What a journey filled with points of excellence from the beginning and throughout our process to going solar! From our introduction to and getting started with solar energy through Top Tier Solar Solutions - there was ************************* who showed such a level of knowledge, professionalism and patience - we were at ease and certain this was the way to go. Everything flowed smoothly in place from that point on. Each additional phase worked like clockwork- qualification, evaluation for solar energy, panel design, as well as Top Tier reaching out to all agencies involved for approvals. Especially appreciated how we were updated as each phase began or was completed. The installation team worked like a precision tuned engine -our panels neatly installed - looks so good - doesnt take away from the beauty of our home but adds to it! Now were in final phase - waiting for final inspection approval and the switch from our energy company to solar - ***** from Top Tier is currently our contact for this leg of the journey and shes already working diligently for ** with the same attitude of excellence weve experienced throughout our journey to solar! Before the panels were ever on my house, they wanted me to give them a five star review, but I had to do it within the three days and if I did, Id get money which I gave them. The five star review may be a week later which I regret now Everything was going smooth until we had to switch the lever. The office told me they could not get out here for at least a month to see if the light is working on the box outside. I told him that is unacceptable. I had to wait for the people to come out prior to this for a few weeks and I told the guy in the office if I could, I would send all of these solar panels back to them. I shouldnt have to wait two or three months to have them to put the solar panels on my house and flip the switch.Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

5 starsI currently live with my daughter and her husband, and they just had the solar panels installed onto their home. Top Tier Solutions did a great job, were kind, professional, and detailed in their explanation on the steps moving forward. Their sales person (****) was great and the point of contact moving forward (*******) has been very responsive to our family. The crew showed up mid morning and were finished by the end of the day. Everything was smooth and straight forward. I would recommend top-tier solutions to anyone who is considering solar panels for their home.Review fromJeanne A
