I paid for travel mugs that were buy 1 get 2 free on 12/13/24, after work yesterday I tried to reach out to piper *** and was told someone would help in about 8 minutes. That turned into no one helping me and the live chat ended I have yet to receive any tracking/account/order info. When I received an email code to see what was going on it said my order was unfulfilled with no further explanation.Business Response

Ordered 2 mugs and upgraded to slide lids. Also paid for expedited shipping. I was charged $62.63 on Nov. 26. Never received a confirmation email. Called them and they were supposed to send me the info. Nope.Its now 12/20. Called both **********. They dont have package and told me to contact shipper.. Tried calling Piper ***. Ordered 3 hoodies on 11/27/2024, for $66.94, 1 time calling the number for customer service I did talk to someone a week after the order was made because nothing had shipped, the next day I get shipping conformation 12/4/2024, it is now 12/19/2024 and still it shows to be delivered at the end of the day on the tracking as it has done everyday but there is no movement of the package. This was a birthday and Christmas package. I know longer care if I receive the items but I would like a refund!!!!!!!!!! I have called everyday and it just rings and rings, not only am I hoping for a resolution I pray that others read this and stay far far away from this company......Business Response

I ordered 3 shirts on December 4th. I've contacted the company with no reply as to where my order is. I'd just like to know when it's suppose to be delivered since I haven't received any updates. I am rejecting this response because: I'm not necessarily rejecting it. But there isn't any other option. I checked the tracking number piper *** provided and *** stated they don't have the package and that there still isn't a delivery date available. I just need to know if they are going to get here in time for Christmas or if I need a back plan. Had I of known it would take this long after placing an order I would have placed one November to avoid this stress and hassle.

Im extremely disappointed! My order was on November 9. Tomorrow will be the 27th and the shipping information first stated it would be delivered yesterday on 25th. Then yesterday I checked it and it stated it would be there today! Now it is saying Friday the 29th! I am extremely unhappy with this! If you ship from **, theres no reason that this should be this far out to ************ **! And you keep changing the delivery date to the person that Im sending this gift to is absolutely unacceptable and I will not be ordering from you again!Business Response

Placed a $74.00 order on 6/28/24 (shipping from a NC address to a NC address). It showed up at DHL ecommerce on 7/8/24 and last updated tracking shows 7/10/24 still in the same location (DHL ecommerce in *******, **). I have emailed this company several times and they keep telling me "give it a few more days". It's been 3 weeks since I ordered and 8 days since the last updated tracking. They won't answer the phone listed on the website. I just want a refund since I did not receive my items. I would not recommend anyone order from them. So I placed a order on April 24th and now its May 16th I have been trying to call this number everyday and not once has anyone ever answered the phone I want my order they sent me tracking and the package isnt moving from the destination and no one wants to help its really bad business. On November 27th, 2023 I placed an order for four cups. I immediately received confirmation that my order had been received and money was taken from my bank account. When my order was placed the companies website stated that orders were being fulfilled in **** business days. It is now January 4th, 2024-27 business days later and my order still says it is processing. I have called every week starting the week of December 19th and I have been told every single week they have escalated my order to the top and it would be mailed by the end of the week. I should add that when I call my quickest call has been 25 mins!!! I have emailed and have been told I need to be patient they had a lot of Black Friday orders. Id like some assurance that I will be getting my order which are Christmas presents before next Christmas.Business Response
