      Ordered a new laptop from Lenovo, they told me it would ship on 7/26/22. At 8PM EST on 7/26/22 I received an email saying that it would be delayed and would ship within 30 days. I immediately called company for a more specific date as I have an out of state trip coming up and I didn't want them sending it when I wouldn't be home. Rep told me item was in stock and to call back in 24 hours to find out the status. I called back on 7/28/22 and was told that they have to verify it's not fraud and was told that process takes up to 48 hours (even though it was already over 72 hours from the order). They would not give me any information as to why why they would suspect fraud when I paid in full, with my credit card, with the billing and shipping address matching the house that I own, with an email and phone number that I've used for several years. Additionally, they refused to connect me to the fraud department so I could clear up any questions they may have. The rep then told me that it would be best just to cancel and reorder (not happening as I placed the order on a day I would get more bonus miles from my airline credit card and if I cancelled and reordered, I would lose those miles). I am demanding the company contact me and let me know what is actually going on and that they ship my order.

      I mailed an unopened package for a refund on June 25 and UPS sent a confirmation that it was received by a **** at this facility on July 1st. I called several times for an update when I will receive my refund and has not yet received it. It is already four weeks. They said they lost the package and are tracking it inside their facility.

      I have a warranty with Lenovo for in-home service. I have a problem which I have spent over 9 hours chatting with customer service. There have been multiple diagnoses for the problem with unfulfilled promises that I will be contacted either to arrange for the warranty service I have paid for or to discuss the matter further. The latest diagnosis is a problem that their hardware scan says is not a problem. In addition to the nine plus hours of chats without resolution, I have also been told that I would be contacted within 7-10 business days--no response and it is business day 14. I have also contacted Lenovo Support via Twitter, was promised that they would look into it--no response to 3 follow up requests, as well as no response to a written request to HQ. I hope that this ghosting isn't being caused by the fact that there is only a couple of months left on the warranty that I purchased and Lenovo is attempting to run out the clock.

      I would like for Lenovo to contact me as they have promised and for my computer to be repaired on-site per the warranty.
