      My advice to anyone is to AVOID ordering appliances with Lowes. I placed a big appliance order on August 27, 2021. After a year, the refrigerator delivery kept getting rescheduled (holding the other appliances up). I called to inquire and they said the refrigerator was "in route" from the manufacturer. My delivery date changed over 10 times. I called and visted the local store to inquire on the order multiple times and no one could help. When I inquired further and escalated the issue a customer service rep discovered that the refrigerator was lost at their warehouse. Though it showed the manufacturer shipped the refrigerator, it could not be found. Lowes reordered and they have dropped the ball on the order again, the order may not be in until Novemer of 2022. In addition, Lowes attempts to charge your credit card every 7 days to make sure funds are available. I have multiple, substantial orders and the charges are marked as fraud every time. With the backordered items, this weekly charge hold is not feasible. This ordering process has been poor and it has put me in a huge bind. I offered to pay in advance to make sure that my order is not affected by my bank rejecting the credit card holds every 7 days. **************** is poor, the local store does not respond. Lowes is disorganized, unproffesional and the customer does not come first. This has been disappointing all around and this treatment should not be tolerated by consumers.First Refrigerator Order: ending in **** Second Refrigerator Order: ending in ****

      This is an update on the *******,**> lowes carpet installation. ******* (fill-in store mgr.) helped us in resolving the several problems after 5 mos.! When picking-up the replacement carpet (twice damaged on delivery) I noticed it wasn't the same carpet as the flooring mgr. stated it was. It was close but not the same! We were desperate to get it installed so I accepted the carpet. I DO NOT like to be lied to! Also lowes installer (******) installed the pad incorrectly so we went with a different company.(carpet king did a great job and worked with us in timely manner) Buyer of lowes beware. ****

      Lowe's kitchen countertop installation is very inflated in cost and when I cancelled the deposit they charged me $120 for countertop measurement when most installers offer for free or at much lower cost. Stay away from Lowe's for any installation service!!

      Lowes lies to you to get you to purchase their products. We purchased fridge on Tuesday and they are going to deliver it today between 8am and 12pm.They are now past due after we have waited 4 1/2 hours. The *********************, ** store will not answer the **** phone with a live person. I am going to let them take it back when and if they show up today as I refused to be jerked around by Lowes. The store mgr is never in store and impossible to talk to. I own rental units and have not purchased what I used to get from them in the last 3 years because their service, products, attitude, employees have gone to h***

      Today i was expecting a delivery from Lowes. I just got a call part of my order was out of stock. How can you run a business like this. Why didn't I know when order was placed? Cxld entire order and will go to *********** Never again.

      Do not use Lowes to deliver appliances if you live in the ******* or *********** area. They send thier orders to their Morristown location, and the drivers they hire don't want to drive up here, so they make excuses and no show. My fridge went out and I had to buy a new one. I chose Lowes as they said they could deliver one by Tuesday. It is hard to be without a fridge with small children. Of course when Tuesday came around they no showed. I tried to call for hours but no one answered or they would answer and hang up to get rid of the call. When I finally go a hold of someone they let me know that ******* is a challenge and they will get it to me the next time it was convenient, not the next day. They don't even make good on the customers they s**** Now I have to continue to go without a fridge. If I had known this issue I would have gone with someone else. What a nightmare. They simply don't care.

      Will never use Lowes delivery service again. What a joke. 1st delivery the made a comment that they were going to leave my item outside my garage door. Then they took the doors of my house to get the item in, then decided not to put it in, left and never put the doors back on. Now going to deliver door replacement door that was damaged on delivery and would not even deliver on the date and I the time that I requested.

      Bait and switch extended protection plans! Check all manufacturers policies before purchasing, you cant trust salesperson presentation. **************** simply worthless.

      bought shower door from Lowe's to be installed by service pro. Lowe's left a message the door will arrive on Friday, but no show, wasting the entire afternoon. Service pro gave me bogus number that does not work. and including their website Lowe's ****** ***** ***********

      Worst delivery system ever! Purchased new refrigerator on 9-6-22. Delivery on 9-10-22 between 3 pm and 7 pm. Delivery made 3 hours early. I was at work and returned their call. They were still in area and returned. Refrigerator was dented and scratched. Delivery people wanted me to make all calls reporting problem. New delivery date set up on Sunday night leaving a voice mail. Delivery on Monday. Time?? Inconvenient time for me had to reschedule because I work and cannot be out of work everyday. Delivery people showed up again on cancelled date. Did not have time to empty refrigerator. They assured me that they would be back next morning at 8:00 am. (More time off of work) After unloading refrigerator again, received call at 9:45 saying that it would be Thursday before they would make delivery - not giving a time frame. Free delivery--BULL. I have lost more money being out of work than I saved on the appliance. Never again!
