      I ordered a stand up shower on June 11, 2022. It was supposed to be delivered on June 23, 2022. It was not delivered until June 30,2022. It came damaged. I was on vacation when it was delivered. My dad was there when it was delivered and sent me pictures of the damaged box. When I got home, I called customer service on July 8, 2022 and filed a complaint. They gave me a claim number and said the local store would contact me. Waited until July 10, 2022 and called customer service again. Finally the manager from the Sumter called me back and scheduled a pick up for the shower and then they would refund my money and reorder a new shower. They picked up the shower on July 14, 2022. On July 19, 2022 I called customer service again because my card was not credited and a new shower was not ordered. They told me they would escalate it and someone would call be back within 24 hours. This was at 10:12 am. It's now July 20, 2022 @ 1:56pm and still no call

      I purchased interior door installation in December of 2021 for $7500 of product with a contract to install. Their system placed an order with manufacturers rather than taking existing stock on hand, delaying delivery to March of 2022. In the interim, they changed their contract administrator and vendors. A partial installation occurred due to wrong products delivered and their internal system closed out the install work order. I had to physically go back to the *************** **** store to watch them reorder the correct items. Product was delivered to store for installers to pick up but were not matched to original order, resulting in wrong products again. It is now mid July. Store manager and Millwork supervisor assured me that corrective action will be done, which did not happen. My materiels (albiet wrong) were in the store for a month before this last attempt to install. Zero quality control. I've called their customer support number multiple times and asked for call ************** of my conversations which were promised but never delivered. I had to threaten a lawsuit and police report of grand theft just to get one door which was in stock at the store! The better choice is to purchase the in store items and have another company install. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER recommend ******************** to perform any installation of any product.

      If I could give a -star I would. I have had so many problems with Lowes I ordered windows and doors a year and month ago I have 1 complete custom door out of 3, and custom storm door out 3 (plus of of the custom doors was a doggie door) 3 correct window out of 10!! 2 correct screens!! My custom front door has been returned front door 2x's, 1st time the paint was bad the second time the door did not fit. The first time 7 out of 10 windows were the wrong size!!! Second time around for the windows 4 windows were fine until they got to Lowes and Lowes cracked the frames!! Called assistant managers, finally got ahold of store manager.... I will call you back the same day...... 7 days later I am growing **** hair waiting.................

      I chose Lowes for my window replacement. Started in April with mismeasurement of windows, drop off of windows days before instalation. Lowes was told I had no wifi, no internet or printing capabilities, Lowes said they emailed me with this. I did not sign agreement about storing order, nor moving furniture. I do have long receipt copy of which I signed. One reason or another the installers were fighting, after two months for 6 windows, I lost 3 days of pay to accommodate Lowes. It was such a mess, Lowes apologized for the huge inconvenience and said they will make things right when done with discount. They told me submit a detail report with picture's. I followed their instructions. I submitted all information to corporate office, they took all of 6 minutes and said they will do-nothing. They were within their rights to take almost 3 months to install 6 windows. I need to be compensated for 3 days lose of pay, me store the windows in my living room for 2 weeks. I feel $1,200. Off a $6,000 end price is just. I am a single ************ veteran. IS THIS HOW LOWES TREAT THEIR VETERANS? SHAME ON YOU LOWES! ************ 7-19-22

      Worst possible install support from Lowe's.Customer Support **********************;I went to your ******* ** (****) store on March 26, 2022 and ordered a storm door for the side of my house. **** processed my order and told me I would get the door measured that week and would have the installer call me for an install date, A day or two later I received a message that my front door was measured and the information sent to the install team. I called **** and informed him that the message was incorrect, and to have the installer go back to my house and measure the side door. **** stated he contacted the installer and the side door was measured correctly, I insisted that it be re-measured, but **** stated all measurements were correct.On April 15th the installer arrived he immediately removed the side storm door and complained multiple times that too much chalk was used to install that door. I explained to him that the door was there when we moved in and I did nothing. A while later he called me outside and told me there was a big problem. He explained that his son (the person used to measure doors) had made a mistake in the measurements. My opening was 30 and the door ordered was 32. I asked if he could put our door back for the time being and he explained that the molding and supports were mangled during the removal process and the door could not be put back up. Since have had no side screen door and cannot use the area to help circulate aid to cool the house.After many unanswered calls to reach **** in Millwork, I went to the store I asked to speak to a manager from the store and was told that **** will work it out since he originally placed the order, and that there were no managers in store to talk to, It is now July 19th and I have made dozens of calls to Lowe's Install with nothing but promises of sending an installer out. No response from the store or the installer. I need the BBB to get Lowe's to respond and fix my side storm door.

      I went to Lowes on 7/1/22 and its 7/18/22 and I'm still waiting on the Dryer to be hooked up. They have horrible customer service . Just a lot of run arounds.

      I paid in full for a new ******************* October 2021. It is still not completed & door was not hung correctly. Customer Service keeps emailing that it will be resolved but it is still not finished and they don't know when the correctly measured materials will be available for installation. They've attempted to install door two times since March 2022 but eith had wrong measurements or incomplete materials.

      Purchased a washer and dryer combo 11 of July 2022 from ********** Lowes. I was scheduled for delivery on July 13. The Lowes driver calls me the morning of the 13 and tells me that the washer was not loaded because they could not find it in the warehouse. I call lowes service line and and the lady on the other end of the phone cannot understand why it was not loaded when they had over ************** that same warehouse. So she rescheduled a delivery for the 16 of July from 4-7 pm. Here were on the 16 at 630 and I call to see if the washer was on its way. They inform me that it was not loaded either on the truck. They state that a supervisor or someone from the corporate office will call me and ensure my next delivery. Here I am on the 18 of July back at the store still no washer and no one can seem to help get my washer. I paid for this washer upfront and was given a set date for delivery this is so unprofessional from a major corporation like this. Just a horrible experience guess this will be our last purchase here.

      I bought $3500 worth of appliances from Lowes after sales discounts.the first two delivered were my gas drier and new washer on June 29th they did the gas hookup on the drier. On the July 14th they delivered my gas range, dish washer, and over the range microwave, but only installed the range, today July 18th there installer came to install the dishwasher and microwave, and as soon as he walked in he said " I smell gas, bad!""did you recently have a range or drier installed?"So I instantly call my local Lowes to tell them about the installs and the smell of gas, and the referred me to the gas company.The gas company informed me to exit the house immediately, do not attempt to turn anything not even a light switch.within a half hour they were here with their meter and sure enough the drier hook from so many weeks ago was leaking,We paid Lowes for a professional certified hook up and were left with a death trap,we had been sleeping in it, my wife works from and was in it all the time, using our new gas range. We were lucky! But it's not right, we paid for something in good faith, and were lucky nothing bad happened.

      The manager of the Lowes Santa Fe store, *************************, is reneging on an offer HE made to compensate me for the appalling Kitchen Cabinets/Countertop installation, spanning 15 months for a 10 x 10 kitchen. Telephone calls and messages go unanswered. I have written to upper management (******************************) with similar results. They have both received a detailed accounting of failed deliveries, incorrect orders, and missed installation dates..The biggest fault in this installation is that they dismantled the old cabinets before receiving the new ones, leaving me without a kitchen.**********
