      Horrible experience. My refrigerator broke down and urgently needed a new one. I ordered one and delivery was to be handled by RXO. On the day before scheduled delivery I get a text message that they can't deliver on scheduled date and I should reschedule. Their tracking page showed no such information and that it's still coming on time, so I contacted support (through live chat on their website). They confirmed that the text must have been an error and the delivery will be on time. A few hours later I check the tracking page and it's no longer coming on time and I need to reschedule; first available date a whole week later (meanwhile I have no working refrigerator at home). I try to contact support again, I'm told that it's not available. I try the phone, there's no way to get to a real person, just the robot where I can reschedule and do nothing else. Luckily, I kept checking the tracking page and at one point a new earlier date opens up to reschedule on, so I grab that. In the morning I get the bot calling to confirm it, but it runs into tech issues and redirects me to a real person. They say yes, it's coming on the new date, it was previously rescheduled because the items didn't arrive to their hub on time (the tracking page says otherwise). But just an hour later I get ************* call that it was rescheduled again, moved another day. I call support again (i.e. I try to confirm with the robot and it fails) and they say the same story about items being late (I confront them with data on tracking page), then switch to the date being overbooked. I asked if this time the new date is guaranteed and best I got was a "let's hope". I see other similar complaints online about RXO, deliveries getting delayed over and over again, so I'm not expecting the new new delivery date to be met either. Meanwhile my old fridge is an icebox now (we keep buying ice to keep it cold).

      I ordered a washer direct from *** ** showed available deliver date of 11/25. I received an email confirmation directly after order from RXO confirming delivery 11/25 with a note that they would call to narrow a window of several hours. They did not call on 11/25 so we contacted the via the contact information in the email from RXO. They rescheduled for 11/26. Same thing today. When I called they wanted to reschedule for Monday even though ** shows the washer delivered to them in time for a 11/25 delivery. When I asked to be escalated twice I finally reached ***** in ******* who told me they would only deliver on Tuesday as that is the only day they have a truck in my area. She the blamed ** and said the scheduled dates I had received couldn't be from RXO, but the screenshots show they are. I've now wanted two days of my Thanksgiving vacation waiting for then AND I have to take at least one day off ework. They have my washer but I can't get it...
