      We hired Lowes to install a new window to replace an old one. The one they brought out and installed was different than the one we ordered. We realized the mistake right away. After numerous calls and emails back and forth Lowes said there must've been a glitch in their system and the window we ordered was no longer available. Lowes said there was nothing more they could do so we are stuck with the wrong window. It isn't fair or professional for Lowe's to bring out any window other than the one we ordered and paid for. We are extremely disappointed in Lowe's customer service. We were warned by ******************** competition about ordering windows from Lowe's but we thought they were making it up but they were absolutely right about what would happen if Lowe's made a mistake or if we needed help about an order.

      I ordered two chairs to be delivered same day on 12/23, and their third party delivery delivered to the wrong address. I contacted Lowe's and they stated they did not understand why that was so, but to re-order and they would look into the original order. I re-ordered, and still did not receive the chairs. I called back twice--they hung up on me the first time, the second time they said it was the third party delivery company's responsibility, who is not taking responsibility. I am out $70 and no chairs. Will not shop at Lowe's again. I would choose zero stars but was not able to leave a review without choosing one.

      I purchased a washer a couple of weeks ago from Lowe's and was told if I applied for a Lowe's credit card to pay for it, I would get a $100.00 discount on the price. I have excellent credit. I said I would apply, but because I do not own a Smartphone, I would not be able to receive the code needed to get the discount. I have spoken to 3 different people in customer service who could not satisfy my complaint. I feel I was discriminated against just because I don't own a Smartphone. Poor customer service. Any other establishment would have gone out of their way to remedy my complaint. They would have done everything imaginable to keep me as a customer. ******************** did not. I was brushed off like dandruff from my clothes. I will never shop there again!

      I would rate -0 if I could. I ordered shingles and accessories for a roof. Promised 3 differant dates for delivery. Then delivery 2 things at a time. But never delivered $3,900 of my $4,400 order. I had to cancel order and went and bought it elsewhere and cheaper But then once I cancelled order store wont help me. So I called corporate and they help some but cant do but so much. They sent me 1 of my 3 refunds and keep saying theres not an address with it when its on my pro account that Ill never use again in my life. Corporate told me and talked to **** and ******* the store managers of Lowes in Bowie and said once I receive cards to bring up and will pay me for them. I get one of the 3 and take it up there and keep getting run around and I dont have time to continue to be pushed away after being there 4 times Now they tell me to come back tomorrow and ******* would not even come up to front of store and talk to me. ********* help to customers and pro accounts. I would love to have the bad experience of Lowes worthless customer service and refund on news. Im bout to go to bank and consider it a fraud charge since never got my money back or my products I ordered over month ago

      Lowe's does not care about it customers. They use third-party ****************** to deliver and install purchased appliances, which comes out to represent Lowe's. The third-party delivery company for my area for this delivery was out of the ********** store in *******. They were scheduled to deliver my refrigerator and stove on December 9th between 3 pm and 8 pm. The delivery didn't take place. I called all the numbers they texted to call with any issues or concerns, and customer service closed at 5 pm. I called my local store in *******, **, after 7 pm to be transferred to a Georgia store and another customer care **********************. Finally, someone with customer service was nice enough to try to assist with this issue. It's well after 8:30 pm, and the order now says delayed. She then states they will have to reschedule the delivery for another date. My groceries have been sitting out for hours awaiting this delivery since 3 pm when they were supposed to be ************ call, email, or text to notify the customer they would no longer deliver. I lost all of my groceries awaiting delivery on Monday, December 9th. Today, on Thursday, December 31st, I was told by a Lowe's representative that I would not be reimbursed for my loss, which was also denied by warranty, and that they do not reimburse for food loss. I asked what are customers to due since it was not my fault I did everything Lowe's asked.I told her I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because if Lowe's sends out a third-party vendor to represent that company on their behalf, they are compensated by the original company, which is Lowe's. They hold a contract with each other. I will advise people to use another company for house remodeling since they do not hold their vendors responsible or even accept accountability for their vendor's poor service. For the remaining house remodeling we have to do, we will be using ********** since Lowe's clearly does care about its customers' issues ccausedby their vendor.

      NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY AN APPLIANCE AT LOWES. FRIGIDAIRE HAS SCREWED US OVER WITHOUT A WORKING REFRIGERATOR FOR OVER A WEEK AND THEY CANNOT COME FOR ANOTHER WEEK. SO, IT WILL BE ALMOST THREE WEEKS WITHOUT A WORKINg REFRIGERATOR. WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH LOWES. WE WERE PROMISED ALL WOULD BE EASY IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN. HAVE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH FRIGIDAIRE GETTING NO WHERE. WE'VE ONLY HAD THE APPLIANCE 4 MONTHS.

      Lowe's on Capital Circle N.E. in ***********, ******* is a terribly run business. We recently purchased a more expensive washer and dryer with the promise that we would have delivery the next day. This was even stated on the receipt. The next day only the washer was on the truck and there was no follow-up regarding what happened or how it would be resolved. I spent several days communicating with the store's customer service personnel (who know absolutely nothing about customer service) and store managers. No one showed any concern, no apologies, and the best they could do was offer me delivery ten days after the purchase. Even when promised to get a call back, none came. I finally canceled the order and the only consolation was the national customer service **** *****, who was outstanding and understanding. I will never do business with Lowe's again in ***********.

      Miss marked pricing. Cashier refused to correct the price until I insisted she walk to view the label for her self. I was then refunded and charged again while being gaslit by the cashier that it was only a few dollars. (It was 50% of the total cost of the item.)

      I contacted Lowes **************** concerning my disappointment and anger over the installation of flooring through Lowes, Paramus, **, installer *******************, it has not been 2 years and my blanks are separating and lifting. Having issues with the *******, ** location prior, I thought the corporate office would be more responsive, it took them almost 2 months to respond to my email and letter. Response was to contact installation team, they are the problem and do not return phone calls. Contact the manufacturer of blank, blank is not defective it is how it was installed. Then they asked if they could assist with any other home care needs. Extreme lack of professionalism!!
