Sent wrong item. I paid $600 for a tureen. They sent the $300 tureen. They are now questioning if I sent back a different tureen. I have talked to 10 different people and all I have gotten is the run around. Don't pay their insane prices. Be patient and find it on Ebay. Terrible and lowdown! Will never purchase anything here again!Replacements, Ltd.

I am returning my full order of 14 plates as I see I can currently purchase from Macy’s brand new Spode Woodland Turkey dinner plates for the exact same price as they are selling me imperfect plates. A set of 4 brand new dinner plates is currently $95.99 at Macy’s with free shipping.
11 of my playground Replacements.com came in satisfactory condition, but three are severely imperfect and although they claim they do not sell chipped plates, they will sell you a plate that has a chipped piece of china embedded in the plate ; like a shard of china sticking up on the plate surface. Two of my plates I received are in this condition yet I was still told I would have to pay to ship these items back.
I have concluded it’s much better to deal with a large retailer and purchase new as you will find new plates on sale better than replacements.com. will sell you imperfect items. And I am sure my shipping of all 14 plates will be expensive, so I will lose money in this transaction. All they had to do was send me two plates without chards of china embedded in them at no charge of return shipping; but that is not the case.Replacements, Ltd.

They took my heirloom plate I sent, Spode China, and said I sent a different plate I have never seen before and sent that one back to me. My paperwork in the box, included the pages they sent me on my spode china, that I returned to them, including what I sent on the pages, you are to include in packaging. I did not send this turkey plate they said was mine, I had no paperwork of my name for this piece. They have no proof, they say employees are under video for opening boxes, not clear enough when they opened my package, that could not be, as I sent a Spode China , heirloom , I had passed down to me. They are saying I am a liar, they are the liars, fraud, I would send nothing ever to this establishment. I hate to even give a 1 star, they deserve nothing. They are a shameful group!!Replacements, Ltd.

After calls and emails, using this question: "I received my purchasing Agreement and need someone to call to discuss this with me. I called Purchasing and left a message, and no one returned my call.
1. One of the platters was indicated as wrongly identified – a 15” rather than a 16”. Really?
2. Eleven Bread and Butter plates “were not in the shipment?” I took all of the listed items to a FEDX store, and they packed it. Why would there be no BB plates in the shipment, and how do I prove there were – impossible. But why would the packer leave 11 dishes out of the box?
I am totally disappointed and should have donated my dishes to a charitable organization. My mistake to use Replacements.com!" When I finally reached a person, there was no resolution; they indicated that the packer left them out.Replacements, Ltd.

Because shipping costs are high and damage by USPS is likely, I drove my beautiful never used 50 year old Royal Doulton China place settings to NC. They are offering me one **** penny for a cup and saucer. I didn’t expect to make a fortune but have purchased from them in years past. I feel sick and cheated. I’m going to drive 8 hours back there and bring everything home. Seller beware.Replacements, Ltd.

Not worth your while selling to them... better off donating items locally. Nearly impossible to sell items to them with all their restrictions low offer values. They only accept USPS which is the most expensive and worst handling service. China and stemware are heavy and very difficult to pack so as not to create damage. I followed their packing and labelling instructions to a tee and mailed three boxes with china and stemware. The shipping costs alone were more than 60% of the purchase value of the items but I sent them anyway figuring it was at least better than nothing. However, USPS damaged 2 out of the 3 boxes and broke many of the items in those boxes... further reducing the value of items purchased to well below what I spend on shipping. In other words, I ended up losing money on the deal. The USPS insurance claim process is incredibly cumbersome, especially when it requires cooperation for photos and documentation from a 3rd party like Replacements, Ltd, so that was not worth my time or continued frustration. Bottomline is this is a flawed business model that catches consumers unaware of how difficult it is to engage with. You are much better off just donating items locally rather than trying to make some pocket change through this company.Replacements, Ltd.

I have been purchasing from this company through their website for the last 4 years. I'm slowly helping my mom build a 222 Fith, Peacock Garden dish set. Mostly purchasing during holidays and birthdays.
Every time i have ordered something, it comes in on time, secured and in great condition. They've never let me down. My mom gets excited when we recieve their ads and promo magazines in the mail. I will always purchase from here first, even if things seem to get a little pricy, it is worth it.
I just wanted to add an extra thanks for always making my mom's birthdays bright. She adores her 222 5th Peacock Garden dishes. Thanks for being there and being reliable.Replacements, Ltd.
