      The delivery occurred June 10th and the delivery driver didn't use shoulder dolly when carrying the dryer upstairs and caused damages to the handrail and staircase railing. I have been calling RXO and sending them emails but they usually take weeks to respond or just ignore it. They said they could send a handyman to fix the damage the delivery cost but never happened due to delays on their end.

      In December of 2022 a refrigerator was purchased from Lowes. During the delivery, the flooring, refrigerator, front door, and front pillar was damaged by the delivery crew. Photographs are attached in reference to the damage. It was learned that RXO was the transportation company that facilitated the delivery. On Tue, Dec 6, 2022, contact was made with RXO so a claim could be filed and the damages could be fixed. After dealing with them for several months, no resolution has been reached. Only the damage sustained to the weather striping (front door) and one side of the front pillar has been repaired. The floor is still damaged, the refrigerator is damaged, and the other side of the pillar is still damaged.I have provided them a quote (at their request) to replace the floor with no answer. I am seeking compensation and/or confirmation that the damage sustained to the residence will be fixed by the company. It has been over eight months and they have not provided me with their insurance company nor have they rectified the situation. Any assistance in this matter will be appreciated. Photographs have been attached of the damages. the flooring quote has been attached. Prior email correspondences can be provided at request. Thank you.

      I ordered a Peloton tread on Friday, July 21, 2023. The Peloton tread was supposed to be delivered on Saturday, July 29, 2023, by RXO. I called beforehand to let RXO know that I live on the 2nd floor and that they must bring a 3-man team. However, on July 29, 2023, they showed up with only a 2-man team, and they said that I needed to reschedule my delivery with RXO since they could not carry the Peloton tread to the 2nd floor of the apartment without 3-people and all needed to be employees of RXO. I rescheduled the delivery for Monday, August 7, 2023. I made multiple calls to RXO and Peloton the week before the delivery and the weekend leading up to the delivery date of August 7, 2023. I had confirmation from RXO and Peloton that RXO would bring a 3-man team on August 7, 2023. However, when they arrived today, August 7, 2023, there was only a 2-man team despite the multiple attempts of outreach to both RXO and Peloton the week and weekend prior to the delivery. This is the 3rd time I need to reschedule my Peloton tread delivery because RXO is not bringing a 3-man team to perform the delivery as requested multiple times. This has caused a lot of stress, extra energy, and time to call RXO and Peloton multiple times to get the Peloton tread delivered with a 3-man team to our home located on the 2nd floor. We are just trying to get the Peloton tread delivered as we paid for it. It is incredibly frustrating to have this delivery rescheduled for the 3rd time because RXO cannot bring a 3-man team to deliver our Peloton.Can you escalate this issue to your team and make sure that the next delivery will be a 3-man team for our next delivery?       This delivery service is a nightmare to deal with. Ordered a fridge on 7/4 and I scheduled it for a date that they told me was available (7/15) They called me the day before telling me that they cannot deliver it because Im located in ******** and they dont do deliveries here on Saturdays. Then why didnt they call me the day I scheduled it to tell me they dont do it on Saturdays vs the day before? My whole day was planned around this so day 1 messed up. Fine they rescheduled it for 8/1 - they call me the day before (7/31) to tell me their truck broke down. What? You only have 1 truck? What bull c*** is that??? And as Ive read this is not the first time they have used this excuse - now another say I took off from work for nothing. They are inconsiderate of others time! So they rescheduled me again what happens if they give me another excuse? Are they going to pay me for taking days off for nothing basically?? No they dont care. Oh and of course my money is already out my account yet my fridge isnt even here. This is the worst delivery service of all times. Horrible. They shouldnt even be in business!

      I bought a washer and dryer from ** on July 6th. The product was delivered to RXO, apparently on July 28th. It was supposed to be delivered and installed on July 29th, but a few hours prior they send me a text saying that my order has been delayed. Well, thats a problem because I just moved into a house and that day wouldve worked wonderfully for me. So, I rescheduled for August 1st and I had high hopes that it would actually be delivered. On July 31st, (the day Im writing from) It sat at their distribution center all day so I called and spoke to a representative and he assured me that my washer and dryer will be delivered on time. Fast forward a few hours later I get a text saying that my order has been delayed and to reschedule. I was quite upset about that because that is the second time and it agitates me because they dont give a reason as to why your order has been delayed. Like are you short-staffed? Had ** given me the option to choose the carrier I wouldve chosen a dog over this company. Now my order wont be delivered until August 22nd and at this point Id rather drive all the way to ***** and drive it home myself.

