    I placed an order on April 18th and have yet to receive it. Ive emailed twice now and they keep telling me that my order is being expedited to get to me. It is still showing up as unfulfilled and no one ever answers the phone there. Ordered these items for an upcoming vacation, but they dont care. They keep saying that they are busier than expected, but it appears no one is getting orders based off the reviews Ive read. Not sure how they have an A+ score! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    What a horrible company and customer service. DO NOT!!! order anything from them. They say they ship within 7-14 business days and it had been 17 business days and still not shipped. When I wrote to them to ask for refund, they ignored me and shipped the product the same day. Wrote to them again and told them I didnt want the product anymore because I didnt need it anymore and wanted to refund like I mentioned in my first email. Completely ignored. ****************!!!

    I'd like to offer a better review. I ordered a hat. I received an order confirmation after payment. 20 days, 14 business days, have passed. I haven't heard anything. The status on the website says "unfullfilled," which I already knew. No one answers the phone. My "over 15 minute" wait time on their chat is at 60 minutes now. The *** says hours for calls and chat are posted on the website. I can't find them, but it's the middle of the day on a business day in the same time zone as the company's location. Maybe they will eventually answer email. I really just want the hat. It's just a hat.

    Ordered a Tee shirt over 3 weeks ago. No communication, no shirt, cannot e mail, cannot get on phone.. Absolutely feel I got SCAMED!!!! DO NOT trust this company...... I will try to see if I can get Credit Card refund !!! DO NOT TRUST !!!!!

    I ordered on April 22nd and still haven't received my order. At first they would email me back, but now nothing. They won't give me a tracking number so don't waist your money. I'm trying to get my money back!!!

    Horrible horrible company. If I could give a zero, I would. They don’t answer emails. The phone number is always busy. It’s been a month and I still do not have my shirts. Ordered on April 10th. They were in NC for 7 days? I could drive there and back from Texas faster than this. Do NOT order from this company!!!

    I placed an order for a Mother's Day gift on 4/23. I subsequently realized that the shipping takes 7-14 business days ( that's on me.) I attempted to contact customer service to inquire if my shipment was expected to be delivered by May 11th for Mother's After checking my online credit card activity, I could see that my credit card had already been charged for this purchase on 4/23.I have not received a respose from phone calls, emails, messaging on ********. Live chat does not connect and the link to download the Android app doesn't work. The lack of information and absence of any form of **************** response is very disappointing.I began emailing and calling every day, because now I am angry, and to create an electronic trail of attempts to resolve this issue if I do not receive my order. I finally got a customer service *** after waiting on hold for 5 minutes. This conversation was on 5/5/25 She assured me she would ship my items overnight at no ********** on 5/7/25 my order on the website still shows the status as "unfulfilled" Today I called the **************** number while the phone rang for 5 minutes. A recording picked up stating they were busy but would return the call if a message was left. I have not received a call back.This has not been a positive customer service experience and frankly has me questioning the legitimacy of this transaction. In fairness, they state on their site that shipping takes 7-14 days and they have not missed that deadline yet.. However, the customer service is HORRIBLE! All I wanted was an answer so I could purchase a Mother's Day gift locally if I need to. They were VERY quick to take my payment, but not so much at communicating with the customer.NEVER EVER will I order from this company again. Buyer Beware!

    Claiming false advertisement regarding product description on website along with their claim of providing 24/7 expert customer service. If you actually get their expert customer service representative to answer the phone, they direct you to send them an email with your issue and pictures. I did that..if you order an apple and get an orange and have proof on your order confirmation, along with the website description and actual pictures of the products received, why wouldnt they want to fix it?? I have tried to call them back and surprisingly no one has answered their 24/7 customer service line. How is a company like this BBB accredited?

    Pretty sure this is a scam, which is disgusting under the guise of raising money for the animals affected by the California fires. I placed my order, and nothing. No tracking updates, and when I've emailed and called, no response at all. The customer service phone number is a joke; it just rings and rings.

    After seeing this company advertised over SEVERAL social media sites, I figured I'd take a chance. Boy was I wrong, this is a scam all across the board, would discourage anyone from ordering from this site, what an absolute joke of a "company" Items ordered two weeks ago, and still have not been fulfilled. Attempt to contact them through the suggested means of communication with minimal to no response. I want to cancel my order, but they won't even acknowledge me. *******
