      If I could give negative stars, I would. RXO was supposed to deliver my mattress on Tuesday, 12/20/22 but said that they couldn't because their delivery team couldn't find my address in their GPS. I received no communication from RXO about this issue and only found out when I checked the online tracker and called them. I rescheduled delivery for today and, after checking the online tracker, found out that my delivery got rescheduled for tomorrow (again no communication from RXO and I only found out when I checked the online tracker). I have sent multiple emails to RXO and the company that I ordered my mattress from. The company that I ordered from offered a discount on my delivery fees but RXO has done nothing to fix the repeated issues. Each time, the response is, "Sorry for the inconvenience". I do not want scripted apologies, I want communication and my order delivered in its scheduled time frame.

      This company is horrific. They are a complete scam. They confirm deliver multiple times, then no-show for days on end. This happened twice. I will be escalating with ** to ensure they no longer contract with this scamming company. I will never use them again. Ever. Even if that means I dont buy ** products anymore.

      I think this is a very poor organization. My Amazon delivery arrived at their business on December 1st for a scheduled December 10th delivery. They cancelled the delivery stating customer changed delivery which was a total lie. They rescheduled for December 13th. They cancelled that delivery on the 13th saying customer cancelled again a total lie. I had not had a single bit of communication from them. Then I got a new delivery date for December 20th. Now theyve stopped it again. This is a horrible company to do business with. They now say December 24th but I know that wont happen. I believe if your item goes to them you might as well just cancel and save all the aggravation.

      ZERO STARS!!!!!!!Tracking Number: RXONC70OKJQHRI8L22 WHAT A S***** EXPERIENCE - shame on RXO.Attempting to delivery 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE DELIVERY WINDOW, seeing my fianc arrive home, then not even getting out to ring the doorbell to attempt delivery.My window was 1:30pm - 4:30pm - they should have arrived at 1:30pm - NOT 1:01, then 1:07. My fianc arrived home around 1:08, the truck then pulls up, no one gets out, no one attempts to ring the doorbell, they just leave and **** the file as NO ONE HOME.SUCH ****.So they are driving around with my $4000 treadmill and expect me to not be upset about it.Im reporting this to Peloton!!!!!Shame, shame shame!!!

      This company was scheduled to make our delivery on 12/9, then moved to 12/13 without calling us and now 12/16. I spoke with *****, **** and supposedly **** a supervisor today. **** advised me that he would leave for 12/13 but I got home with a txt to call and reschedule per ***** another employee apologized for **** lieing to me since order was still moved to 12/15. RXO employee changed it and then reported it as a customer request which never happened. We would consider this fraud as RXO is reporting to the seller that the customer is changing delivery date I assuming so they still get paid for doing a job they were paid to do by a certain date.

      I was originally supposed to receive my shipment from a major appliance manufacturer on November 25th. The item was picked up by XPO logistics on November 22nd and has been sitting in their ****** ** facility ever since according to the tracking number. My delivery date has changed from Nov 25 to Dec 1 to Dec 8 to Today, December 13 but it won't arrive today because I got an email asking me to reschedule again. RXO and XPO who they spun off of seem to be unable to handle the load they are being saddled with. And it's not just Christmas season causing the logjam. There are reviews for the ****** ** XPO location that date back at least 6 months with similar complaints to mine.

      This company is horrible. The customer service is fielded by non-English speakers who do not have any tools to actually assist the customer. When speaking with customer service, they are spinning lies because they can't get to the real answer themselves. As a logistics company, they are a serious -1 out of 10. I ordered a washer and dryer from ******* to replace my failed units. The delivery was lined up, the date came, and by the end of the day no one showed up. When I checked the tracking, it finally updated to "customer not home or business closed". I was home all day and working from the table near the window where can see the driveway. When I called, they insisted I was not home. They said they would escalate the issue so i could get the units the next day. The delivery was schedule for a week out without any consideration that I said I would not be home to handle the delivery!!!!! I have heard so many excuses from customer care, I do not believe anything they say.

      Ordered a new washing machine from LG.com. They use RXO, Last Mile for their ************* installation ******* which includes removal of the old appliance. Their customer support does not answer the phone, respond to emails or reply to queries through their "Chat with Us" feature on the website. The washing machine was finally delivered on the third scheduled delivery. The first two failed because the truck broke down according to the email. The ************* ******* was horrible. Two guys showed up in a U-haul rental truck with the new washing machine. They first asked me where I keep my tools because "they don't have none." This was the first red flag. Using my pliers, they unhooked the old water hoses, but forgot to turn the water off first... I promptly turned the spigots off myself. The used the hand truck to remove the old washer. They brought the new washer to the laundry area, hooked the hoses up and left in a matter of 5 minutes. They did not test the unit to make sure it worked, nor let me know they were leaving.They installed the new one over standing water (from the aforementioned hose issue). I had to disconnect the water hoses, use a dolly to move the new washer into the hallway, clean up the water, put the washer back and test it. All the while, I am waiting for RXO customer ******* to answer my call regarding this fiasco. After 35 minutes, I hung up. I have sent two emails to their support center regarding the terrible ******* (4 days ago at this point) and have not heard a word from them.

      I purchased a gas range and installation equipment from ******** RXO delivered my gas range 1 entire month later but failed to bring the installation equipment and tried to blame me. They took back my stove to reschedule a delivery and never heard from them again, tried calling yesterday and was told by a "Candy" that there is no way of knowing when I will receive my stove and that they don't know where it is and that she does not have any supervisor or co-worker available for to assist me. She further stated she will not provide me with an email address to contact a supervisor and that I should just wait for someone to contact me for redelivery of my stove, which she can't locate. Horrendous experience, because of this company I am without a stove for the entire holidays.

      Extremely poor service. very expensive and they will lose your items in their warehouse and not know where it is. then they will delay getting it to your residence because they "overbooked" themselves. Then they will not refund the money when this mistake is on them. Extremely bad company that shouldn't be in business.