      We bought a fridge from ******* and we selected through ******* to have it delivered 7/29. We get an email from the RXO to set up a delivery time and date. We call them to set up a *************. They said they only deliver to our areas on Saturdays. We work work on Saturdays and now lose out on pay to have to be here after selecting Friday on *******s app. We called ******* and ******* assured us RXO could do any day and have 3 redeliveries. Since this is on RXO we would like to have their charges refunded to us.

      We have rescheduled your delivery to the soonest available date for your area which is 8/12/23.  Your zip code is a Saturday only delivery area, we do not deliver any day to your zip code.  If you are seeking a refund for delivery charges, you will need to reach out to your point of sale as that is who you paid for the service.  ******* will then contact us for a refund and will issue you one on their end.  We cannot refund you directly.

      I am rejecting this response because I work on Saturdays.  I took that Saturday 8/5 off and lost money because I took it off. Also, I would like the business to refund me because that would make up for some of the money I lost. I want them to also  let ******* know that they only do deliveries on Saturdays.

      Re: RXONC70OAQMG3HRF23 **Ticket# *********I ordered a [Peloton] bike in June and was informed that delivery to my home would be within a week or two.RXO, the delivery agent, notified me that this shipment would be delivered on July 5. However RXO failed to deliver on that date absent notice and explanation. RXO rescheduled delivery to be July 12. Again RXO failed to deliver on that date absent notice and explanation. Yet again RXO rescheduled delivery to be July 19. And yet again RXO failed to deliver on that date absent notice and explanation. See attachments for the notifications from RXO. On each occasion I deferred normal work to be at home faithfully awaiting each delivery which RXO sequentially failed. RXO informed me that ********************* would cure this egregious problem. However to date, neither delivery nor notification of a future delivery to my home.Can RXO guarantee fulfilment of l this required delivery service promptly? The bike is in RXO ****** ** warehouse.RXO performance is deplorable.

      I concur with the facts contained in the business response.

      However, the business should provide compensation for their 4 consecutive failures to deliver as promised on July 5, July 12, July 19, and Aug 2, between 9 am and 12 noon.  On each date I dedicated myself be at my personal residence to accommodate promised delivery times and dates absenting myself from my normal professional duties. 

      Demonstrating untoward disregard of me on each of the 4 occasions, the business failed to provide notice of its cancellation or delays, never caused by me.  And on each of the 4 occasions, the business failed to explain the causes of their failures and their inability to rectify.    

      The business should act in good faith by granting fair and just compensation to me promptly.

      I ordered a bike and RXO was hired to deliver the bike. But they have no availability to deliver and customer service is a joke. They keep telling the same thing that they are sending an email but I receive no responces back. How can they be in business if they have no availability to deliver anything.

      I ordered a Peleton in May 2023 and it has been continuously delayed by RXO - I am still waiting to get my paid for product delivered. I rescheduled to July 18th, and I called multiple times the day before and today to confirm the bike would get delivered; however, only after my delivery window came and went did I call again and they said it was on another delay. I escalated this over the phone and all I got was an Im sorry. They did nothing actionable to get my delivery to me. I asked for the local dispatch number as I can see via their tracking system it is in my city but they would not give it to me. They said best they can do is send an email. I am unclear if I will ever receive the expensive product I paid for back in May (it is mid-July). Now I have to call them every hour and ask them to call the hub and see why this is even further delayed.

      This issue is in regards to RXO Tracking #RXONC70OURHLKORE23. RXO has failed to deliver my ** refrigerator to my address on the third floor and now I have had to hire a moving company to finish the job. The first time RXO arrived at my address, the crew took a look and informed me that I would need a three-person team to complete the job. The second time RXO arrived, a two-person team arrived again (allegedly due to an error by the dispatcher), and upon coming up to my unit they again informed me that a three-person team could deliver to my unit. The third time RXO arrived with a three-person team. However, this time they simply refused to make the delivery at all. The delivery team claimed that they could not deliver to my home on the third floor because they were afraid that the delivery "risked damaging the walls." At no point during this visit or any previous visit did a crew member measure the walls or indicate to me why the refrigerator could not be physically moved up the stairs. The refrigerator was left on the first floor tucked underneath the stairs. I have since had to hire movers to bring the refrigerator up (and the old refrigerator down) to complete the work that RXO has failed to do.
