    Is that the one that was ordered on July 10 then "shipped" on July 15 for me to receive on July 21, and then just disappeared OR is that the one I ordered on July 12 that is just being "shipped". Where is the other order?
    I would suggest you let your customers know that it will be at least a month before they receive any items, if not longer. That may help customers decide whether or not they want to order from you.
