      On July 21st, 2021, I ordered and paid a down payment ($565.80) for a carport. I was originally quoted 3-12 weeks for delivery and installation. In November, I contacted them via phone call, and I was told over the phone that we were next in line to be scheduled, just waiting on a contractor. On April 25th, 2022, I emailed carports.com (this is where all my paperwork came from) and formally requested a refund from them. A couple of days later, I was contacted via phone call. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the woman I spoke to, but she sympathized with me and assured me I would receive my refund. She told me it was too close to the end of the month but it would be processed by the end of May. I have been calling them since mid-June to find out the status. I have been transferred to accounts payable twice. Both times I had to leave a voice mail imploring them to at least call me and give me a status update. Guess what? No calls. The time frame I've waited is one thing, but the lack of transparency, professionalism, and common courtesy are intolerable and inexcusable.

      I ordered a barn with TNT Barns (carports) on June of 2021, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for it to be delivered and installed. I called back at that time frame and was told, it was delayed because of Covid, ok I waited for about a month and canceled the barn , Sheila told me she would process my refund at that time ($2124.75) , I waited til Dec of 2021 than I called back. Again Sheila told me she had processed it, by February of 2022 I hadn’t received my refund. I called back and was referred to Sara in accounts payable, she told me she’d send my refund, by April I hadn’t received it so I called back, Sara told me she sent it, I keep calling back almost every business day and get no answer or call back. I’m a 100% disabled Vietnam Veteran, and a caregiver for my wife that has Dementia, I need this refund, they keep ignoring me as I keep calling and leaving a message but no answer or call. I put my life on the line for this Country 3 tour’s of duty in Vietnam, and these people treat me like this, they can except a deposit but than when they breach a contract they want to keep my money, I need this money back.

      I purchased a shed thru TNT Carports May 13, 2021. We went 8 months waiting for our shed. Thru this time we kept getting a run around about how long it will take. 4-6 weeks, then 8-12 weeks finally 20-22 weeks no more. Never is longer then that. We still never got our shed after 22 weeks. In January they told me they didn't know when it would be delivered so I went ahead and canceled the shed. Asked about a refund and they told me it could take up to 3 months to receive it. After 3 months was up, I called and called and called. When I am able to get ahold of someone, they always tell me I need to talk to someone else. Well that someone in accounts payable never answers the phone. I however did finally after 5 months got intouch with someone in that department and they told me they just sent out my check. 4 weeks later I don't have a check. No will answer or talk to me. I call the accounts payable they won't answer. I try to talk to someone else tell them what's going on and that the accounts payable department won't answer. They say this is accounts receivable I need accounts payable and send me over. They know no one is answering. I just want my refund back now! It's been over a year dealing with these people and haven't had any luck since. I put down a good but of money and I want it back now not 2 years later.
