This company is a scam and does not complete the services listed in the contract. First service they did not come in the house or garage, did not fog for mosquitoes in the yard front or back and did not spray around the pool (all these items listed in contract and charged extra for). I cancelled 2 days after signing contract but then they showed up the next month and charged again. Still did not do half the items they are supposed to. This month I was charge and they never showed up. After two weeks I was notified someone would be coming and I asked why it wasnt cancelled. Because the manager didnt file with the office they charged me another $199. I have all the messages between myself and manager but they still charged me. Do not buy their claims about effectiveness either. *** told me fogging method was better and second tech who showed up sprayed with liquid. When I questioned this he reversed himself and said liquid was better which is what my previous pest company used. All around terrible service and companyAruza Pest Control

A manager reached out regarding this complaint. The customer requested to cancel within the initial 3 days with the initial sales *** via text message, but this was not relayed to the office. We have refunded the charge and closed the account.Review fromNooruddin S

We offer recurring services with call backs in between. Due to routing purposes to maintain an expectation of our customers, we schedule in a windowed appointment with an advance notification. The corresponding email matches multiple accounts with us, and we've reviewed both to see where the disconnect is. What we've found is one account had it's most recent service completed on 8/23, and the other had one on 9/14. The one on 9/14 was cancelled when the technician called ahead. A *** from ***** (*****) came by my house tonight. Seemed nice enough but I told him about 4 times I wanted to speak to my husband before signing up with anything but he kept pushing. I finally agreed to $55 a month service and for them to come back in 2 days for the first service. I refused to let him take my credit card info until after service was performed. He said I could cancel any time before my first service and I wouldn't be charged. He even showed me their glowing ******** reviews. Only thing is he failed to mention all of the BBB reviews. Not only that but later on in the evening I decided to look at the email he sent me with my "contract." He forged my signature. The signature on the contract is nowhere close to mine. Not even a little bit. And he never once asked for my initials but yet I supposedly initialed the bottom of the contract. I reached out to him and canceled. I will be ***orting him everywhere I can for forging my name as that is 100% illegal. The entire conversation took place in front of my doorbell camera so I have the entire thing on video. I don't know what he asked me to sign for but it was ******% not the contract he provided to me. Shame on this company and it's "***s".Aruza Pest Control

We go through a 2 step verification process on any service sold at the door to ensure that all of our customers are aware of what they are signing up for. The first step is the sales *** who signs up a customer for service is required to email proper documentation prior to service. The second step is that the scheduled technician also goes through services and agreement prior to treatment to ensure that we're being transparent. I was not able to locate any account associated with the information provided, so it appears as if this was caught prior. Shady dealingsI initially signed up for a ONE time service at their promotional rate, being assured that it was only for one month and was rushed through to sign several things on the salespersons tablet without being told that it was a recurring monthly rate at a higher cost. They just charged 89 dollars and apparently it is a monthly cost and to cancel It is a 250 Dollar fee! I didnt agree to this verbally and when I complained via email they essentially said too bad, you agreed to it, which I didnt. If they mean being rushed to sign multiple things without reading and being lied to by their salesperson then they have a different definition of agreement. I have the initial encounter oh my ring camera as well. Do NOT go with this company, as they keep your card on file and will scam you!!!!!!Aruza Pest Control

Terrible service and an even worse management. Was suppose to get a call back to discuss my account on multiple occasions, and never received a call back. I have emailed on multiple occasions to cancel my account, and they say they have not received it and I missed the deadline to cancel and I still have to pay the bill for the month as well as the cancellation fee. I have email proof of me requesting cancellation and now the company decides not to respond. Ridiculous, how a company can be so incompetent.Aruza Pest Control

This account has been reviewed and credited. The customer did in fact cancel and spoke to a manager on 9/4 regarding their cancellation account. The initial cancellation request we received came in on 9/3. There was a charge made after cancellation, but that has been refunded since that was an error. 1 starThey double charged me for a service. I called the day of service when I saw an invoice with a charge to make them aware that the exterminator was there the week before and he was completely the service outside that he could not complete due to rain. I spoke to a receptionist who noted the account. They charged me anyway. I am awaiting a refund. This was only the second time I had this service done by them. Due to their error and oversight, I no longer wanted their service. **** in requiring me to pay money because I signed up on a special. It is about $290. I do not trust this company because of their error in charging me extra. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Review fromMegan M

They continually harass our subdivision and my family multiple times a day. Weve told them to stop coming, weve called the cops, and weve called their offices. They wont listen. This company is HORRIBLE. Their staff is rude and vile. Disgusting behavior.Aruza Pest Control

I was promised a single $50 pest control treatment, I verified with the girl that it was only $50 to be paid upon treatment to see if the service was any good. Without knowing and without being presented a contract, I was simply prompted to sign on an IPad to get the guy out in a few days. The service was completed, and I later received a 12-month contract in the mail, that I had apparently signed on the IPad with a heavy cancelation fee.Aruza Pest Control

With our services we try to be as transparent as possible for any of our services. After reviewing the account I see where there was not an email provided and that's why it was sent through the mail as requested. We do, however, additionally require our technicians to complete a new start checklist before service is preformed, and that was completed as well. That checklist includes information about the property as well as the type of coverage, frequency, charge, and length of agreement. We have both the signed agreement and signed checklist on file indicating the knowledge of the agreement.Review fromCorey T

When we moved in, we were met with numerous door to door solicitors, ***** being the most aggressive and pushing. ** the time, my wife was playing with the kids in the front yard and basically didn't leave until she agreed to sign up for services. She was told by the rep, that we had the ability to cancel and it would not be an issue. Now that we realize the services are not of value and very expensive, we have attempted to cancel. We were told it would cost us $300 to cancel the service, which was the exact opposite of what we were told by the rep. ** the end of the day, we did sign up for services due to the pushy nature of the environment, even after my wife said no three times, coupled with the promise to cancel if we needed. Customer had signed up for a bi-monthly service. Customer had signed the agreement and the checklist (we can provide if needed) before the initial service was provided confirming their interest. We have reviewed the account and will be waiving the initial cancel fee provided upon the start of service. The account is closed.
