      Tried to call Lowe's Home Center in *******, ******* . . an absolute nightmare. Automative answering service. Almost impossible to get a real person. When you do get through to someone, they transfer you and you are left waiting until the phone goes dead. You try again and you get a a person, but she is too busy to take your order. YOU CAN'T MAKE IT UP.

      Good luck with getting any help with appliance delivery! They use a crappy company called Retail Direct for appliance delivery. We were supposed to have a refrigerator delivered last Monday between 8:00 am and 12 noon. It never showed. Couldn't get any updates on where our delivery was or when it would be delivered. The excuse from Lowes was that they use a third party company (Retail Direct) for deliveries and don't have driver names, phone numbers, etc. I was on the phone ALL DAY LONG with both Lowes and Retail Direct. Got the run around from both companies. Asked to speak to a manager at Lowes - both times was put on hold and then disconnected. By the end of the day, both Retail Direct and Lowes were either putting me on hold, sending me straight to voicemail, or outright hanging up on me. Found out the next day from Lowes that the delivery company attempted to deliver our fridge to the house that we moved out of 10 years ago!Terrible way to run a business. And they really need to fire Retail Direct. That company has an F rating on this website. Wish I had known that before I purchased from them. I'll never purchase another appliance from Lowes as long as they're using Retail Direct.

      That they have an A+ rating on BBB with the number of complaints here, shows that BBB is just interested in getting paid by companies. I have personal companies that i own that are BBB accredited as well, and know how it works firsthand. That said, I wouldn't pay a nickel for another Lowes plan. It is fraudulent and they do not stand behind the terms of their agreement. For example, the 4th time an appliance needs to be fixed is supposed to give the option for a buy-back or replacement. They are now claiming on the 6th repair for the same major issue that the 4 times is a per-year thing. BS. I am filing suit against them this week for breach of contract.

      I ain't never been treated that bad before in my life, an it will be cold day in h*** before I walk back into Lowes Home Center, I paid over 700 bucks for a air compressor an now that it's gone out they won't replace it an it has a lifetime warranty, they trying to say they can't find my receipt, that someone put it in the computer wrong, so I'm DEF FILING A COMPLAINT BECAUSE I EITHER WANT MY DARN MONEY BACK OR A NEW AIR COMPRESSOR

      I ordered a building on Friday July 15, 2022. I told them I saw online where I could get it delivered the next day. She said yes. Well the building never showed up. The girl up front said the delivery guys has up to 8pm. Well never showed up. I had to go this morning. The excuse was I ordered a few minutes before cut off time and they didn't have time to get it ready. So now I have to wait till Monday for the delivery if it comes then. How do they think this is ok. Its ******** and unprofessional

      I have a refrigerator/freezer upright unit and I purchased extended warranty. It is with assurant under lowes. I was told to find my own repair man to fix it . It has not been working well since since Wednesday evening. I spent 2 days calling not a good response from them. They have blocked my phone number.

      On 7/8/22 I bought a washer and dryer set. Of course it's not at the store so it had to come from their warehouse in ********* **, 2 hours away from me. It has been a week now and guess what, only the dryer came in!! I ordered them as a set, but only the dryer came in and Lowe's would not let me pick up the dryer because they were a set. You pay over $1200.00 for something and get crappy service, you can't get the products when you need them. It's bad enough Lowe's took away my veteran's discount, but now I get terrible service. Unfortunately Lowe's is the only thing ****** ** has to offer, but maybe from now on I will take the hour drive to ***********

      I purchased 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms from Lowe's. When I received all the cabinets 3 months ago, I advised them that the house was ready to install everything except the upstairs kitchen. Incredible installation advised me that the won't do 3/4 of the install. I called Lowe's ********** and all the did was give me the number of the installer. I ended up having someone install everything except the upstairs kitchen and now all I get is "I'm sorry I'll try to help you" nothing is being done for the past 3 weeks. I can't close on my house until this kitchen is installed and the salesman won't give me the blueprints of the install. I will NEVER do business with them again. Once they take your money they'll disappear and wash their hands. Now I have to find someone to install a 20 cabinet kitchen with no blueprints. This has to be the worst store I've dealt with.

      They delivered a badly damaged washer but I got to keep it until a new one was delivered. That meant I had to deal with the delivery company twice. They are the worst. Its an outside company. I wont buy again from lowes because of the delivery company they chose to use

      Purchased some wood floors from Lowes on a Lowes credit card. Interest Rate is ****%, when I contacted Lowes to discuss the interest rate and whether it could be changed, I was told an automated system sets the interest rates and it decides whether your interest rate maybe changed. I told the rep that the response was ******** would like to speak with a manager. I was then told that there is no manager available to speak with me. I should call back within 1 hour. I persisted and asked again to speak to a manager and was told that there is no manager available to speak with me. I have the right to request an interest rate change from a vendor and to deny someone that right cant be legal. Has anyone else had that issue with Lowes?Wishing there was a no stars option. Their customer service sucks!
