1 starThis company LIES. Their sales *** lied to my face to get me to ***** a contract. I was told it would be $150 total to break contract but its actually $450. Literally charged me $500 to spray ONE TIME and I told the guy I didnt want the service when he said it was $150. He said he could lower it to $50 so I said sure. When I was signing for the spray I asked if there was a fee to cancel and he said 100$. I said I guess joke is on me. No its $450! And he knew I didnt even want to pay $150 literally lied TO my FACE and when I called all the people kept saying is it on camera like they have done this before. 1 star is too much for this company.. there should be an option for -stars .. The sales person said there would be initial fee of 150 for spraying and they would return within 30 days to respray for free.. well I was charged for that. When I tried to cancel the service they said I was locked in under contract for a year. Sales person also said that I can cancel services if no longer needed or if unsatisfied.. over all company seems to be a scam! wouldn't recommend them to anyone!Insight Pest Solutions, LLC

They are a complete scam. Lied at the point of sale from pushy door to door ********. He lied directly about their services. The issues actually were worse the year with the service than without. A ton of hidden cancellation fees. Just all around scam. Beware of the company and what they are hiding.Insight Pest Solutions, LLC

Horrible. I have more issues w beetles, spiders, ants, wasps now than before the 3 treatments. I am certain they treated one time as I was home and witnessed it. The stuff looked like water - and took several hours to dry. I complained a week later and they came to retreat for free but then charged my card. Ive paid over $600 in 3 months and still have pests. ***** this business!!! I am currently fighting with them for a refund, and trying to get out of the annual contract.Insight Pest Solutions, LLC

Worse service ever. Door to door sale person came and told me if I give 800 cash then the service will be only for year. And after 8 months of service they start charging me sending me bills. When I called them to cancel they said I need 30days notice. And it was never meantioned by the door to door sales rep. **** just lie at the door and even the customer service didn't help me and demanding for my credit card number.Insight Pest Solutions, LLC

Hello,One of their employees came to my house, in **********, today. When I opened the door and saw him, I immediately said thhat we were not interested in sollicitation. He replied, 'I'm not selling anything, I'm here to sell girl guides cookies. I have some chocolate, mint and...' I told himt hat he had just said he was selling something and that we were not interested. He then said he wasn't selling cookies. Rather, he wanted to talk about pesticides. I reiterated several times that we were not interested. He just kept on ignoring me and talking over me. At one point, he came closer to me, reached aboove my head to wave at my husband who was sitting in the living room, and tried to start a conversation with him. I tild him to leave my property, told him I would call the police and all along he was ignoring what I was telling him and trying to engage in some sort of conversations or sale. He was rude, arrogant and dismissive. He eventually left after telling me a few times, 'I don't understand you. You want me to leave?', while using a sarcastic tone. I had told him several times to leave my property. I had been very clear!!A few minutes later, I went to talk to a neighbour and he came to talk to us, interrupting our conversation and telling me, 'I know you're upset with me, but I did nothing wrong.' He kept on being rude, denying he did anything wrong and saying he didn't need to apologize. I left the conversation I had with my neighbour as this guy would not leave us alon and my neighbour told this guy that it was time for him to leave. That is when he got the point and left.He appeared to enjoy his antagonizing attitude. If I could give this company 0 star, I would do so, but your system does not allow it.Insight Pest Solutions, LLC
