    I placed an order on 4/16. They said it would ship in 14 business days. It's May 11th and still hasn't shipped yet. They keep saying they have been flooded with orders and now I'm on a priority shipping list but it's still been a few days and it's not shipped yet. Save your money. I should have just made it myself.

    I placed an order with piper *** on 4/18. I was advised my order would ship within 10 to 14 business days. To date they are not answering email inquiries. My order still shows unfulfilled to date. Its very frustrating because they took my money upon ordering. I still have no product or tracking number saying my order has shipped. Its not very good business not to deliver as promised.

    I placed 2 orders with this company on April 22nd 2025. I'm still waiting on said items and now a refund. I needed this for my girls trip that I leave for next weekend. I figured 3+ weeks would be plenty of time to receive 2 shirts and 2 cups. I could have made both orders faster and cheaper then Piper *** but I didn't have time. Now I've given almost $80 and have to make them myself. I feel this is very unprofessional of a big company to do this to it's paying customers, let alone not answering emails or any phone calls. I am seeking a refund and will not suggest anyone buy from them.

    Ordered two ball caps on April 12, 2025, knowing they take up to two weeks to ship. As of May 10, 2025, the status of my order on the website is officially unfulfilled. Ive contacted customer service multiple times only to be told the company has a lot of orders. I paid online and my account has been charged. I need these items as a gift by today, May 10th.

    Ordered 2 trucker hats, 2 tumblers, and one can holder from ********/Website on 04/11/25, totalling $41.59 paid, including "AL state tax" and "Shipping" charges. Their website says deliveries in ***** days. After 20 days I called, a foreign person answered the phone, said they are switching manufacturers and they would send my order out within a few days. Several days later I emailed their "email support" listed on the order ****************************** still no response several days later. I've tried calling their number *************) several times since, no answer at all. Order conf # *******.

    I placed an order for 4 t shirts on 4/10/25. I have received no contact from this company. I sent an email on 4/25/25 to check to be sure the order was received. No response what so ever. So they quickly took payment for 4 shirts but thats it. It has been a couple days shy of a month and I have nothing. Unacceptable customer service. I received a hat in half the time from a company in ******.

    I ordered clothing and they also put in 2 cups as a bonus because I bought so many shirts and they have not sent my items. I complained to them several times and have been given the run around.

    I ordered XL 3 shirts with special printing. I waited 25 days and received an envelope with my correct order number, my name, but inside was an invoice for someone in ******** and her three shirts, all in size M and L with another printing. I contacted PL by phone and email. They kept telling me I got my order. Finally when they understood, they said theyd check would send me another order once I send the wrong order back, but refused to send what I have paid for until they get the wrong order back. They promise to email a return label within 48 hours. 50 hours later, no return label, I complained via email. I again asked for label. So far, no return label. I just want my money back or what I ordered. They just keep saying theyd look into it and they are sorry, but no way to return their mistake. They just sent me a refund for $4.95? It was three shirts for $28.00 and tax.

    I am rejecting this response because:  although I returned the shirts that were not mine and belonged to another customer, I have not received the shirts I paid for as yet, nor have I been told when or if I would receive them.  They know I sent them back, but they havent said theyd send me my merchandise or refund if they dont.  The amount they charged me is $37.95 and they refunded only shipping of $4.96.  There is no reason at the moment for me to be satisfied.

    I ordered a sweatshirt from them on the 15th of April 2025 no tracking information, nothing I like to know whats going on with my purchase! Never order from them again!
