On 3/18/25 I received a shipment. The packing slip was my correct custom order; however, what was in the shipment did not match the packing slip. I ordered and paid for tumblers yet was given wine cups. I detailed this in an email to the company on 3/18/25. On 3/19/25 I received a reply requesting photos. I provided the company with photos on 3/19/25. No reply. I emailed again on 3/21/25. No reply. This is a custom order for gifts that I need completed. Now the website states customer service is only available M-F. I need to know if they can fulfill this order or I will need to use another vendor.Business Response

I placed an order for St. Patricks Day tshirts on March 9, 2025. I paid ***** for 2 day shipping, bringing my total to $106.11. I reached out to the company on March 17, 2025 in hopes of canceling my order, because it is still not received. I was then told that it was too late to cancel an order that is still labeled unfulfilled 9 days later. I was also informed to use a link sent to me to track my order, because it was shipped. An order was placed on 3.8.25 for two shirts. Paid for expedited shipping to have them in 3 business days. Do not have shirts and the order in my app and online shows as unfulfilled. The order was paid in full on 3.8. I have reached out to Piper *** several times in the app, on ********, via phone and email. I have not been able to reach anyone but automated bots. I placed an order on 2/19/25 for four tumblers and my credit card charged 2/20/25. These were order for a vacation for me and my three adult children leaving on 3/15/25. Prior to ordering, I checked the website for info on how long these would take to receive to make sure there was enough time to get them prior to leaving. The website still has very outdated info discussing delivery times due to Covid. *************** times were 3-5 business days, but the outdated Covid delivery times were 7-14 business days. I figured even with the later dates, I would still receive these in time. I had not received any updates on my order, so I emailed **************** on 3/3/25 to inquire when I could expect them. I didn't receive a response until a week later on 3/10/25. I was sent a tracking number that day, which leads me to believe that my order probably wasn't even looked at until then. There was a lot of proactive blame on their part attributing any delays on ***. The email was signed "You ***** - ***". If you were my ****** I'd have my order!I was not able to actually track my package until today, 3/12/25 and finding out that my package would arrive on 3/15/25...a day late! I have sent another email and am waiting to hear back. In the meantime, I also called **************** (which is really no customer service at all). The lady seemed to be just reading a pre-written answer to my question. It was shipped already, so there was nothing they could do about it. I suggested they refill my order and send it overnight, but I guess that was out of the question. Although "my buddy" *** had mentioned in his email that ""we generally will re-ship these out and eat the cost from the mistake." I asked the lady on the phone if I could talk to someone else. She put me a hold and came back five minutes just repeating that it was already sent ****** not only do I not have these in time, I now need to spend my time returning them in hopes of getting my money back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:I am not rejecting the response, but I had two options to select from and wanted to respond. I did not select "accept" because I wasn't sure if you would let me respond or just close the case.
I would like to return the entire order for a full refund (including shipping and taxes) for a total of $50.33. As well as a return label for free shipping.

My order (*******) was placed 2/21/25. I ordered 3 personalized 27 oz tumblers as part of a promotion (buy one get 2 free). That day, I got an email confirmation with my order and order number. Since then, there has been zero status updates on this order. After inquiring via email about the status or possible ship/arrival date, I got no response from customer service. I waited a couple days and followed up again, seeking information on the status of my order. There has been zero communication and zero progress indicated with the status of my order that was now placed 12 days ago. I am understanding that custom orders may take a while, but there has been nothing indicating that my order has even been processed, never mind ready or shipped. **************** isnt even responding to multiple requests for status updates.Business Response

Made an order from Piper *** at the end of January 2025. Put in my new address but their system updated to my old address. Sent several emails and tried calling numerous times and it just rings and rings and rings. Tried contacting them the day after the order was made and tried contacting them via FB. All I get was sorry we cant change it even though order hadnt left their warehouse. Maybe because it takes them forever to answer their emails. I was considering purchasing an item last night. It ended up being twice as much due to not being able to use a coupon code I was emailed. I selected the payment plan and it wouldnt work and just defaulted to my shop pay account where I have a payment method entered. I did not submit anything or select this payment method. Theres no history of it even in the shop pay app but it charged my card fraudulently. I contacted them to cancel it and refund me and they never did and didnt answer. It hasnt even shipped. I am out of work due to medical issues and have no income. I need this refunded because it was charged without my permission. I purchased 6 hoodies on 12/5/2024. I bought them all as Christmas gifts. I had to email multiple times to get the order shipped. Once it was shipped they arrived after Christmas. When I opened the order one of the hoodies was the wrong size. I paid extra for the larger size hoodies. I tried chatting and emailing that day. The customer service is very lackluster. I have bought from this company before and this is my first problem with them. The chat person didnt even read why I was chatting and then disconnected. The emails have been awful. No one fully reads anything. I shipped the incorrect size hoodie back the same day I got the label to them. They took days to reship the correct hoodie to me. All I have for my records is the email as none of this appears on my normal account with them. No one has offered any sort of compensation or refund for all the waiting and time Ive had to put to emailing them. It is 1/8/2025 over 30 days since the original order. The hoodie has not been been accepted by the ****. All I keep getting is the same tracking information. I am appalled that the company doesnt listen to their customer and just gives basically the same update without any personalization. I dont even think they care at all. I had to give a different gift at this point and am out the money I spent on this gift.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: it took them over a month to even respond to the BBB complaint. Their customer service is awful. It took numerous emails to even get anything back from them. They responded more to a ****** dispute when ****** was going to refund the money back to me for not receiving the product. A Christmas given arrived more than a month late and the company doesnt care at all.
