      I am rejecting this response because Lenovo has not addressed the core issue of my complaint: the product I received was advertised with specific AI performance capabilities that it does not deliver. Despite my good faith efforts to resolve this matter, Lenovo has only offered a refund upon return, refusing to provide any compensation for the significant time, effort, and lost productivity caused by their misleading advertising.

      Lenovos response fails to acknowledge the misrepresentation in their marketing or offer a resolution that addresses the harm caused. I continue to seek appropriate compensation and a remedy that reflects the extent of Lenovos false advertising and its impact on me as a consumer.

      I am rejecting this response because Lenovo has once again provided the exact same generic reply to my BBB complaint, without addressing any of the specific concerns raised.

      Lenovo continues to ignore the core issue: the product was advertised with specific AI performance capabilities that it does not deliver.

      My complaint details the significant time, effort, and productivity lost due to Lenovos misleading advertising, which Lenovo has not acknowledged or addressed in any meaningful way.

      Repeating the same response does not constitute a good faith attempt to resolve the matter or engage with the substance of my complaint.

      I request that Lenovo provide a substantive response that addresses the misrepresentation in their marketing and offers an appropriate remedy for the harm caused.

      I purchased a mouse ($6) using my rewards (aboutr $5) and attached a debit card with a small amoutn (5$) to cover the rest, The rewards I selected did not go through so I called support all weekend and was not able to reach them because sales is closed. If the crad ius charged wrong there will be issues as it is a debit card and not credit!Last time they fixed it when something like this happened imeediately. This time they did not, and I have called 6 times to no avail.Several times their office was ********* a result my card will be overhcraged and either me or Lenovo will have to pay a fine for the order.The refuse to cancel the order and insist first it must be delivered... then I can return it and get a refund and then I can order it again (they say, but I don't trust them at this point)Usually they could just go into their system cancel the payments, apply the rewards and correct the charges. This will take over a month for a $5 mouse to be fixed and charged properly I have no idea how much additional expense we will bot hbe charged for this incorrect charge as there is only $5 on my card and the mouse is a little over 6$ withoiut the rewards applied.I called multiple times and they sya there is nothing they can do. Last time they fixed a problem like this in 1 minute! Why are they making this so complicated. I need to be reimbursed for all the calling the extra charges so this is made right!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      The situation on my end turned out to be less complex after checking which was great. The card I had used fortuately has some additional balance I was not aware of!  At the same time the business got back to me and resolved more than all the issues.  However my experiences did identify issues with some of their processes and I am sure they will be able to fix those all up for future customers.  So everything is perfect now.

      I purchased a product from Lenovo under order number **********. I returned the item using tracking 1ZE2416F9199101102, which shows it was delivered to Lenovo on Monday, June 9.Since then, I have called Lenovo customer service multiple times (5 times to be exact). Each time, they acknowledge they have received the return and assure me that my refund will be processed within 7 days. However, as of today, almost a month later, I still have not received my refund. Each call ends with the same promise but no action is taken.I am requesting Lenovo to issue the refund immediately.

      I placed an order for a new Thinkpad tablet with Lenovo on May 20, 2025. I received a used product with "**********************" on the back. I called and returned the product promptly and received a refund confirmation email on June 11, 2025, stating that I will receive the refund within 10 days. I have still not received the refund. I have called their customer service every week and keep getting excuses from them and they keep telling me that the refund will be delayed by 5 to 7 days. This has happened for the last three weeks and every week is a different excuse. I went on their forums and found out that other customers are also experiencing these issues and they are refusing to give refunds to people and lie about the reason.

