      They destroyed my floor and refused to complete the job. A Lowe's contractor came to the house, took measurements, and sold us on the product and service. Weeks later, the installers came, tore up the old floor, and then refused to finish the job. Further, they left all of their materials in the middle of the house. Now, Lowe's is refusing to fix their problem or give a refund and will not take back their materials. So we are left out of the installation and materials cost, plus our floor is destroyed, and debris left all over the house. Never use Lowe's for any service or product.

      Lowes has errors on online sales products that seem some what suspicious. They ****** 126 feet of 10.5 inch evergreen garden edging for $120.00 I bought it online came into store, get it home turns out its 9ft.x10.5in Called store they had to reasearch with vender: their solution print error bring it back will give you your money back. So i went online for a replacement chose brick edging. It says clear as day under the brick on screen free delivery with $100 perchase so i order 28 brick edging and i buy 2 other things i spend $400 well over the $100 limit far beyond the $120 original purchase . I purchase online and get an email confirmation and it has all the brick listed as customer pick ***** whole reason for the purchase was the advertised free delivery. I call the customer support line No the brick are not included in yhe free delivery, but if you pay ** dollars more we can deliver them. So, i asked her why does it say free delivery right with the brick if they're not included. I wouldnt have bought them without that promise. Her answer sorry, delivery cost more. Puffing and occational print errors are one thing and are to be expected, but in the one order after another and fully favoring the store, causing the customer to spend more. To my mind these so called add errors go beyond puffing and border on false advertising. I dont know what the law has to say about it,but without a doubt they mislead the customer. It also makes me wonder if i stumbled on these with just 2 visits on line how many more so called print errors are on their online site. I returned the evergreen edging and cancled the brick :(

      I was recently waited on several times by ******* at the ***** check out (self service). ******* was AWESOME and did a great job helping me and assisting me with my purchase(s).       Quartz countertop/install and sink purchased. Installers had all purchase info including backsplash associated with counter order item number(we did not choose). All measures and template done by install team. End result, they left the dishwasher loose in opening with no clips/attachment. Worse of all, the holes drilled for faucet butted up very close to backsplash and space for faucet very compromised. I suspect because they did not account for space taken up by backsplash. Lowes install team near ************ declined my complaint even with pics and video. They only reached out to installer for review. I have 2 faucets so far that will not fit over opening. Researching if I can find one to cover hole and be sealed plus be able to turn for hot and cold. Installers have little to no accountability and Lowes frankly turns a blind eye. Never use them!       Risently My wife and I stopped at Lowe's ************************************** store we love ?? to purchase a side by side fridge at the appliances department, we also purchase a 3 year service agreement. the sales man never offered us to look at the return policies that he has on the table away from my view to read, I like to advice other customers on this matter, so you dont go through the same issue. Advice for Lowe's please provide customers a copy on the return policies that you have not only a purchase receipt..

      I had went to go buy conduct tape that showed it was for 2 Cents, when we went to pay at the register they told me they couldnt sell it because it had a recall. But they still had it on display instead of them taking off for customers not to buy.

      We bought a new toilet and bathroom floor through Lowe's in February of 2025. The toilet was installed as scheduled, but the flooring wasn't completed until April. The flooring professionals said that the ****** on the toilet was broken and it could not be used (it worked fine prior to the floor install, so unsure if the flooring professionals broke it or if it was installed incorrectly to begin with). We called Lowe's multiple times and they mostly just forwarded my calls and left me on hold for obnoxious lengths of time. Someone put in a service call, but the men who showed up said they couldn't do plumbing and left without doing anything. Eventually, on April 17, I spoke with someone at Lowe's who said that a broken toilet was considered an emergency and that it would be fixed within 48 hours. They partnered with **** to find a professional to pick up and install the replacement toilet. **** sent me a confirmation e-mail saying that it would be completed on April 21 by 11:30 (outside of the promised 48-hour window). April 21 was a Monday so I had to take off work to be home for the plumber. The plumber texted me at 11:51 and said he couldn't come, but that he could be there the following day, April 22 between 1 and 2. Once again, I had to miss work to stay home and wait. At 1:50 on April 22, the plumber texted again and said the truck was broken and he wouldn't be able to come until Friday "first thing." I took off work again on April 25. The plumber never showed. He texted saying Lowe's had canceled the job. We called Lowe's again and they again booked through **** for May 1, a Monday. Once again, I missed work to be home to wait for the plumber, who was supposed to be there at 12. At 11, I got yet another e-mail from **** saying they have rescheduled the booking until May 6. We have not had a working toilet for over two weeks now and Lowe's will do nothing to get a plumber to our house, nor do they care about the huge inconvenience of missing so much work.

      So apparently Lowe's will no longer help if you have no receipt. Doesn't matter if it's new and unused unopened. Doesn't matter if you just want to make an even exchange. Just a big fu$! you to the loyal customers on help and support. I will never shop here again. I will go to ace or **********.

      I purchased a freezer and Range paid cash my problem is delivery was going to go back for washer and **** i will go across the street to ********** for them My problem is with delivery. delivered on promised date and time. Neither of the delivery men spoke english, When they went to install my range the gas leak valve was stuck on was told to call the fire **** the fire **** would have to be replaced by firemen because of gas. all this time they threw a phone in my face as a transalater not waiting for me to tell them i had read it and under stood,just toke it back.When I asked them when they would be back since I had paid for delivery and removal they said call when the valve was fixed hey would come right but the fire **** would hook up the range and tell them to just sit the old range in the back yard and they would pick it up, When I called the fire department they acted like I was crazy and told me to call a plumber in which i did. when I called them after the fix. I told there was language barrier, well they it no one asked if I spoke anything besides English! so then I was told Lowes doesn't make appointments the warehouse did and it would another 5 days and they could not give a time ******** make a longer story shorter plumper didn't move my range back in my very small kitchen or hook it back up. So Iam a 75 year old widow and was left with a range not hooked up where I can't open a cabinet and a new one in my living Room. way to go Lowes you wrote the book of how to lose customers.

      Purchased a golf cart and they sold it to someone else . All I got was , were sorry. Still have not credited me for the service plan
