      The Top Tier Solar Solutions company continues to solicit in our Neighborhood despite No soliciting signs posted at the entrances to our neighborhood. We have our own No soliciting, trespassing, soliciting sign which their representatives ignore and continue to hound us about whether we want solar panels. Top Tier Solar Solutions is blatantly ignoring multiple no soliciting signs to harass us and our neighbors. I tried calling their customer support line and was dumped into a voicemail multiple times after sitting on hold for approximately ********************************* we will need to pursue other means to end the harassment.

      I installed 10 solar panels back in December 2023. I and the company understood that due to over 30 trees around my house from my neighbors house the solar was not going to be an option for me. Top Tier assured me that if we added foam insulation to the attic the solar panels were going to performed as they planned. The panels were supposed to be installed in the front of the house where I get the most sun. I withheld the company from inspection to activate the panels for 2 months to allow them time for relocation. The company followed by saying the relocation to the front was going to decrease the performance. I always knew the company was not being truthful with me because they just didnt want to pay for the cost the relocation was going to generate to them. They never disclosed that the loan company they use put leans on peoples home. I immediately proceeded to request removal and dissolving the contract due to false information and fraud. Fast forward a year of dealing with them they promised to refund me the kw I didnt get by the solars. I am still waiting. Also, I encountered a manager call ***** that reassured me the relocation was going to increase production with the solars. He and nobody is responding my calls to discuss when the relocation or if the relocation is going to take place. The company promised I was going to be refunded for the underperformance of the panels and I am still waiting for that as well. I have been trying to reach out to everyone and some blocked, others just ignored my calls and customer service never calls me back. This company is fraudulent and lies about everything they do or say. I records of everything they have done since day one.

      Upon receipt of this complaint, Top Tier contacted this customer via email to inform her of the status of the panel addition. Upper management reviewed the request for the additional panels and sent her an email offering her a resolution of adding 8 additional panels to the system at no additional cost to her. The customer then responded denying our offer and said she would be contacting a lawyer. Top Tier has completely upheld our contractual obligation to the customer and is willing to go above and beyond to assist this customer. However, they remain unwilling to cooperate with us.

      I am rejecting this response because:I have been hunting Top Tier Solutions representatives down for over a year regarding this matter.  They ?? agree the panels were going to be much help unless I added insulation to my attic.  In addition they were installed in the opposite side of the sun direction.  I am almost never able to speak with anyone from the company starting from the main ****** ****, Jarred, ******* ****, *****, customer service and many others which ended up blocking my number.  They indeed offer me a deal of 8 free panels as long as I RELEASE them from their responsibility, fraud, unprofessional behavior, lies.  Nobody in this company takes accountability for anything.  The contract must get dissolved as nothing else is going to be feasible with Top Tier and everything that represents them.

      As we stated in our previous response, we are more than willing to assist this customer and offered them the additional 8 panels to help with production, but need the new contract signed in order to move forward with the county. We have multiple documented calls and phone recordings with this customer so their claims about not being able to get in touch with us over the last year is completely false. We conducted the annual review of this customer's system in December and informed them and submitted for the check for any underproduction on December 30, which can take up to 60 days for approval. We then were able to get the approval for the additional panels for this customer - again, at no charge to the customer and spoke with them about it over the phone. We communicated this with them during a phone call on Feb. 5, to which the customer agreed. When we sent them the updated contract to sign, they refused to move forward. The contract is not a release from "fraud" as they claim - it is a new contract for the panel addition that is extremely standard in the industry and prohibits additional claims for financial compensation in addition to the panel addition as that is the resolution to the issue to help protect us as a company. We have tried multiple times to work with this customer and are willing to continue to do what we can to make this customer happy, however, we need their cooperation.

