      I needed a battery. The car was dead, in the driveway. What was my best solution as a 62 year old woman . . . Green Bean Battery. I made the decision, made the call, and had an appointment within 2 days. The guy came out, had the battery replaced IN AN HOUR, and I was mobile once again!!! I dont know of another option that would have been any easier. Great experience!!

      THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I would not recommend this company. I have a small dealership. Have an 07 Camry Hybrid; dealer diagnosed it as needing a new battery. I am signed up with *** as I frequently buy parts with them. They sold me a GREEN BEAN battery. It was installed, and nothing- however, it's likely simply an installation error and I'm sure there is a simple fix if I could speak with someone at this company. However, they refuse to even look at my issue. They are hiding behind *** (their "sister company" I assume) and acting like they know nothing about Green Bean batteries? I don't understand. They are saying they can't even speak about it because we didn't purchase off their website (I'd been happy to do so? And PAID for their install!)- Let me ask- If **** sells their shoes through ********* , but someone has a simple question about the **** shoes they purchased, wouldn't **** simply speak with them? EVERYONE sells their stuff through third parties (LIKE GREEN BEAN CHOOSES TO DO!") But you should never slap your label/ logo on something you have no intentions of standing behind. Super disappointed and would NEVER recommend anyone use this company. And will warn all of my dealer friends (who primarily use hybrids) of the same. I understand GB may think one bad review does not have any repercussions, but unfortunately, it will.

      They used to be good a few years ago but now the company is pure garbage and like a lot of these companies out there today, they are denying legit repairs due wanting to make more profits.

      Do not use this company. I would not recommend this company because of their after sale response. The installer connected our battery backwards and blew fuses the vehicle would not do anything. It took a week to get in touch with some one to figure out what to do. in the meanwhile our vehicle sat dead with the windows down. when we finally got communications we then were told that we needed to take the vehicle to the dealer and have it fixed and they would reimburse the cost. when we asked about rental car. they said " we don't pay for rentals, but you can send the receipts if we wanted to". We are still waiting on reimbursement of the wrecker tow to the dealer and the overpriced cost of the dealer to fix it. Hope we don't ever have to do a warranty claim.

      I was recommended to this company by my brother in law who also owned a Prius and used them to replace his dead battery. As far as the initial purchase, hands down a great experience. I also purchased the lifetime warranty just in case there was a problem in the future. Well that problem came in the form of a red triangle and a load of other dash lights. I went and got the codes read and sent to the company so they can honor the warranty. I was quickly sent an email stating my claim was approved and someone would be reaching out to me to schedule a replacement as soon as they have the product available. As time went on I tried calling and emailing them for a timeline because I need my vehicle to work but they will not give me anything but lip service. They continue to tell me they are out of stock and will schedule me as soon as they get the batteries in. I would like them to give me a timeframe so I can make a decision on whether I need to wait or file a lawsuit to recover the money I gave them for a service they refused to honor.

      After placing this first review, the company quickly got back to me and scheduled a battery replacement. Unfortunately a few months later I had the same code come up on the replacement battery and I was dreading the process of filling another claim. To my complete surprise, after submitting my claim, I was quickly given an email from the company letting me know they had received my request and were able to replace my battery without a matter of days. They also informed me that since my first replacement, they have worked on better supply chain and internal changes to make the process more efficient. I couldnt agree more and am glad to be able to give this positive review of the company. Thank you!!

      Absolute scum-bags! When you call sales (as in trying to buy a battery from them) you get a human response immediately. Once you've bought their service and you call to get a your "under warranty" battery from them fixed, you never ever hear back again!I'm currently speaking with an attorney to have a case brought. Do Not Use Them.

      This company is not good. We got a hybrid from my brother-in-law after he said that he had a lifetime warranty on the battery. Well, the battery was diagnosed as bad so we started the claim process. They had me collect all of the information that I could, only missing the original sales receipt, and fill out the warranty transfer form. Then, nothing. I don't even get the auto response email. No calls, emails, or texts. Nothing. Even if they were going to deny the claim for some reason, just answer. No answer is cowardly and shady.

      I purchased a green bean battery a few years back had it repaired under warranty after about two years and ***** miles. I am at that point again two years and another ******************************************************************************************************************************* line and they will get to me. I started this journey on Saturday morning so you can even say Monday morning, its Thursday and I still havent heard back from this company. Not the same customer service at all its terrible now

      Hi. I originally bout the battery back in april 2021. Cost was around 1500 came with a lifetime warrant for my 06 ****** *****. He came out a few days later and installed. All was good till summer 2023. Red triangle came on and we'll did the process and be came out in a week and got it replaced. No biggie. Figured the batter was a ******... now a year later. Red triangle again.. need another battery.Now I know these batteries are worthless. Email warranty and was approved Aug 6th... now it's Aug 19th n I still haven't gotten another battery from them to replace their other poorly remainufactured one . Remember I have a lifetime warranty I paid for. Basically from what I researched they only replace the bad cells. So they replace the max 4 of the 48 cells in your hybrid battery then resale it to someone. But they are also taking your old battery as a core so they can spend 100 to fix and resale for 1500 plus. I wouldn't recommend this company unless ur bored and have nothing better to do. Maybe I'll walk to work tomorrow. Good times

      This company was VERY HAPPY to take almost $5,000 from me to replace the hybrid battery in my 2012 Hybrid Tahoe. I also had to have other work done by other shops which caused the battery to need recharged and only they can do it so this vehicle has not been drivable for alllll this time. We sent our claim information nearly 10 MONTHS AGO!! We have received the same email 4 times stating they will get back to us within 72hours and NOTHING. Multiple phone calls, voicemails, emails and absolutely no correspondence from them whatsoever. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
