      I ordered a washer, dryer and the pedestals from ******** RXO was the delivery and installation company. For some reason, the pedestals were delivered to my home, while the washer and dryer went to RXO. When the delivery personnel showed up at my house, they refused to put the washer and dryer on top of the pedestals, because they were not delivered to RXO. They said that their contract with ******* was only for items delivered through RXO. I'm 52 and have has 2 back surgeries, and I don't need to be trying to lift a washer and dryer up onto pedestals. It would have taken the delivery personnel 30 seconds each to do it, but they refused. Companies and individual customer service has become almost non-existent over the last few decades. The whole "it's not my job" syndrome has become normal operating procedure for everyone now. RXO is just another corporate entity that does not really care about the customer, just the $$$.
