      Called for service 8 am. Got called about 9 that it would be 90 minutes. Got called it would be 60 minutes. Called about 2 hours later that it was closed with no service provided. Found out they dispatched to someone who is not in my area. Did anyone call me? Absolutely not. Did they send me a survey. Of course. AAA Carolinas has gone so far downhill that I will NOT renew my membership again as they are failing miserably.

      Horrible roadside assistance company. Told was going to take 2.5 hours to come jump start a battery. Called to get earlier time because that was unacceptable. So then said they could get someone 1.5 hours sooner. Waited the 1 hour and got a call saying would be another 30 minutes. Then texts saying 7 min away, 2 min away, 5 min away. In that order. Called customer ********************** again, they said should be there now. Wasn't. Then another call saying 20 more min. Gave up and handled it ourselves without aaa. Took less that 10 min to get help there. DON'T SUBSCRIBE TO THIS SERVICE!!! WE WERE MEMBERS FOR 20 YRS B4 THIS.

      Triple A Carolinas had me wait on the side of the road for 3 hours before telling me they had no drivers in our service area (which wasnt true) I handled finding and paying for towing services on my own. Triple A gave me a run around and wasted my time. Waste of money they should be ashamed of themselves, 3 hours on the side **** highway. Shame on you.

      We reported a flat tire ********** , ** at 3:30 pm today Sep 20. We received several missed promises until late afternoon we were told AAA had changed to another source as they couldnt reach the first Thiseas about 5PM. We then waited and called until finally giving up at 10 PM. We will try again tomorrow morning. This lack of service and lack of communication is entirely unacceptable!

      They took my money without my permission. Im disabled and it was my food money. They said 5 days to reimburse, it is now day 5 and they say another 7 days! Im hungry! These people have no respect for the disabled! The one time I needed help this year they wouldnt even help me! Dont do it theyre horrible and none of the answers are the same when you have a problem!

      I am very disappointed in AAA. I have been a member there since nineteen ninety five And I have always bragged about them. And talk many people in to going in with this company. I haven't used this company in a couple of years.But today I call them at 1:07 in the afternoon and patiently waited till 630 When I call back to canceled And called by insurance company (USAA) who sent a tow truck out there for me And was there at 7 Putting the straps on my car when AAA finally showed up.

      I had used AAA 3 times which they had me waiting on a tow 3-5hrs each time.It is not worth the headache or time dealing with them . I am very dissatisfied with the service and would really like a refund.

      Horrible service. I submitted a request for a tow at 1:02 pm. It is now 4:30 and no truck. I was told at 2:02 pm it would arrive in about an hour. No truck in sight. Now that means I will be without my vehicle longer

      I never had AAA in **, yet AAA Carolinas continues to harass me via daily emails even after unsubscribing repeatedly and being told I will not receive any more emails a month ago.

      We decided to switch from State Farm to AAA for our insurance, hoping to avoid scams. However, our experience with AAA was disappointing from the start. The agent seemed ****** eager for a sale and disregarded our time constraints. Despite explaining I was at the gym and couldn't talk, he kept me on the phone for over an hour. This could have easily waited for normal business hours. Additionally, their website is significantly less user-friendly compared to State Farm's. When I tried to address the issue of the incorrect account via email, it seemed nearly impossible to find a suitable time to make a call due to my full-time job. Attempts to amend information on the website were thwarted by its frequent downtime. To make matters worse, our policy was inexplicably cancelled for non-payment, despite having just made a payment. Checking the payment history was equally frustrating, as the website conveniently went down every time we attempted. This experience feels like a major scam and adds unnecessary stress to an already busy life. Despite bringing up the issue with **** and his promise to fix it, the problem persists, leaving me without proper insurance for my commute to work. It's disappointing to see such a mismanagement of services. At this point, it feels like relying on government assistance might be a more reliable option than continuing with this insurance provider. Now I will have to fork over more money to switch insurance companies. I would rather switch to a company with more ethical business practices anyways.
