      Bought a brand new washer. It was delivered on a Tuesday and I did laundry on Friday, the machine locked up and will not work. Have contacted company 4 times now without any response.

      Bought a new washing machine and connection hoses to be delivered Sunday September 18 2022 between 12 - 4. Received an email at ****pm on the day of delivery to say that the washing machine was cancelled. No explanation as to why it was cancelled. Apparently the connection hoses were still to be delivered, but never received. Still waiting for the refund to hit my account.Going to another store to purchase and will be unlikely to use Lowes again.

      Worst company ever. Had all kinds of problems and spoke to corporate and they blew me off! Definitely never shopping at Lowes ever again. They dont care to make it right after you encounter problems. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!

      I would highly suggest you totally avoid EVER buying an appliance at Lowes. We did so a month ago and the level of incompetence ever since has been astounding. First we purchased a dishwasher online. I didn't purchase installation at the time because in the rebate area it expressly said "If you order the appliance online you MUST call this number to order installation in order to receive the rebate", so I called. I was told to leave a message. Several days later a rep from Lowes called and said at the end of the call the installation was all set, that was lie number 1. I then received 3 emails asking me to fill out the exact same forms, and several days later received an email saying the installation was entered into my local stores system and to call them to arrange payment and a date, that was lie number 2. Upon calling the store they told me they had no idea what I was talking about. At this time I had about two hours into this trying to resolve the situation, I mean it's not rocket science but I didn't know that Lowes was still living in the 20th century with technology. So I decided to go directly to the store in person. Upon arriving at the store I went to the service desk and explained the situation politely. The women who helped me was perplexed so took all my paperwork, including copies of the email that said it was all set and entered into that stores system, back to the store manager. Several minutes later she returned and said "no problem, we can take care of this, just take this back to the appliance area" This turned out to be lie number 3. When I got back to the appliance center they too were perplexed, and also very rude about it, even though I remained very polite. One of the appliance people once again took all my paperwork to the manager. When the person returned they said point-blank that they could not arrange for installation! I mean, how hard can that be? They were very rude and absolutely refused to look into the situation.

      lowes is an absolute joke. ordered a new stove. delivery was scheduled twice. the never showed up. two months go by and i finally get ahold of someone. they say the stove was lost in the warehouse. how does that happen lowes? horrible company.

      Ordered 13 sets of 15"x48" Design Craft Millworks Western red cedar shutters through lowes last fall so I would have them for our house remodel project this summer. Shutters were supposed to have Blonde/Brown/Red tones in the boards, and after repainting the whole house over the past few months we opened up the boxes to find out we have shutters in nothing but blonde toned boards..So we figured no big deal, we will just have to stain/poly them to get the tones we wanted from them.. spent the past month of weekends staining the boards.Onto installation time and I have now figured out the 15"x48" shutters I ordered were not what I recieved at all! They sent us 12" x 48" shutters which does not line up with our predrilled holes in our custom white quartz brick, nor our freshly painted aluminum siding, nor do the shutters look proportionate to our 32" wide windows..Buyer be ware, you spend 3k on shutters and this may be your same experience!!

      I purchased a house in 2021 that one of the selling high points was that ************************************** just 2017 by Lowes. It was not but a couple of months of living in the house that I started to realize that there appeared to be warping of a floor board underneath one of the windows and as the months went on I noticed what appeared to be water damage under several more windows. At this point I called out Pella to inspect their product as they were still within the warranty period. It turns out that Lowes had ordered and installed Pella precision fit vinyl windows that have weep holes that are currently running into the walls underneath the window and not outside of the house as they should. A completely inappropriate window choice as the Pella inspector called it. To make matters worse both times I have called Lowes they have told me that this is out of warranty and since I was not the buyer they are not at fault and will not even discuss the matter with me. They even recommended suing the previous owner over the phone instead of pursuing things with them. When I informed the customer service representative that this was a negligence issue and not a warranty issue she became irritated and rude over the phone. I now have several estimates of upwards of 60k dollars to completely replace windows and repair water damage done to the home I recently purchased due to Lowes negligence on the installation, the common theme amongst all contractors Ive had out for second opinions is that this is one of the largest s**** *** they have ever seen, inappropriate window selection and lazy installation. All have noted the installing of the inappropriate choice of window by Lowes as the cause of the problem though. Do not trust this company with your home. They will third party your home to the lowest work bid and will not stand behind their work.

      Purchased a fridge and dishwasher from lowes. The delivery was late and was told I would get a $100 credit, but I never received it. The fridge was missing the light cover and the dishwasher had damage. Noone will return our calls and ***** will resolve our issue.

      I think they're disgraceful, rude, non caring.I ordered a Washer/Dryer three weeks before a scheduled delivery. They had no problem with recurring holding charges on my credit card, holding up nearly $5000 of my account limit. They sent me an email the morning of the scheduled delivery date letting me know the items that were loaded in the truck and that they were being delivered between **** Waited till 3:30, called customer service to find out what was going on, waited nearly two hours on hold, only to speak to two different representatives that were rude, disrespectful and acted as if they didn't care.Told me that I just needed to reschedule for another day. I waited three weeks, then over 5 hours, only to be dismissed by non caring representatives of Lowe's...I will never again purchase a thing from this company...Retraining is definitely needed...
