I bought Junk. You cannot contact them. No phone numbers. you can only talk to the community. No one from Lenovo. Only a stranger. Like you can tell me how to fix this. When it is a new computer. I only had it for two months. It should not be having an issue. I cannot return this JUNK. I cannot talk to no one from Lenovo. The seller will not give me the contact phone number. I never got no papers on this computer. On March 24 i got my new Lenovo 23.8" FHD All-In-One Computer, Intel Pentium Gold G6400T, 8GB RAM, 1TB HD, I have had this computer keep up dating every time i turn it on. I thought i fix it. No i did not. It is getting worse the more i use it. it re tries to update, errors, page not responding. Takes over five minutes to turn on. Or in use it gets a black screen. Sometimes it takes over 15 minutes to load up. I cannot make a restore disk.Business Response

I placed an order for a ThinkPad P1 Gen 4 at the Lenovo outlet at night on July 20, and the order was confirmed soon. The item website shows it would be shipped the next business day. And I also chose the Expedite delivery method for this order. On the morning of July 21, I saw the same item was still available. On July 22, Lenovo sent me an email saying the order had been delayed, and it would be shipped within 30 days. At 3:01 pm on July 29, I received an email from RM B2C System Service of Lenovo, it says "We have received your request to cancel one or more items on order xxxxxxxxx. Your cancellation request case number is CA00020xxxxx...". Then At 3:30 pm on July 29, another email from Lenovo says "Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill all or part of your order. " It is ridiculous. I check the outlet website every day to catch a good deal. The order was confirmed by Lenovo, and I did see the deal and items were still available the next day after I placed my order. My understanding is there were enough items for sale. And two days later, I received the email for delayed shipping. Still, there were items, confirmed again, again and again. I am very angry about the cancellation:
1. I did not cancel the order!!!
2. The order was confirmed again and again by Lenovo. I confirmed the item was still available even the next day. I do not understand why it could not be fulfilled.
3. Lenovo can just cancel confirmed order without negotiating with the customer. How arrogant!
4. Lenovo wastes customers' time elaborately since Lenovo canceled my order (with a good deal) while they are still selling another item with the same specifications.
5. I contacted two Lenovo agents, they can do nothing about this!Business Response

I purchased a Adesso CyberTrack H2 480P USB Webcam at $19.99 plus taxes, Delivered: Jul 07,2022 and, on July 11, 2022 I decided to return it. Lenovo created a Return order #4********* and a return label with UPS tracking 1Z992AT*********20.
I returned the webcam the same day, 07/11/2022, and it was received by Lenovo on 07/14/2022 in ********, NC. However, Lenovo has failed to refund the money I paid for the camera. I have been in touch with Post sales operation staff **** ******* He responded on 07/18/2022 that my return order was still processing. Then I contacted Lenovo by chat and over the phone on 07/25/2022 and they too, said my refund was processing. Mr. ****** contacted me again on 07/25/2022 by email to inform me I would be credited within 24 hours. That didn't happened. I contacted him again on 07/30/2022 and I haven't heard back from him and I haven't get my refund.Business Response

I purchased a Legion 7 Gen 6 AMD (16") with RTX 3070 (82N6004QUS) from Lenovo on lenovo.com, on 09/03/2021, which was delivered in Sep 15,2021. However, I didn't started to use that until 02/24/2022. The moment I started to uset that laptop, and I figured out there's something wrong with the speaker, and then I created a repair ticket 2********* with them. Then followingly, there was a lot of following issue like network card failure, LCD failures, motherboard failures, etc, which were recorded in ticket number: 2*********, 2*********, 2*********, 2*********. The most worst experience I had during the process is ticket number: 2*********. The onsite technician went to my place, and eventually unable to open up the laptop's case. And he forced to open it during the process, and damaged the laptop in almost every place of the exterior. Even if the ticket was esclated to customer relationship supervisor ****. She refused to do the replacement, claiming that it is over 30 days of purchase. The recent ticket is about the motherboard, and system, because the laptop would freeze occasionally and then crash. The ticket was escalated to ****, again, and I received same response from her. She requested another repair instead of replacement, for refund. And the request for extending the warranty due to the repair, is also declinced. All these repairs took almost half an year (more than 5 months), and I don't even have more than 2 days to use it normally. I barely have chance to use this laptop, and the newer models is keeping coming out, which is depreciate this current laptop, where I have no good experience with, in aspect of both product and experience.
I would file this complaint, and insisting a full refund or replacement of the newer model of this laptop, to get rid of the chance of similar experience to happen again.Business Response

