      SCAM!!!!!! I had a sales associate named **** come to my home and knock on the door asking if their company could spray for bugs and it would be a one time fee of $40, no contracts, etc. I agreed and they came out and treated our yard. A week later the bugs were back and I called them and they promised to come back out and treat again stating that after it rains the treatment no longer works. ***** ever came back out and they started withdrawing money from my account. When I called the company they stated it was a one year contract and the only way I could get out of the contract was to pay hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees. This is a terrible company that lies and deceives people out of money. My doorbell company recorded the associate telling me that it was not a contract and a one time fee and I will be contacting news outlets to inform them of this dishonest company that is scamming people.

      Hi ********, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback for our company. It is true that after an initial service it's possible to need additional follow *** as we knock down whatever pest population may be around your home. We provide those as requested at no additional charge under the agreement we offer. I don't see any contact made other than the request to cancel service. Although you had signed a 12 month agreement, one of our reps had cancelled that out for you so you were only charged for the initial service done. At this point no additional charges or services will be provided. We wish you the best with your pest control service needs.

      Do NOT use these people. They'll give you great service the first 2 times and then you will no longer matter to them. I've been locked into their 24 month contract for 14 months now. I signed up for the *** package which is supposed to include a fog for mosquitos. I have to watch them like a hawk to make sure they do what they're supposed to do. I get a different tech every month. The last 4 months the service tech was not licensed to fog, so I had to have a second guy come out several days later to do it. There is NO customer service. I've called 4 days in a row to speak to a manager only to be told she's busy with other customers. I explained that I was a very unhappy customer. They don't care. These people are AWFUL!!!

      Very dishonest business. Train salespeople to be dishonest & then deny misrepresentations made by salespeople because they did not witness what was said.

      I do not recommend Anthem ****** for pest control. We were told up front what every monthly service would include and that the technician would be very thorough. Our first two treatments were great, the third and fourth were disappointing. The last and final treatment the gentleman was asked to apply traps to the garage, he sprayed the garage and asked for our gate code, I provided him with the code and he didnt even go into the back, we have cameras. He was here for 5 minutes and left. We are charged $107 a month for treatment and he was here 5 minutes, he also wrote on the summary that he did all ***** and the backyard which was not truthful. I called the ****** office the same day and spoke to *****, it was obvious that she could care less that he didnt do his job and that he lied and said shed have **** call me. I called the next day and **** was in a meeting but they said she would call me back. **** called back the same day, no apology, no refund and we were still penalized for an early termination fee even though we were canceling for bad service, she didnt care. She offered a lead technician to come back out and I declined. Its obvious this Business doesnt strive on customer service or being fair the customer when the employee isnt honest or doing a good job.

      I just recently decided to go with y'all. The young man that came out to talk to me was very friendly & respectful! Then the other young man that came out to spray was also! I have to reschedule another appointment because he couldn't finish my inside because my elderly mom was in the bathroom. So I am rescheduling for them to come back and finish spraying the inside. Also I've got to talk to them about finishing the upper building near my home that I had spoke with them about. They have been very understanding & nice! Sincerely & thanks, ************************* Thanks again Aruza for your wonderful workers! Keep up the good work so I can refer others to you!

      The very, very aggressive Anthem door-to-door sales person has been by 3 times in the last 2 weeks. No means no. ******** requires a door knockers card that your employee has not been able to produce on the last two sales attempts. Next time I see him in the neighborhood, I'm just going to call the police.

      I would give zero stars if it was possible. This company had their corporate retreat at my family's business and destroyed the place. They defecated and urinated on the floors and beds, smoked inside and burned holes in all the cushions, vomited in multiple places and broke several game tables, window blinds, etc. They caused well over 10,000 in damages and refused to pay even a quarter of the cost to fix and replace all they had done. They left their notebook behind that explains how they "bait" people into buying their pyramid scheme pest control company and take advantage of hard working folks for a living.
      I have never seen a more unethical business or a more disrespectful and quite blatantly disgusting group of "human" beings.

      We had terrible problems with ants, stink bugs and centipedes. We used DIY stuff but it did not do much good. Also had fire ants in our yard. We started using ***** and have only had one more instance of ants in the house since. When that happened they came and did an extra treatment inside. They always call to tell us they are coming and since I work hybrid now I am usually here. They always ask if we are seeing any new bugs or having a resurgence of previous but normally that answer is no. Always very friendly and helpful .

      Havent seen company on my property since start of contract .cant get a copy of contract or the terms of it. been emailing them since December .paying ***** a month for no service and was told we cant back out or we hav to pay ****** cancellation fees .

      I'm sorry you haven't had a positive experience. I see one of our reps have sent you a copy of your agreement for your review. If you did not receive that please let us know. The service you have includes quarterly pest control as well as seasonal monthly mosquito control during the months of March-October which have been completed. Your most recent ********************** was done in January, and your next **************** is scheduled for this month. If you would like an inside service or would like to be there to meet one of our technicians, please give us a call so we can schedule an appointment time convenient to you.
