They stopped to talk with us about the benefits of going solar and explained the whole process with us in a manner that we were able to understand.The process was easy and quick.We started on Jan. 9 was just completed Match 1st. This included the loan process, the installation of equipment, the inspection a and turning on the digital components. Thank you to all the professionals involved!

So far our experience with this company has been.. top tier! Everyone from customer service to the electrician has been courteous, kind and friendly. They all worked diligently and professionally and they know their stuff. The pricing is fair and with the tax credit it almost pays for itself.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

Signing up to do business with this company has been the biggest mistake I have ever made. The fact that I was told the solar company I had could no longer do business in ************** was not verified caused me to do business with Top Tier. They removed the old panels and installed their panel on the back part of the house, They did not remove the hardware attaching old panels...very unsightly on *******. Since their installation I now have roof leaks in two rooms.I contacted them by text,E-mail and phone to report the problem. They finally sent someone out to inspect on December 7 2023 but I have yet to receive anything from them to date.Meanwh[le, I still have the leaks,They also promised such huge savings on my energy bills.My last two bills were $346 & $418.00 respectively, I requested they send someone out to check the panel, but I have not received any response.I am beginning to call into question the integrity of the company.***** M FreeTop Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

Mr. ***** As we have documented to you countless times and proven in our other responses to you, these claims are baseless. But again, we will reiterate the information here to further refute your allegations. Upon installation of your system, we have documentation of you mentioning to our installation team a preexisting leak that you had noticed from the existing system and asked if the equipment from the other system be removed. As part of our protocol, our installation team informed you that we would not be removing the hardware from the previous system that belongs to another company, which is why we left it. On December 7, 2023, Top Tier Solar Solutions sent a service technician out to your home where the service technician documented in our records and informed you that there is no inclination that the leak and/or water damage you are claiming is from the system Top Tier Solar Solutions installed. The damage you are alleging is about five 5 feet from any solar equipment installed by Top Tier Solar Solutions, and additionally, the leak/water damage appeared to be old from a leak that occurred much prior. We also have photo documentation of this. Due to the information provided by you at the point of installation, photos/documentation we have of the prior system, and notes from the service technician who visited your home, Top Tier Solar Solutions does not have any reason to believe that the leak at the center of your concerns are any responsibility of Top Tier Solar Solutions. As such, as we have stated to you, we are more than happy to remove the footing of the previous system, repair the roof and repair the water damage but would charge for the work performed. If you are interested in hiring us to perform the repair, we would be more than happy to get him scheduled and invoiced for the work.Review fromJana W

Our experience with Top Tier has been excellent. They were always the first to contact me with ongoing information about next steps and who to call with questions.They always followed up quickly with answers to questions I had, always showed up to do the work when they said they would and did excellent work. The inspectors from the county even told ** it was an excellent job which they said was not always the case with some companies. They even sent a tree removal company to remove a huge tree that required several large pieces of heavy equipment to accomplish. I know if we would have had to pay for that it would have cost quite a lot. So far the power being produced is on track to be what we were told it would. I have been very impressed with the professionalism and the quality of work by Top Tier. This is our experience and I have no complaints.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

I reeeeeeaaaallly regret signing with this company. They came to my door and almost begged me and my gf to sign up assuring us that this world save us money and all the perks to having panels. I havent experienced nothing but extra money being spent. *** asked and asked for returned calls and nobody responds. Its so crazy while they were coming to my door they did everything in their power to answer my calls and show up to my home. They wouldnt dare miss a call.
