    On 7/31/2024, I received via *** a back brace orthotic. I have no back issues. This was never ordered by me or my physician.Please have Dune send a prepaid label for return. I did not order this, and I won't pay to return it.I tried to call ****, no answer, and their voicemail mailbox is full. Thank you.

    Dune Medical Supply LLC send me a back brace that I did not order, via **** My doctor did not order this also. Hard to get a hold of them because I want to send it back. Also the letter they sent said they would bill my insurance ***

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it. a few days later the company sent *** to me with a return label and the *** truck took it. and I check their tracking number and it **** like they got it back. Thanks for your help.

    Received a product from you. Did not order. What is Doctors name that ordered this and how can i return. I need a shipping label.
