    Dune Medical Supply LLC sent a back brace to my mother that was not ordered. Not sure which doctor ordered this also. Hard to get a hold of them because I want to send it back because my mother has since passed away. Also the letter they sent said they would bill my insurance

    ******** has been notified and is taking ALL available options. I have informed them that this is a fraud issue and they are attempting to obtain a refund for charges paid to Dune Medical

    I received this back brace from this company that was not ordered by my physician or myself. On trying to contact the provided number no contact was made. The information from inside the box is from Dune Medical Supply LLC, *************, but shipped from Onyx Medical Supply in *************.

    Received a back brace stated ordered by a *** not identified staying my ******** and additional provider would be charged. called their business number and did not ID a business just voice mail of the person you want to talk to is not available . I have no back problems and am not being treatedfor any posture problems. Also received a call at my house asking my wife for her ******** number as they already had my info. I need information or will report this as attempted ******** fraud.

    My father for whom I help care received a back brace from Dune Medical Supply LLC on 8/16/2024. We did not open the Back brace inside the package. He did not order, nor did his doctor(s). We request for his information to be removed from this companys database.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  They did charge their insurance!  This is ridiculous.  This is a scam and needs to be taken care of.

    Back brace and bilateral knee braces order submitted by *** without my knowledge- received call from representative of this company- and denied the offered braces- yet received in mail- with requirement to sign for equipment. Multiple failed attempts to contact company via phone and unable to locate an email. Did not sign for equipment- with continued attempts to contact= yet insurance (inclusive of ********* has been billed 3, ******. Call the company's phone number- voice mail is full or no calls returned. This is ******** fraud!!!!!!

    I purchased from an AD on ********, a back brace from Dune Medical. I have received the brace but decided immediately that I didnt want it. I have tried to contact this company several days with no returns on my phone messages. The tags are still on the brace and I have not even used it. I have all the original packing. I unfortunately do not have my purchase date nor the cost. I do have that it is a 639 LSO, Lot # *****, SUP3016BLK and HCPCS # LO639/LO651.

    I received a back Brace in the mail that was not ordered by me or my doctor. I want to return it and would like to have a free shipping label.
