Top Tier is an amazing company to work with. Knowledgeable Techs and great ***************** They WILL go the extra mile for you. They also were able to correct work a previous company did, when other solar companys told us wed have to start over. I highly recommend Top Tier.

1 starThis was a good experience for the first year or so. Then my power bill went way up..Top Tier told me i needed 5 more panels which I purchased for another 17k..and my power bill just doubled. The customer service line is a joke. No one man's the phone..and no one calls you back. If you have a problem ...you are on your own. STAY AWAY FROM TOP TIER SOLAR SOLUTIONS! They tell you a bunch of crap then leave you high and dry!Review fromE. A.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! We were told by two separate individuals with the company that if we decided to move, they would take the panels back and terminate our loan. We knew that we would be moving within the next year or two when we considered getting the panels and made sure to clarify with the door to door sales person as well as the contracts agent what our options were when we moved. We are now moving and top tier is forcing us to pay off our $25k loan if the new owners will not take over our contract (which NO ONE wants to because most months we actually pay more than our neighbors do with our monthly payments!). This is the biggest scam we have ever been involved in. We are honestly at the point of considering taking legal action due to the level of dishonesty this company has shown us and the financial burden they have put us in. *****, Top Tiers consultations typically are done by one person so we are unsure why two people would have informed the homeowner of this false information. Top Tier moving terms and warranties are outlined in the Terms and Conditions of the contract signed at the time of sale. As such, the specifics as it pertains to our moving policy could be found directly in the contract at the time of sale and on our website. Further, Top Tier is only a solar sales and installation company. So if you are being required to pay off a balance of a loan, that is through your third-party lender and not because of Top Tier.E. As stated previously, we had a door to door sales person as well as an agent handling our solar contract that give us this information. It would be absurd to assume that one person handled our entire process, as everyone that goes through Top Tier interacts with several people in the company. Are you insinuating that your contract consultant was the one who knocked on our door? How about doing our installation? Or answering our general question? Every time we have called or been called by Top Tier, we speak to a different person as does everyone that has done business with Top Tier which can be noted by most of their online reviews and by others that we have spoken with who have gone through this with them. Again to clarify, there may be one consultant but there are MULTIPLE other employees that you must talk to along the way. But nice try lying yet again!Further, Top Tier only offered one loan agency that we could do business with. There were NO other options. YOU are in business with this company and, from the sounds of it, are doing shady business together and profiting off each others immoral tactics. All it takes is looking at your other reviews online to see that we are FAR from the only people that have been through this scam. You are legally binding people to a contract that completely contradicts what your employees are telling your customers and while you may profit off your legal decisions, it should be know that your business uses unethical and deceitful practices to secure your contracts. Finally, I wasnt even going to bring this up. But if you really cant admit to your wrong doings, we can also talk about your installation team. Another whole group of people you must interact with when going through your supposed one person process. They were rude, ignored our requests for them to please park in an actual parking spot (not on the grass with signs saying no parking) and left an absolute mess. I almost stopped them half way through and said get away from my house. I will own that one though - biggest mistake we have ever made was not stopping this scam there!Review fromMonica T

So far, I have had a good experience with Top Tier. The panel installation went smoothly and seemed efficient. Everyone I've encountered from this company appears genuine, and they seem to enjoy working with this company. Communication has been good so far in the beginning phase. They seem to be transparent about the cost and the process. I'm looking forward to finally having a solar powered home!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

1 starDeceptive Sales Practices - Misleading Information We purchased a Solar system from Top Tier based on misleading sales claims. The salesman assured us that our monthly power bill would be minimal, but that has not been the case. More importantly, we were specifically looking for a backup power solution, similar to a Genrac generator, to keep our home powered during outages. The salesman clearly stated that the solar system would provide power in a blackout.Last week, we experienced a power outage for about an hour, and the solar system provided no power at all. This was a key reason for our purchase, and we feel that we were misled. Had we received accurate information upfront, we would have made a different decision. We urge anyone considering Top Tier Solar to get all promises in writing and thoroughly research their claims. Transparency and honesty should be the standard in this industry, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.Review fromDavid K

I was misled into making this purchase by TOP TIER SOLAR SOLUTIONS. When inquiring about being released from the contract I was told that I could SALE MY HOUSE!!! There were several false promises made such as, my **** **** would be $13 per month, the tax credit would help decrease the monthly payments, etc. ********* bill during the Winter is higher than the Solar payments. As high as $414 thus far on top of the $269 solar payment. The excuse that was given when I called is that there isn't much sunlight during the Winter and that's most definitely not true. SOLAR PANELS ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!! These people are going door to door and scamming hard working men and single woman such as myself out of their hard-earned money by selling them a bunch of LIES!!!Top Tier Solar Solutions, LLC

We then sent out a service technician to your residence to double-check the error and replace the faulty part. In addition, we reimbursed you via check mailed to your home for the entire time your system was not operational to reimburse you for paying for a system that was not operating fully.