      Top Tier Solar Solutions was soliciting in our neighborhood 2/1/2025. The neighborhood has a no solicitation sign at entry, in addition we have one posted on our mailbox and front door. My children were playing outside and came in to tell me someone wanted to talk to me. I asked if they were selling something and he thought so. I told them to tell the person we had a no soliciting sign and not interested. They came back in and said he said he was not selling anything, *********** sent him to talk to me and I had to come outside. I went outside to discover it was a solar salesman. I again pointed to our no soliciting signs and we were not interested. He responded that he wasnt selling anything, that clearly Im not selling something right now what do you think I carry solar panels in my back pocket to sell? Im here to educate you on why you need to purchase solar. I told him he was violating the no solicitation and to leave our property. He then began making comments about our personal property in our garage (wow thats a nice tractor you have there, looks like you have some nice things in there) I then asked his name which he refused to give me. I took a picture of the badge and informed him I would be reporting him. He then very slowly in what felt like an attempt at intimidation walked backwards out of our driveway, repeatedly saying ok you have a good day maam. You have a great day. Hope you have a lovely day. We then went to leave for an activity and there were two gentleman from the company lingering at the edge of our property line. Fortunately my husband stayed home but it was alarming especially given the comments on our belongings in our garage that they were still there. I find this extremely disturbing this company would ignore posted no solicitation, falsely indicate they were there under the direction of duke energy, deceitfully try to sell their products, and then make unnecessary comments and behaviors because they were asked to leave.

      they will not leave my family alone and my spouse has told them no that we arnt interest and I have no soliciting signs on my property and no trespassing signs and they still on my property. They will not listen to my spouse. I dont want them on my property.

      On January 24th, this company came onto my property for the third time, after being told I was not interested two other times and being told to not come onto my property once prior. The other two contacts were approximately one week ago. The sales person would not leave a name or a way to contact the company he worked for, the director that was with the sales person also would not leave a name or a way to contact the company he worked for. As they were on public property at this point (as they had finally left my property), I continued to walk with them and ask the same question until finally the director called someone at Top Tier Solar for me to talk with. This person's name was **** ******. During the call he identified the sales person as **** and the Director as ****. I also requested from **** that his company stay off of my property and he refused, the same as the sales person and the director. ****, the Director, confirmed that they do not send requests to stay away from your house back to the company.Considering their less than forthright actions, I wouldn't conduct any type of business with this company, much less having them put solar onto my roof.They need to take no as an answer and stay off the property of people that don't want to conduct business with them.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      I find it difficult to believe that they will be taking disciplinary action against the people I talked to considering one of the people I talked to, and confirmed the information I was given that they would not honor requests to not come onto my property, was the Vice President of Sales, **** ******. This sounds like a brushoff response, similar to many that they've given on reviews of them on other platforms, where they say that their company would never do such a thing regarldess of the number of people that say that they've done the very thing they say they don't do.

      The only response that I'll accept is that the company states that they will no longer come to my property.

      Dishonors property rights and HOA Restrictions. I asked their sales representative to leave my property and stop soliciting. They wouldn't take no for an answer. Then the first salesman left. Then a second salesman came up 5 minutes later. I told them a hard no the first time. They wouldn't stop harassing me in my own house.

      When we are approached by top tier they swore they would provide panels to cover our electric provider yearly bills and since having the panels and calling them consistently. Our panels do not cover half Of what we use and Im Always getting the run around. Worst company ever to work with and the fact Im getting ripped off for 30 years is crazy.

      Had solar installed in Aug 2023; after a very cold winter in 2024 the back laundry room started leaking, I called, they came & sealed the solar attachment anchors but the leaks continued, I continued to try to get them to return to no avail. By late summer of ********************************** the *************** which I had removed due to having an infant in the house plus additional water damage to the kitchen ceiling (leaks were getting worse). Ive sent them per their request 2 separate quotes from roof inspectors with photos and they are refusing to address the issue, stating they fixed it with caulking. Per a reputable roofing contractor, the panels need to come off so the whole back roof can be redone. This has dragged on and ignoring my requests for well over 3 months. Photos attached are some weak or bad areas of the roof & an electrical housing that should be Top Tiers responsibility to repair. Other photos of drywall damage prior to it being removed all part of the ongoing leaks. Other expenses such as heating costs due to an uninsulated back laundry room has also become an issue. I need this resolved ASAP!

      On December 8th I asked to get out of this deal with texts to ***** as the attached text messages will show Neither ******, ***** nor ***** mentioned anything of a "cancelation fee" nor the 3 day cancellation window that's in the "contract" at anytime in the "sales speech" process to me nor the wife.I guess puffery, false and fraudulent advertisement and misleading potential customers by purposefully omitting important aspects of the "contract" in the "sales speech" is common practice IF not policy at Top Tier Solar Solutions.I wasn't told of a 3 day cancellation window if I didn't want to go through with buying solar panels from Top Tier nor was I told of a 30% cancellation fee if I canceled the project after the 3 day window. I supposedly owe them $30,000 for breach of contract even though I was left in the dark about it. I don't have $30,000 to pay these frauds. Nor does anyone else for that matter.

