    It's unfortunate some unique ideas. However, this will likely be the last. The website SLA for shipping is misleading at best when comparing to reviews. From their site on tumblers: **** days to process an order plus **** days for shipping by *** or **** gives one a range of ***** days before you can inquire about delays. the FAQ's give a **** day range with the Covid-19 challenges (fair, I can't argue that put a lot of strain on everyone). Frustrating, so my range is ****'s and the reviews imply to the shorter end of the range. Net product delivery time 22 (giving it 2 star because yes, it's within the **** day range).Loox service for verifying reviews seems to sway heavy to positive. I will have to wait for Loox to send me the request to post a review and then after that see if they post the 1 or 2 start review. My guess is it will be filtered out. Hrm, 82k 5 stars and only 500 that are less than that of which none are 1 or 2. Yet BBB has average 3.13/5. No, I do not want a refund they did produce a goods and I agreed to pay it. Please consider updating the shipping and timing SLA for more clarity. For shoppers check I guess dig deeper or plan more in advance.

    I have ordered 5 orders in the last 2 years. Each time the tumblers I order come out exactly how I want them to. This time I ordered some personalized tumblers and somehow the order deleted two of the free tumblers. I suspect it was user error (my mistake) but I emailed them about the two free tumblers that did not show up on the order confirmation and in less than 12 hours they sent me an email updating my order and taking care of the issue! It doesn't get much easier than that! This is why I will continue to support this business and sing their praise on great customer service.

    Awful. I had 2 orders. First, I ordered items mid-Nov that didn't show up for over a month. Outside of their SLAs posted on their website. When it showed up, it was missing an item. It took 2 weeks for them to respond. I asked a refund since the item was needed for Xmas. They said no and shipped it on January 3. Really, I need a Xmas shirt in January???
    I had a second order, that I requested a cancelation 2 days after because I didn't believe the items would show up before Xmas. It took them 3 weeks to respond. They responded two days after it shipped. Saying, sorry it's already shipped can't cancel. Seriously?!?! They had time to cancel They refused.
    Terrible service. And honestly worst quality of shirt and print job I've seen

    It took over a month to finally get my order. I ordered on 11/29 for Christmas gifts. After more than a dozen phone calls to them it finally arrived on 12/29. I order 6 tumblers and when I it got it 3 of the six lids were shattered. They were packaged in tissue paper and some stringy carboard. Very poor packaging. They used to send each tumbler in their own individual box (which made for easier wrapping). Now I have to wait for the replacement lids, probably another month. And in that time they never once reached out to me to let me know that the order was going to be late or that it was on back order....very disappointing!! After my last angry call to them and they said it had not shipped I asked that it be shipped expedited so that it could get here in time for Christmas. I was told they would do that at no extra cost and refund me 10% of my order. I did get the 10% refund but the shipping came economy. Bad PR Piper Lou

    I HAVE TRIED TO CALL AND EMAIL THIS COMPANY IN REFERENCE TO MY ORDER PLACED ON 12/08. I HAVE HAD NO LUCK WITH ANYONE RESPONDING TO MY EMAIL AND NO ONE PICKS UP PHONE CALL AND NOT ABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED, I WOULD HAVE LIKED SOME KIND OF COMMUNITACION. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE MOST LIKELY OVERWHELMED WITH ORDERS BUT KEEP IN CONTACT WITH CUSTOMERS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

    Ordered Christmas shirts November 24,2022. Hadn't received anything or any communication by 12/08/2022. I contacted them, they said it was still in fulfillment. It's says 1-3 days shipping. I asked for a refund, because the shirts would do us no good. Was offered a 10% off, if I'd wait! For what Christmas shirts to wear after Christmas? After several more tries, my refund will be processed in 3-5 days! At least their refund time is faster, hopefully them their processing and shipping time. Sad because their shirts would have gotten tons of attention behind the bar in Key West.

    I usually read reviews but i was in a crunch and needed birthday gifts ASAP, these reviews are so true, been 3 weeks and nothing from these people except blowing up my phone and email with so called sales,
    Anyway birthday for my wife came and gone, i had to go out and buy her new presents,
    Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company, you can find the same items they have cheaper and with free shipping, oh yeah i paid $8.99 shipping costs, for what.
    The reviews are true, RUN!!!!!!!!

    Worst possible company to do business with. I ordered one stupid tumbler on July 20th with " shipping 5-7 days". Multiple emails with Charmaine and here we are on Aug 2nd with an email saying product will be delivered on Aug 11th. Oh, let's not forget the whopping $1.99 discount for their stupid lack of shipping. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not order from these slackers. Oh, today, they say they are refunding my whole $$. Run don't order from these sorry peopke
