      The delivery was within the timeframe that was set. The delivery crew said what they needed to say but thats about it. They did help me hand truck the delivery up my driveway since the truck was too big. I did not receive the 30 minute advance notice either by text or phone call.

      This company is by far the worse. DO NOT use them as anything they are not good they kept lying and changing my times for delivery etc. I hope they lose all contracts

      They will STEAL your $$$. If you are a driver or Owner Operater picking up a load for them be very careful. They will find a way to steal your money, Read the ** well. So many deduction. In my case I was in a bad area, Didnt have phone service. They deduct $300 because the tracking was off for 30 minutes. I picked up and delivered on time no damages.

      It would be 0 stars if that was an option. Hired to deliver, install and haul away 4 kitchen appliances by **. They damaged my walls, dragged out the old dishwasher and refrigerator with the water lines full which resulted in water all over my hardwood floors. The didnt complete hooking up the water so when I ran the dishwasher water spilled all under my counters. They didnt come prepared with the right people to install the range so they left the new range in my dining area. When I asked for when that would be installed they simply said - I dont know. When I called to complain the customer service team was rude and not helpful.

      I dont usually write reviews like this, but Im honestly furious about the experience I had with RXO.I ordered appliances through *** and RXO was assigned to handle the installation. From the moment they walked in, I knew something was off. They told me they could only install the fridge because they didnt bring the right person. I paid $400 for what was supposed to be a complete installation. How do you show up unprepared like that?It didnt end there. They left streaks and holes in my wallsjust completely careless. Then the dishwasher they installed started leaking, and when they removed the old one, they didnt even bother to drain the water line, which caused water to spill everywhere.But heres the worst part: now our sink leaks all the water underneath. There is literally water pouring out under the cabinet every time we run it. This wasnt a problem before the installation. Its clear something they did caused this, and now were stuck dealing with even more damage and cleanup.This has been one of the most frustrating and infuriating service experiences Ive ever had. I expected professionalism, not a mess, damage, and even more plumbing problems than I started with. RXO completely failed to deliver, and I will never use or recommend their service to anyone.

      Overall the business *****. Called me three times saying it was on the way for delivery and come to find out there was truck problems and then said I didn't answer the phone. Complete lie. The driver that finally delivered my item was very courteous and professional. He even helped me check it out to make sure it was good before he left. Give him a raise.
