5 starsMai was very professional, cordial and informative. I was happy to have gotten her on my second call back, because first person I spoke with was not very helpful or courteous. He may have inadvertently hung up on me.
Mai was pleasant and was able to resolve my issues satisfactorily. She even assisted me with questions I had regarding the form I was working on.

I successfully used Legal Templates in 2018 after my husband died and I needed to rework my POAs and Last Will and Testament. Recently I have used Legal Templates again for 8 different legal documents. I needed help with the technology, because my iPad would not perform like a computer, and I was “stuck”. The team (special Kudos to Lisa!) was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, patient and caring. If I could give them 0 stars I would. There customer service is TERRIBLE and they LIE to you. I was awaiting a reply from their messages and decided to call. First it seems they outsource their customer service overseas. Second, I only used their platform one time. I was charged 39.99 for 3 months of service, I asked for them to refund me considering it is blatantly obvious in their records I did not use the platform. The phone rep says she cant do anything so I had to get upset with her, between her holds and discussion with accounting a rep replies on the chat, I requested the same refund and this rep full on LIES to me and says that their program doesn't allow for them to process refunds, meanwhile the rep going back and forth with accounting coerces and forces me to agree to THEIR terms - just to get them to process a 2 month refund. I am still left with a charge of $39.99 refund that is owed to me, but because they are a con job company I am sure that I will not be given one. UNBELIEVABLE! TERRIBLE CX SERVICE...Terrible Company. Would NEVER Recommend them to anyone.Legal Templates, LLC

Michael was amazing, he helped me with my request for being charged $39.95 automatically and reduced it to $9.95 instead. 2 star less is because of how they billed $39.95 automatically. 3 star is because of help from Michael to reduce it to $9.95. Sure $0 would have been better but its good enough for now. I think that reminds me to read fine prints how they are going to bill us.Legal Templates, LLC