      Subject: Complaint Regarding Order #********** Billing Discrepancy and Request for Compensation Dear Lenovo Customer Support,I am writing to express my frustration regarding a billing discrepancy on my recent order #**********.I noticed a $0.01 difference between the initial order confirmation email and the shipping confirmation email. While the amount is small, the fact that Lenovo's system altered the confirmed total without my consent is concerning. This appears to be an internal system error, yet the burden of resolving it has fallen entirely on me as the customer.I have spent a significant amount of time speaking with multiple Lenovo representatives, being passed back and forth between the customer service team and the **** team with no resolution. The time and effort required to address such a minor issue have been completely disproportionate, and frankly unacceptable.Given this experience, I am requesting:A full explanation of why this discrepancy occurred.Assurance that Lenovo has addressed the underlying system issue to prevent similar cases in the future.A goodwill compensation for the time I have spent navigating this issue due to Lenovo's internal error.I hope Lenovo values its customers enough to take this issue seriously and provide a meaningful resolution.       I purchased an x1 Carbon generation 9 laptop about 2 1/2 years ago for $2000 and it is completely dead with a defective motherboard. The laptop is no longer under warranty, but a motherboard should not fail in such a short time. Many other owners of this model generation have had similar issues as seen by a ****** search and more than 500 posts on Lenovo's community forum. Lenovo should stand by their products and when one is defective, like this one, they should repair it for free or provide a replacement regardless of warranty.

      The customer reported that their ********************** X1 Carbon Generation 9 laptop, purchased about two and a half years ago for $2000, has a defective motherboard and is completely dead. Although the laptop is no longer under the original warranty, the customer argued that the motherboard should not fail so soon and referenced numerous similar complaints from other users. The support team reviewed the case, confirming the warranty expired in February 2023 but noted an extended warranty valid until February 2025. As a resolution, the support agent offered to perform an Out of Term Entitlement (OTE) repair at no cost to the customer and created a work order for depot service. A repair box was sent to the customer, and the latest update confirms the box arrived on 7/8, indicating the repair process is underway.

      I placed an order on 06/13/25 for a laptop on the Lenovo website. I contaced customer service the following day asking if I could cancel the order because I wanted to buy a more expensive laptop from the website instead. I was told the order would be cancelled. A week later, the order is still not cancelled. I contact customer service again and they tell me they have escalated my cancellation to their team and it will be done asap. A week later, I am still being charged, as another payment was taken out of my account for this laptop that I don't even have!!! I have paid almost $100 so far on an item I don't even have! Every 2 weeks I am charged for this product until paid off, but I don't have the laptop, so unless it was sent to me I shouldn't be billed for it. I contact customer service for the THIRD time 06/27 because this order is STILL NOT CANCELLED and still showing as waiting to be shipped on their website. They tell me the same song and dance story about how they are escalating it to their team for cancellation. I even told them if they are going to play around and not cancel it, just mail it and I will return it. BUT, this is horrible customer service and service in general! I told the customer service *** I would give them until 06/30/25 to take care of it and to get my order cancelled or I would be going above Lenovo, and as of 07/01/25 the order is still showing as waiting to be shipped and I'm still being billed for it, and the order is not cancelled, SO here I am. I would never recommend this company, which is sad because I have a Lenovo laptop now and I love it. But, because of all this hassle, the next laptop I purchase, and I need one asap, will no longer be a Lenovo.

      I purchased a Lenovo Legion 5i. It started having issues with display drivers over a week ago. I contacted legion ultimate support and performed all action recommended. Well, it only worked for a couple days. Now my desktop is doing the same thing all over again! Lenovos scam ultimate warranty package says next day in home service. Why am I over a week out and still dont have a fully functioning desktop?The Lenovo case # ********** The premium care number is down with busy tones or holds for over 45 minutes with no answer. ********. Refund me or fix my computer.

      I ordered a refurbished computer from your outlet, I had questions, called, and was given satisfactory answers. However, when my laptop arrived, all three things she told me proved to be untrue. I called (repeatedly) for help and reparations, and was given the response off, "I'm sorry. Shall we start your return now?" Seriously? I did my research on your website about refurbished computers, when I had questions I called, and then when there was a problem, I was kicked to the curb. My rewards didn't apply to the purchase (we can fix it later), what level of refurbished is this computer (you'll see a tag when you get it), and does it include the digital pen (let me check, yes, it does). So I'm out the rewards money that should have applied, have no idea how old this computer actually is, don't have a digital pen, and no one can fix it anymore. Your website isn't accurate, your employees are incorrect, and no one is taking any responsibility. How is it so hard to apply rewards money or give a customer a discount? Or any other effort to make amends for misleading and lying to me. I particularly love the current person's "I can't do anything about what was already done." Admitting wrongdoing, but shirking all responsibility to the customer.
