Great customer service, Jane was super helpful! I had a billing issue that turned out to be my fault. She was super friendly and didn’t make me feel more stupid than I already did haha She helped set up a new password and corrected my input mistakes quickly and efficiently. I was going to cancel since my wife apparently has access to a similar service through her business. I was offered a lower price and decided it was worth it since there were many forms available and they are super simple to set up. It will come in handy not just for my business, but personal use as well. Thanks!

She did a great job of informing me of my options. Ended up with the bonus plan and am very happy.

Have been charged 39.95 every month, for 6 months, for a template that was supposed to be a dollar. It was not clear on their website that this was a monthly fee.Legal Templates, LLC

The template I downloaded turned out to be unusable - it was a wrong form (for the correct document).
But it was only $1, which is fine until you discover that actually it is a trick and they subscribed you for $40/month package.
Luckily my bank denied this transaction and that helped catch it and cancel the subscription.
So, I would avoid this web page and suggest the same to other people.Legal Templates, LLC

I had to call to inquire on the charges. The person I spoke with was very helpful and he gave me an affordable new rate. Now I will pursue accessing a document template to produce a “Power of Attorney over Health” for one of my Sons. This conversation, and insight provided made me feel more comfortable in using this Service Legal Templates, LLC. My first Document Template was for a “Prenuptial Document”. This Template was very easy to use and the Document was all worded very good. I am 75 years old and I appreciate the personalized help from the person who answered the call to Legal Templates, LLC.
