      Received an email with schedule time, and text updates. Got a final text when 30 minutes from our home and where super friendly and gentle with our roof rack we had delivered

      Was suppose to get my delivery on March 10th. Got a notice to reschedule, so that was done. Then received another reschedule notice. Contacted customer service. They have to find my 75 inch tv!!! Fast forward to March 28, scheduled to be delivered, after receiving email they found my tv, suppose to come March 31. Go to website, it has been canceled!!! What!!! Contacted customer service, where I am wanting to know what's going on. He says they will be in touch then leaves chat. This company does not help what so ever with customer concerns about their shipments. Very poor customer service. I will be requesting another company deliver, that is if I can get another tv ordered due to it having to be investigated!!!
