    I placed an order with Piper Lou Collection on May 4. The charge was immediately debited from my account yet I was not provided with an order number, tracking number or anything. It is now May 21 and I still have not received my order. I searched their website last week and there is no online customer service so I called their customer service number. No one answered but I immediately received an email from them stating that they are sorry that they missed my call and they posted that an order number is emailed once the order ships and that it should be shipped within 14 days from the order date. At this point I just want to cancel my order because this is ridiculous.

    Placed an order April 8 and still have not received it. Keep getting told it getting looked into

    Order Date 3/22 As of 4/15 order still not shipped emailed requesting info on order. Emailed again requesting order to be cancelled on 4/22 was emailed back saying order would be cancelled a refund would be processed. As of today 5/20 still no refund. I would not recommend ordering from them!

    I ordered a hat and 2 tumblers on 04.18.25 and have not received an email with shipment update, nor has anyone answered my email for status update and NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.

    I placed on order on April 20, 2025. Turn around time for said order was/is 7-14 business days. My order has not be filled at this point in time. I would like to have my items shipped or my money refunded. I have received zero communication from Piper ***. I ordered a gift one month before the party still no gift. I do not recommend ordering from this company. Pay extra to find the product on another site.

    Order a hat and a beverage holder on April 16, 2025. Still have not received my items. I have messaged them and they responded once and they stated that my item was being sent out. This was not the case as it still shows unfilled. They now don't respond.

    I did finally receive my order. It took over a month and no contact with the company. They don't list a number and their online chat doesn't work.

    Ordered 4/21. Emailed them 4/29 asking about shipping. They replied on 4/29 shipping is 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). On 5/14 I emailed them for status because website still says unfulfilled. Emailed again on 5/15 and advised it has been 18 BUSINESS days and it has still not been shipped. They responded 5/16 saying they are having warehouse and supply issues and how sorry they are. They are still taking orders even though they know they cant fulfill them! Today is the 20th BUSINESS day and its still not shipped. I had told them to cancel and refund but nothing!

    I made an order on 4-24 I got a confirmation email with ny order number thats it. I emailed them for more information. They said it would be 7-14 business days only for my order to be shipped. I've waitiedits past that I have sent any emails and nothing. I tried to call the phone number and nothing. I finally get 2 emails one on fb back with the same message from my other email. I told them they keep sending me the same *********** from fb matching my the replays on my email. I told them multiple times I wants a refund d

    I have placed a $55 order on April 26th, it is May 15, 2025. Havent been able to contact them and on the app says order unfulfilled. No way to get a refund, or any other information!!