I purchased a Lenovo laptop around last August of 2021, and almost immediately the laptop had many issues. The screen had a constant blockade of lines across the entire screen, making seeing anything almost impossible for most of the time when I used the laptop, as well as having significant battery issues - it would not hold any charge, and almost acted as if there was no battery in the chassis. I filed multiple complaints to customer service and asked for a replacement through my warranty, as I strongly feel I received a bad product from the very start. I was ignored for months, despite multiple tickets being opened and multiple calls, chats, and emails sent on my end. I was finally able to get in contact with someone on the customer service team who tried to help this month, and sent my laptop in for repairs, despite pleading for a replacement as the time without the laptop heavily affected my work. It came back recently, with an improved screen but exactly the same battery issue. I contacted them again with no response, and am extremely frustrated as the battery was something I very clearly pointed out in my multiple attempts to get this fixed. I'm at my wits end with this, and unsure what to do, as they seem to be ignoring my attempts to get full use of my warranty. Please, any help at all would be very much appreciated.Business Response

I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 9th Generation from you on April 2nd, 2022 with order number **********. I purchased it for 2 reasons: This model was in stock and the battery life on these systems as advertised as one of the best in the industry. My other computer had gone belly-up and I urgently needed a replacement. A few days after I placed my order, I got an email that the shipment was going to be delayed by up to 30 days! I received the computer on April 26th. This was very frustrating but I could have lived with it if the computer actually worked as advertised. I do 3 things on my computer, word processing, emailing and web browsing. No movies, games or other graphic intensive activities. If I get 5 hours of battery life out of the computer, it's a miracle. Out of the box, I never once got anything close to the 16 or more hours of use Lenovo advertises. I finally opened a ticket after a month of trying to tinker with software to see if it was something I was doing. Lenovo sent me a box to send the computer back to them with no loaner computer. I told them I had no other computer and that was no a solution. I asked if they would at least first remote in to my computer to see if there is something wrong with it they could fix without having to take it in. I got no answer. I tried to numerous times to get someone to help me via email and the online chat and got nowhere. I finally had to send a letter to Lenovo corporate on July 1. I sent it to the two addresses I could find and emailed it to two email addresses of employees that had interacted with me. I have yet to receive a response.Business Response

I placed an order of $1,178.66 laptop on Lenovo official website on July 07, 2022. However, my package never arrived and for some reason the package was shipped back to Lenovo by UPS directly on July 18, 2022, and was delivered (to Lenovo) on July 21, 2022.
I contacted Lenovo customer service for more than ten times about getting my refund, but they keep letting me return the product which I never got. They gave me a pre-paid return shipping label and told me I should wait the tracking number on this label shows delivered to Lenovo center and until then they could process my refund. But since I never get my product, I can never ship it back to Lenovo using this tracking number on the label.
The product was delivered to Lenovo two weeks ago and they still didn't give me my refund.

Lenovo IdeaPad. Both hinges broke which cracked the screen and chipped the bottom of the screen. Also touch screen failed. Machine still within warranty period when I emailed Lenovo. Response from Lenovo -- my standard warranty does not cover "physical damage or an accidental damage to the computer." Lenovo said I could pay for the repair by taking it to a local repairman or sending it to their repair facility. I called Lenovo today (July 29, 2022) and was told the same thing.
The hinges broke through normal use by me. Lenovo should pay for the repair because it was their design that caused the problems in the first place.Business Response

I have been trying since 15 July to place an order for a laptop. At first my credit card company ****** (they will be getting their own complaint) was rejecting my purchases because of my email domain (*************. Once i figured this out (took about 4 hours of my own research time), i started using another email address which enabled the transactions to get approval, but now all my orders are being cancelled because Lenovo doesn't like the phone number i provided (which by the way, neither email or phone number are necessary to complete a credit card transaction) cancelled (latest orders #4********* and #4*********). I have placed orders both online and over the phone and each time these are getting cancelled and I'm having to do my own research as to why this is happening. The amount of time i have invested in making this transaction and troubleshooting their non-consumer friendly transaction process at least entitles them to fulfil the contract if not just giving me the darn computer. I have a really low bar for corporate incompetence, but Lenovo has sunk to new lows by blocking purchases for their randomized rules. Never in my life have i had to troubleshoot someone else's IT failures in order to make a purchase (with the exception of ******'s stupid email domain rules). BTW, ****** has just instituted some of the same stupidity and won't accept my phone number for transaction 2-Factor verification (they've got a complaint coming to).

On March 3rd I placed an order 4********* for the Legion Tower 5 PC on lenovo.com. The order was shipped by UPS under the tracking ****************** and I refused the delivery as the packaging was severely damaged.
