      We purchased a microwave that completely went belly up on us 30 days after delivery. Apparently there is actually only a 10 day return policy on their appliances from the purchase date. So even though it took them 2 weeks to deliver the microwave and then it completely broke less than 30 days after, the Lowes in **********, ** would not lift a finger to help. Gave ** the wrong number to ******* and did not even extend an apology or offer to call them on our behalf. Just sorry sorry customer service. I did not have the same issues with Best Buy when I had a dryer go out and I will be taking all my appliance needs there from now on and recommend everybody else do the same. These people literally told us that even with their extended warranty, we would still have to contact *******. Perfect so note to self, Lowes also has useless extended warranties! PERFECT! Thanks for letting us know!

      Very disappointed. I have always liked Lowe's and frequent their store regularly. Yesterday, after lot's of research, I decided to purchase a new Pit boss grill-smoker. I had already been to Lowe's once looking at them. They had the $700 one I wanted in stock so after 45 minutes of looking around I had to track down an associate. He took 20 minutes to locate it in the back and then after another 25 minutes of looking for an associate that could operate the lift, he tells me that no one in the store is licensed to operate a lift to get it off the rack!!! Seriously!! He takes my name and number and said that he would call me when someone comes in that can operate the lift. I'm 30 minutes away from the store and planning on using this thing the next day and it still has to be assembled. This is mid day on a Friday!! The gentleman was very nice and apologetic but still lost my business. I ended up going to 2 other stores looking at their Pit Boss smokers and ended up buying one at Tractor Supply. I was headed home 2 hours later when he called to tell me that someone was their that could operate the lift. Sorry guys. You just lost my money for the day. Probably close to $1K.

      Defective Treadmill purchase from Lowe's they refuse to pick it up and uses their link credit card company to reject my charge back by telling their credit card company not to refund me. This is why you should never "ever" open up a credit card with a retailer like this (Lowe's) because they have control of refusing to refund you back and they have total control when you use "their own" Lowe's credit card. I've contacted corporate they said they will take care of this but nothing has been done.

      I will never buy from Lowe's again The delivery service delivered item but failed to hook up item or haul the old item. When trying to seek help by phone, I am put on hold for over an hour and then, because no one ever took the call, I had to drive to store to get the help I needed I also tried the corporate office and again I am put on hold. This company is awful.

      HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Purchased Frigidaire double-oven from Lowes/******* store 05/16/22. Delivery/installation scheduled for 5/29/22 with a 2nd party company. They called a few days before this and said they could not deliver but needed to come instead and check space, outlets, etc. They rescheduled for delivery/installation for 6/6/22, and sent a 3rd party company. The tech damaged my cabinet door removing my old oven (I reported it). He tested the oven - it heated and clock stayed on. Next day - it never heated! Called them - they sent tech out 6/11/22. He ran diagnostics and said he needed 2 ppl to pull oven out (only one installed!). After going back/forth w/ corporate installation support, the 2nd party installation company, they finally sent a tech out 6/30/22 who declared the oven faulty & said they had 5 in the distribution ctr & would replace oven. That did not happen! I made several trips to the store (because it was impossible to get them by phone) with promises to escalate, to give some compensation (by store manager). I was given conflicting stories by them in store & corporate IS saying they had ********************* saying they were out of stock. I wrote letters to three Exec Vice Presidents! Their customer relations responded but could never give definite answers on when/if I'd get an oven replacement! WORTHLESS! I finally requested a full refund and for them to come get the oven. Today is 7/22/22, more than 60 days after purchase, I have a double-oven that has never worked, LOWE'S, a "big-bucks company" who allows 2nd and 3rd party installation companies to handle their installations & dictate their schedules, a *******, ** store manager who is never available and clearly not concerned about the customers issues! I will not stop until this oven is out of my house and my money is refunded. I will NEVER do business with this store again!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I ordered a ***** grill on June 24th to be delivered on July 1st already assembled. Still have not gotten the grill but they charged my credit card for the full amount. It was supposed to be delivered 7 different times already and every time we wait for it, and every time it never shows up. Last week was the icing on the cake, they delivered an assembled grill and when I opened it up to check it out, someone had very clearly already used that grill to **** something and there was still food residue on the grates! Can't make this stuff up. I have spoken to several associates, the store manager at the Hanover Lowes in **. I even emailed the **** CFO, COO, and any other executive email addresses that I could find. Someone from Lowes ************************** called me and assured me they would handle it. The grill was supposed to be delivered today.......Guess what! nothing ever showed up!.......this is the most pathetic display of business operations that I have ever heard of or witnessed. Lowes should be completely embarrassed right on up to the ****

      I ordered a refrigerator they delivered it on a Friday it wouldnt fit through my door. The delivery guy said they would contact me by the next day which was Saturday and if they dont to cal. I called next afternoon she said nothing could be done its the weekend. Someone will call Monday.Same problem well this is Thursday afternoon Ive spoken with at least 13 people no exaggeration supposedly been escalating so my refund would be put through. Im nowhere lady I just spoke with said the last guy I spoke with yesterday didnt do it. I sat here on the phone he said he was on the computer doing it at the time. He flat out lied to me I sat here and waited til he said it was done and she said shes looking at report and not escalated. I want my money Ive wasted a few hours on the phone and only thing acco

      We had flooring places on June 21st 2022. They placed our flooring and forgot to order the transition pieces and quarter round. They also removed part of our flexco without asking. We were told it would be 5 days until we heard an install date for that. I waited two weeks and called them. A work order was never placed. We finally got an install date on a Friday and no one showed up or called. We called and they rescheduled for Monday. Monday they come and place the transitional pieces and part of the quarter round. The flexco was still missing and part of the quarter round. I called Lowes back and they said they do not replace flexco and would give us $100 to get the supplies ourselves and we would hear about an installation date to finish the quarter round. It is now July 21st 2022 and our flooring is still not complete after multiple phone calls to the store, corporate, lowes installation and LC installations. We paid around $6,000 for this incomplete service and can not get the help we need to finish it. We have spent hours on the phone trying to fix this with no relief. I asked for a refund and we willl hire someone else for the job and this can not be done.

      Lowes in ******* ** is great if you just need something for a small project or something in stock. But do no get fencing done. I ordered beginning of January and as of today 7/21/22 I only have poles in my yard that have been there since last Wednesday. After having the order delivered to the store the 1st time, they sold it to other customers, then the second time they are still missing parts which is why I'm still waiting. Never go through these guys for large projects, stick with a local store. I even called corporate and they did nothing but transfer me back to the ******* store after I told them I called there and got no return call back 2 days later!

      Bought Clearance trees, **** less than a year. They died with the hot weather we are having and Lowes will not refund my items although the system would take the refund. Supervisor will not allow it. As a consumer you buy from clearance items with the freedom knowing that refunds are excepted if died within the year. There are no signs stating that clearance tress, bushes, perennial are not refundable.
