      ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. I ORDERED A ******* BESPOKE WASHER AND DRYER DIRECTLY FROM *******. THEY OPT TO USE RXO FOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION. RXO CANCELED OUR FIRST APPOINTMENT FOR BEING "OVER BOOKED" AND RESCHEDULED FOR 9 DAYS LATER. 9 DAYS LATER RXO DID NOT CALL OR DELIVER MY PRODUCTS *** WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY STATED IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 10 DAYS BEFORE THEY CAN DELIVER. I'M AND ER NURSE AND NEED MY SCRUBS CLEANED FOR WORK AND NOW IM GOINBG ON THREE WEEKS WITHOUT A WASHER AND DRYER WITH NO LAUNDRYMAT NEAR MY HOME. RXO AND ******* KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND AND WILL NOT DELIVER MY PRODUCTS. I'VE REQUESTED A REFUND FROM ******* TO NO AVAIL. THE WASHER AND DRYER ARE STILL AT RXO IN ******, **. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO PICK THEM UP AND WILL NOT REFUND UNTIL RETURNED TO *******. LOOKING IN TO MAKEING A LEGAL CLAIM AGAINST RXO AND ******* AS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THESE ISSUES. WILL UPDATE

      No issues at all.. everything delivered on time. They called when they were on the way and had confirmation of delivery

      This delivery was great. The guys made sure there was no damage because the last couch delivered was damaged. I had to schedule a pick up for the damaged couch and it was a week later and they never showed up. : different excuses. Todays guys in June 10 picked up ************* and delivered the new couch. They were kind and patient.

      Great customer service. They delivered early and gave a curiosity call to let me know they were on there way. Showed up on time and even brought the package in. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone.

      The two men who delivered ************* couldnt have been more professional. They arrived on time, provided great communication throughout the delivery process and took great care with our purchase. You have exceptional employees in ***** and his partner (I wish I had gotten his name).

      Very polite professional delivery crew. They ensured the box can squeeze thru the entrance into our basement. This required unscrewing and s******* few screws to widen the entrance. Their job left us very pleased.

      Delivery was prompt. Removal of old mattress was done quickly. Everything unpacked and new matress put in place quickly. What an easy way to buy a new mattress (from Amazon).