      On page 21 of the contract executed by this customer at the time of sale on 12/6/24, it states: You may CANCEL this transaction, without any penalty or obligation, within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the signature date above If the client cancels without cause within THREE (3) days of the solar systems installation date, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive 30 percent of the contract price and payment for work executed, and costs incurred by reason of such termination, along with reasonable overhead and profit on the work not executed. Mr. ********** received a copy of this contract to the email he provided at the time of sale after it was completed. As such, Top Tier denies these claims that the customer was unaware of the three day right to rescission, or further, the fee associated with late cancellation. More information as it pertains to the cancellation of the system can be found in full on page 21 of the contract. While we apologize for any misunderstanding, it was clearly stated in the contract signed by Mr. *****************

      After communicating via text on the 8th and by phone on the 9th to their sales rep ***** ***** that i wanted out of the deal, within the three day window.  He didn't give me the option to get out of the contract.

      We have no record of Mr. ********** attempting to cancel within the three-day right of rescission. Actually, Mr. ********** actually scheduled the installation of the panels, and then canceled the morning of the scheduled installation. Then, Mr. ********** changed his mind again and wanted the system again, moved through the process again and scheduled the installation, not showing any indication of wanting to cancel, and then again for a second time cancelled on the morning of the scheduled installation. As such and as is specifically written in the contract, since Mr. ********** cancelled up to the point of installation not once, but two times, he was then subject to the 30 percent fee associated with the work done on the project up to that point. When Mr. ********** was sent that invoice, he then called a senior project manager at Top Tier and threatened his life saying he would kill him, and further threatened anyone from Top Tier who dared step foot on his property. After the representative disconnected the call due to the threatening and aggressive nature of the customer, Mr. ********** then called the representative back and left an apology for his threats. Mr. ********** never properly cancelled his contract with Top Tier, and not once. but twice allowed Top Tier to spend money on the project, permits and associated fees, installation crews and parts, materials and parts, and other fees associated with the system and now is trying to say that he is without fault or blame which is simply not the case. He did not properly cancel, and then threatened the life of Top Tier personnel. Top Tier vehemently refuses these claims by Mr. ********** and is firm in our position that no wrongdoing took place with this customer.

      The wife and I have decided to keep our initial decision in canceling the solar project.  We do not want it on our roof and the only place to put it would be over the septic lines and that is not a feasible option.  The house might be new but the septic system isn't.  It's from the old house that used to be here.

      I have already contacted ****************** as of the night of 12/30/2024 in regards to canceling the loan due to canceling the project on 12/27/2024.  I'd greatly appreciate it if you'd cooperate with them in this matter.

      I'd greatly appreciate an arbitration session between us and the BBB in regards to the 30% fine, which is 30%77,303.78 = *********, due to no job, and not having it in my back pocket, I'll have to make payments through a collections agency on this fine after I find a job.

      Again I apologize for the threat made out of frustration in regards to this matter, and I've only received one cancellation invoice from you and no threat was given at that time.

      If anyone of your company employees  such as sales, contractors and the like come to my house they will be asked to leave.

Top Tier said we are here for when he wanted to talk through and are confident that our contract will uphold. We have done all we can to accommodate this customer and their concerns, but they remain unreasonable.

      The solar panels are not doing as promised. My power bill is still high and nw on top of that I have a monthly payment of over $200 a month for 30 years. I feel like I was completely ripped off. I don't even get the rebate from the government because I'm going through a divorce and my income doesn't qualify. We had a lot of problems out of the company in the first place. The owner reached out and told me to touch base with him after I see my power bills and told me if they weren't doing what they are supposed to he would work something out. I tried contacting him and he had an employee contact me to go over how it works and blame the power company. I am very disappointed and wish I could just get rid of these without it affecting my roof or credit

When we first spoke to this customer regarding their concerns, we did an analysis for a full year of production and told the customer that the system was producing as outlined in the proposal to meet the production estimates for the year. We just conducted another analysis on 12/30/24, and the  customer has produced ****** kWh which is above the estimate our proposal showed for the first year by roughly ***** kWh. We are much above the estimated production value for this system which means that the system is operating as it was designed to do in the proposal that the customer signed at the time of sale. Included in this response is the proposal and the information from the Enphase portal showing the production amounts thus far. As such, Top Tier denies the claims from this customer that the ********************** panels are not doing as promised, as that is clearly rebutted in the production shown in the estimate and the analysis.
