Placed an order on 4-16-2025. Did not receive/get shipping notification within the ***** days. Sent an email in 5-4-2025, received a reply stating they would put order on priority list to ensure it would ship quickly. Sent two more emails with no reply. I also left two messages and have not received a return call. It has been 21 business days.Business Response

I placed an order with Piper *** on March 6, 2025. I called two weeks later because I hadnt received my order and was moving to a different house. The woman took the change of address and said the package would arrive at new house. I received package 10 days later. It was not what I had ordered. I ordered 15 27oz cups, I was send 7oz wine cups instead with no notification of change. Spoke with customer service and they offered me a 10% discount or change of color to pink. I told them I was not interested in their discounts and I had a mixed group of men and women so I did not want pink cups, also told them the 7oz would not work as we are going to a 4 day concert and can only bring in one cup empty to fill with water which is why I ordered the large 27oz cups. I told them I wanted my money refunded. They then offered me 30oz cups in my color choice instead and were going to expedite shipping.This was March 31st. I called again April 16th, still no cups, they said they were stuck in **** but they were going to make new ones and resend. I again said forget it and give me a refundthis is all lies I am sure at this point! I have called every day since May 8th and no one is answering. Apparently after reading some other complaints on here this is their new M.O. I would like someone to return my phone call, my money or get me the cups they promised!Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I did not receive my full order. They did however refund part of the costs for what they didnt send. You can close this case out cause frankly after months of dealing with it I am exhausted. I will never use this company again nor will I suggest them to my clients any longer. I thank you for your help because I truly believe I would not have heard anything back from them had I not reached out to the BBB so for that I am grateful.

I placed an order on 4-20 and 4-28 Its been more than 14 business days and my orders still say unfulfilled . I have tried calling and the customer service number goes to voice mail after 3 minutes of ringing and have never received a call back. Ive tried emailing and get no response. Ive tired to access the chat bot and the link just takes you back to a home page. At this point I would like my money back. There is no other way to contact this company ******* And *******Business Response

On April 12 I placed an order for a cap and drinking cups. My money was immediately taken from my account. It is now May 13 and I have received nothing. Dear Piper *** Team,I placed an order for three shirts on April 13, 2025 (Order #*******). It is now May 13, 2025exactly one month laterand I have yet to receive my items, well beyond the advertised shipping timeframe.Two of the shirts I ordered were for suicide awareness, intended for an important meeting on Friday, May 16, 2025. Unfortunately, it now appears they will not arrive in time, which is deeply disappointing given the significance of the occasion.I am extremely upset that I paid for merchandise that has not been delivered. Due to the delay, and the time-sensitive nature of the shirts, I no longer want the items. I placed this order on 4/12/25. I have not been able to get a hold of anybody on the phone to get the status of my order. It has been a month since I placed my order, and there has been absolutely no contact from the company with the status. There is nowhere on the website to track the order.
