July 18 and walk the whole yard, to try to resolve the issue. I was giving an AM appt time which my husband was available no one showed until after 5 when neither of us were available and 2 hills were missed. AGAIN SO MUCH FOR WHOLE YARD WALK!!!! I called back to speak to manager and was informed that the previous sprayer was not a manager and a manager would come Aug 9. This time my hub and myself was available, but again HE WAS NOT A MANAGER. I called the same day and spoke to someone, not a manager, and without hesitation was told my subscription would be cancelled. Now I'm waiting to see if they draft anything, if so I'll be filing a complaint.**************

      The absolute worst experience and $275 to cancel the contract when my big problem is worse now? Please stay away from this company
