I tried multiple legal forms to create an important document for my son's international travel with a family friend. Legal Templates was the most thorough by far and when I needed customer service, they were prompt and accommodating. I needed some legal paperwork and decided to see a lawyer; but needless to say, I can't afford to pay those prices per document. So I searched for an alternative for help, but they were unreliable. I decided to try Legal Templates. I found it straight forward for the most part when it came to the documents, however the price wording is misleading. Yes it's $1.33 per day, but for a 30 day period that's charged upfront and there was no disclosure that there would be a hold of $1.00 place on your credit card at the beginning of the trial period. My signing up was contingent on believing I'd be charged per day and that I could cancel when I was done with all the documents.Chris explained what it was for in an email, but it's still misleading. Other than that bump, I'm finding their service very useful since I'm going through litigations and can't afford all these filing fees by the lawyer which I'm still paying for. Now for that last star - depends on if they are truthful about the new payment plan for their services holds up. At that time I'd need to update my review and gladly will.Legal Templates, LLC

Chris was a great help. Very knowledgeable, positive, and helpful.
Legal Templates should watch how they describe their various plans. I, like others here, was mistaken about how the plans work. I see several others had the same problem and got charged $39.95. These tactics strike me as a bit shady.Legal Templates, LLC
